Missouri to Michigan Car Shipping

I am so grateful for Paul Murphy who went out of his way to help me to ship my vehicle. I will definitely use this company again without hesitation in the future whenever I have a need to ship my vehicle. They operate the business with honesty and integrity, the best company that I have ever encountered, I truly thank God for directing me here for their service when I had a need to ship my vehicle. If there is more rating scale than 5 stars, I would give them the highest one, because they deserve all the praises! I sincerely hope that anyone who needs their vehicle to be shipped, please go to "Ship A Car, Inc.", because they are the best in this type of business. You would be rest assured that they would do their best, and the best part is that they never even try to take advantage of any customers unlike some other companies out there that have hidden agendas to rip of their customers... Words alone cannot express enough of my gratitude for the company!!!

In my opinion, ShipaCar can NOT be outdone. I was not shipping a car but rather three sheds, a pallet of parts and a tractor. Danny was my agent and he is outstanding. First he was meticulous with understanding my needs and arranged a pickup and delivery schedule that was exactly what I requested. His pick up driver was so helpful and made sure my atypical items were secured properly. Robert, my delivery transporter was so courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Getting my load off the trailer was not an easy drive-off but he gave prudent advice to my unloader and we accomplished the feat in short order. Hats off to Danny and his TEAM!!

We were very pleased with the services that Ship a Car Inc. delivered. Ms. Janet was such of great support with guiding us throughout the whole process. We felt very well informed especially since this was out first experience with transporting a vehicle.

I called Ship A Car and spoke with Les Grundleger. He was very helpful, very professional and very engaging. Les kept me informed at every step in the process and was always available when I called with questions. I had a very pleasant experience with Ship a Car itself. However, the company that my vehicle was dispatched to did not fare as well. The time schedule slipped on both the pickup and the delivery. In both cases they were hours behind the window promised and wound up picking up and delivering a day later than scheduled. I had to drive 5 miles to pick up my car because the driver said he couldn't get any closer because his rig was big. That didn't set well with me because the truck that delivered my household goods was a 73 foot tractor/trailor that dwarfed the transport and he backed it right down my driveway. Les actually followed up after the car was delivered and I told him of the issues I had with the trucking company. He promised to take it to management to recommend that they not be considered for hire if they were going to do that kind of thing. I would go with ship a car for their service, but stay away from Abraham Express if they get the dispatch.

This is my first time shipping a car, and the experience was great! Lisa was very informative and explained all the information I needed to know about transporting my car.

I had to transport my son car to Santa Fe, NM and Bob did a great job guiding me thru the steps. The service was great I recommended.

Great company to work with.Janet Rinella was excellent and provided timely followup explaing how the pickup and delivery would be scheduled. Chris the driver and his copilot Jen did a geat job and provided schedule updates on both pick up and detination arrival. The car transport went well and without a hitch. I definetely will use them again.

Transporting a vehicle is very important so that is why I chose Ship a Car they are rated Number 1. Fernanda was my representative, she was very professional, courteous and her communication was GREAT! She was very helpful with the whole process, she made it a great experience, NO STRESS. And very quick service. My transporter Radu was very courteous and professional, he was able to deliver my car a day early! He notified me a time he would be at my home and then notified me again that he would be 20 minutes later and he was sorry. Then when he arrived he apologized again that he was a little late--GREAT COMMUNICATION. Wonderful people.

The hallmark of a good company is not if there is ever a problem but HOW they handle the problem. Turns out the problem I had was initially a major pain and hardship to both of us due to the unscrupulousness of the subcontractor. It happens. They figured out how to circumvent a checks and balances process. Ship a Car realized that, changed their process, and took care of the situation. Kudos to them. Now...would ship again in a heartbeat. Thank you all. Ps. When you ship takes well before and after pics. Don't let the shipper driver rush you. It's your multi-thousand dollar possession. We went with Ship-A-Car because we were unable to do cash to ship a car. ($900 was their quote.) I was to the understanding that there would be a $250 deposit charged when the contract was picked up and the remaining $650 would be charged upon delivery. WRONG! Ship-a-Car went with a company that does NOT do credit cards. Now we are having to work with the transport company and Ship-a-Car was able to basically take $250 from us just to do the same damned thing we could have done on our own if we had the cash. I will never use them again and will never recommend them.

I never had to ship a vehicle cross country before and it's hard to know what site online is trustworthy...I saw an ad for ship a car and spoke with Steve at Ship a Car and he helped me from start to finish and made it a very easy process. I would highly recommend ship a car.
