Justen Varughese has helped me get my motorcycles all over the country for various rides with friends. All too often I've given him very little time or difficult circumstances with which to work. He always comes through, though--in the most professional, polite way possible.

Everything was pleasant with Ship A Car. They were easy to communicate with and the driver was easy to work with. The car was transported from Grand Junction to Tulsa and the final cost was lower than the initial quote I was given. It was a good experience and I'd do it again if I need to.

I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

Quinten was awesome! When calling around for transport quotes, Quinten not only provided quote but other info in the entire process and how quotes are determined. I've never used a transport service before and Quinten was there all the way with me. Always responded to my worries, concerns, and questions. He followed up frequently, gave me direct contact info to reach him at any time, and got me through all these first time transport jitters. The vehicle arrived earlier than I expected in good condition and with a super nice and professional driver. With Quinten in my side for this, turns out I had no need to worry at all.

I was referred to Ship A Car from the moving company because I decided I didn't want to pull my Escort myself behind my truck. I made the right choice because the cost was more than reasonable and I didn't have to deal with the aggravation. The transport coordinator, Danny, was a great rep for the company. These guys are great! especially Danny. He was so nice and helpful unlike most brokers and really got us the best deal. I was also very appreciative how he gave me his personal cell number to call him should any problems arise or if I simply had any questions. I will definitely use them again next year. The transport company I chose didn't show up and it was pretty bad. I switched to Ship A Car and I liked their communication. People let me know what's going on and I'm good. When I called to ask about anything, a person was there and responded. He called me to let me know that he had someone to pick up the car. From then on, it was good until delivery. After delivery, I got a follow-up call so it went well.   The transport was from South Carolina to Utah, which was about 2,200 miles. When the car was picked up, it took a couple of days. There were two drivers and they just continually drove. I couldn't believe it. The final rate was what was decided upon. The only thing was the payment was a cash requirement. I had just moved here to Utah and I just opened an account. The money was held because it came from another state so I didn't have cash. That posed a problem on delivery because checks or credit cards weren't accepted. If a credit card were accepted, that would have helped tremendously. Other than that, I would recommend Ship A Car.

This was my first time using Ship A Car. I had my car shipped to Hawaii. The whole thing went smoothly. I'm just waiting on the port call now for the return trip, when they deliver it to California. The customer service was outstanding. I wasn't comfortable at first. We had originally signed with a competitor's shipping service, but that didn't go well. Ship A Car was very reassuring, and turned out to be the best thing that could have happened for my car delivery. I would use them again.

My car was shipped so incredibly fast from California to Nashville. It actually arrived even one day before I was scheduled to arrive in Nashville but the driver was able to accommodate me and stay an extra night until I arrived. Great service and my car arrived in perfect condition. Very much worth the price!

This company is outstanding..VERY honest and straightforward ...at FIRST glance they seem high in price ... but they are not ...they know the market. I dealt with 2 other companies. they quoted much less but could not deliver. I had a terrible experience. At first they did not know my carrier was going on vacation. Then I had to get a new carrier. Then he had problems with his rig. Had to send drivers license registration and insurance. To get out of the pound. Then when they arrived at the destination finally they asked for COD. When they told me they would take out of my credit card. It cost me more money. To use the credit card. A nightmare

Just moved two classic cars from Chicago to KC in the dead of winter. I asked for a two car hauler and the found someone fast. Was scheduled to have the cars picked up on Monday but the drive contacted me to see if he could pick the cars up a day early to get ahead of a big snow storm and bitter cold. On the back end I needed him to drive the cars up a long driveway and park them in the garage. He was easy to work with and did a great job.

Very professional from start to finish. The booking agent (Len) was always available and reached out to me at every step of the process. The driver assigned to me (Jerry) was also an excellent communicator, took great care with my car and delivered it exactly as promised. I would definitely use this company again!

The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it
