Danny did an amazing job assisting my transport of two cars across the country. He met specific terms in our contract and provided first class service throughout the entire process. We ran into an issue where the truck picking up the cars had engine trouble. Danny called and had already fixed the problem contracting a second truck with the agreed upon pick-up date. The two cars were picked up and delivered on time.

I worked with Paul S. He gave me a competitive quote. Agreed to the price and he came back quick with a transport but they wanted $80 more. I declined because it was more than original quote. He got me 3 more quotes a few days later and all wanted $80+ more from original quote. Still competitive, so I agreed with one finally, albeit hesitant because I didn’t like having to pay more but like I said, still competitive. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with the transport chosen, they did a great job! On time pick up, on time (even a bit early) delivery, kept me updated on everything along the way. In the end of the story, a very positive experience! Would use them and recommend them again!

I booked my car with Howard . To ship from Atlantic Beach Florida to Irvine California . We agreed to 1300.00 fee . That included three containers in my car upto 100lbs... upon delivery I was charged an extra $100.00 for the containers. They would NOT unload my car until I gave them the extra $100.00 dollars. I had called Howard several times on the issue and he never resolved the issue of the extra 100.00 dollars . This company is a ripoff. They are by far the most expensive ones out there. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. I was so excited to have my shipped only to have a huge negative experience with this company.

Worked with Quinten Putnam. Had never shipped a car before so was unaware of the process, but he was nothing short of amazing. I knew exactly what to expect, and even got a cheaper price than we both were expecting. Pick up of the car was incredibly easy and on time. Never had a better company to transport as I phoned and 2 days later had my car in Branson. May I say that it's like a cut throat racket, as I had many weird, strange, quotes and calls. I was about to give up when my moving company told me of Bob Moran and that is was a 5 star company, and wow they weren't kidding as my car is in Branson waiting for us.

I had planned to have my Harley picked up about a week in advance. I put down a $200 deposit a guy told me you are good for Saturday. Well Saturday came no one shows up. I call the guy I spoke to about the whole deal... no answer. Call the guy Bob who is the driver no answer.... call the main office lady picks up gives me another number to call..... no answer call her back... no answer. First time transporting my Car out of state. My experience from the start was a great experience. My representative Dana was very informative and knowledgeable. Dana made sure I was inform Thur out the transport and even reaching out afterwards to make sure everything went well. I could not have asked for better customer service/ care. I was very happy with the my transport of my Mercedes. The car made it safe on time and not one scratch! The rates was very competitive. I would highly recommend to anyone.

When I called, I was encouraged by the information Larry provided about your service and best ways to reach him if we had questions. Pricing was fair and in line with what we expected. He called immediately when a driver was available. The transport driver's service had good follow up too and were happy to share information when I called them. The transport driver had good follow up and was easy to reach by cell. He picked up and returned the car to us in a timely fashion with no issues. Overall, it was a positive experience!

I had been looking for someone to ship my car for three weeks. I needed my car shipped from Alabama to Texas. The pickup location was kind of out of the way so I feel like that is why it was a longer process! However ship a car inc was the third company I found and had someone to pick my car up within a week! The price was a little higher but I felt that was due to the pickup location of my car. It was picked up on Thursday and delivered the next day! The only issue I ran into was a language barrier with the driver. However, he was very nice and understanding! I will book with this company again.

When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

The hallmark of a good company is not if there is ever a problem but HOW they handle the problem. Turns out the problem I had was initially a major pain and hardship to both of us due to the unscrupulousness of the subcontractor. It happens. They figured out how to circumvent a checks and balances process. Ship a Car realized that, changed their process, and took care of the situation. Kudos to them. Now...would ship again in a heartbeat. Thank you all. Ps. When you ship takes well before and after pics. Don't let the shipper driver rush you. It's your multi-thousand dollar possession. I was working with Move Wheels a month prior to moving from Saint Augustine, FL all the way to Park City, UT & I needed to have 2 cars shipped in an enclosed carrier. I was assured I’d have the driver information & pick up time closer to the ship date; we needed our cars picked up 5/29 (Memorial Day). Come the Friday before the cars were to be picked up, I had been in communication with a rep via text, asking her to provide me with the driver info & pick up time as they were to come that Monday; this was at noon & was told I would be provided the info shortly. Well, 3pm rolls around & I call my rep, who was now not responding to my texts or calls. I ended up calling the main line & told them AGAIN, what I needed. Well, I was never given any information, so I thought, well, we’ll just wait & see if someone shows up…of course no one did. Needless to say, my call to them at 9:01am on Tuesday morning was not a pleasant one. I then began searching for the top transportation company and came across Ship A Car Inc. I picked up the phone & was connected to Chad. He was extremely helpful, informative & honest. He rolled up his sleeves & got right to work on helping me get a carrier that day or the following. Even with the prior company being a complete PITA & not removing me from the board, Chad made magic happen. By the time he left for the day, we didn’t have a carrier yet, which was ok. I honestly didn’t expect to have a carrier until the next day. That was until I got a call from a dispatcher who emailed me the paper work & in minutes, I had a carrier that was to be there the following morning. BUT, I got a call from the carrier again shortly after & he wanted to pick my car up that night, as they were in Orlando. All my worries had diminished & I have Chad to thank for all his hard work & dedication. He was a pleasure to work with & I will certainly refer anyone to him in need of car transportation assistance, in the future.

This was my first experience with using a transport company for a vehicle, after reading reviews about different companies I was nervous. Bob Moran with Ship A Car had some good reviews so I called him to get a quote. The price was in range with others I had called but I felt more comfortable working with Bob. I called Bob on Friday of Labor day weekend at 4:30pm, he was able to have my vehicle picked up on the following Tuesday in Colorado and delivered to me in Northern Illinois Thursday morning. The driver, Egor, called me Wednesday afternoon and we made arrangements to drop off the vehicle at 6:00am so I could get to work, he was very accommodating to my schedule. I am not one to post any reviews but I felt these guys deserved to be praised. I would definitely use them again.

When I leave a message, he always returns the call in a timely fashion. Called to inquire about quote on shipping but customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service personal asked literally said to me: "I dont know why you are calling for a quote like its supposed to be any cheaper. Like what is it? have you ever shipped a car before...?" I felt really attacked by his tone. As a customer considering your services, I am at least entitled to get a quote on how much I will be spending. Instead of attacking customers in a very rude tone and assuming that I am calling to make a "cheap request", please do better on providing the simple request asked or say you are unable to do so. This was such a horrible experience.

Yvonne B. was fantastic! She coordinated with both my husband and I to have my car shipped from Seattle to Pittsburgh. The experience was smooth with my car picked up directly at my apartment and delivered at my new apartment. Both drivers that I interacted with were nice and professional. I'm a snowbird and I'm 84 years old. I used to drive back and forth but at my age, that's not safe. I don't see another alternative to Ship A Car. I work with Steve and he has been incredible. He knows me and my situation and he is just so supportive. The trip last fall was amazing. During this time when there's so much unrest, they're doing everything they can to make the trip as enjoyable as possible.

We used Ship A Car to send a car to our son in North Carolina from California.  The service was great, the price was reasonable and Justin did a great job of coordinating the delivery.  I would use them again if the need arose.

I called up Ship A Car and they were very courteous on the phone. They were understanding that at my age, I'm not quick on the computer and on a whole bunch of things. But I knew what I wanted. They said they would find somebody. They said, "Give us a day." They came back and gave me a basic price. Then they came back and said, "We found somebody who will do it for $50 less. It's enclosed. Everything is perfect. We've had a lot of good feedback with them." So I gave them my credit card and they took their money. I also paid for the extra insurance because it was a specialty car.   Ship A Car reduced the amount that they would get in their pocket by $50 when carrier number one could not pick up the car timely and they had to go to carrier number two, which was the fellow I ended up with. It was perfect. The guys were personable and it was a nice experience. The only thing was that I didn't know when the driver was going to show up. They said, "We'll pick it up Friday or Tuesday or Wednesday or whatever." They couldn't give me a time. So the gentleman called me and said that they were stuck at the car dealership so instead of getting here at 10 in the morning, they were going to arrive at 2:00 or 3:00. He kept me posted along the way telling me when he was going to arrive. So it was a pleasant experience. When the driver pulled up, he had a Porsche in there, which he pulled out and then put my car in the middle because of the way it was going to be dropped off at the other location. They strapped it all down. He took pictures before it left. Then it was in Nebraska from Long Island in a couple of days. They said it could take anywhere from four to six days, but it only took two and a half days. I was very pleased. My son looked at the car when it arrived and it arrived just the way it left.

I dont think this company does any real due diligence on their carriers. A 15hr drive to deliver a motorcycle took 4 days after original estimate was next day. $700 with their fees. No show, no call the original delivery date. Steve Goodman was barely responsive except for one call. Carrier they picked barely exists online. Thank god I made Steve send their insurance certificate and I made sure my insurance company would cover and do the chasing had damage occurred. If they arent providing oversight than just use UShip.

I used Ship A Car Inc to transport my car from California to Wisconsin. After reading a few reviews, yes, the transport truck could be a double decker truck with several cars. Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews.. I spoke with Bob at Ship A Car, I felt comfortable with the rate and transportation terms. I had no issues. There were no hidden fees, the car was delivered on time and no damages. I had a motorcycle shipped on October 3rd, 2017. I would rate this shipment at 4.75 stars. The motorcycle was in excellent condition upon arrival. The communication with the driver was a bit lacking. I had to contact him to get info on when he would pick up and when he would arrive here. I had no idea when we were going to receive our shipment without contacting him.

This is a five star company had my car to my house exactly when they said they would. Smith who set every thing up is truly a man of his word.
