I called Bob from this company last minute to get my car shipped out two days later and he literally had someone for me 30 minutes later To pick it up the day I requested and worked hard and kept in contact with me the whole time! I absolutely would use this company again. I dealt with a company that kept taking me in circles and I actually got where I needed to go speaking with Bob Moran thank you!!!

I was very pleased with this company. Customer service was great. Melinda made the contract clear and was able to get a driver within a week. The dispatch person, Amanda, was always available to inform me of where my car was on route. My car arrived in good condition in a timely manner, and the price was more reasonable than some other quotes I had gotten.

Our golf cart business called Ship A Car Inc to send some vehicles to Florida from Mississippi. The process was real easy and there weren't any hiccups. I'd use them again!

My agent was Doug and he was professional, courteous, and as truthful as he could be. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very cooperative. As our circumstances change, I made him aware and he changed things up as we were going. I was shipping my deceased husband's car to our daughter. Things had to line up before I could ship that car and I explained that to Doug at the outset. He worked with me.   I live in a rural area with narrow streets. He said, “I'm gonna put the car up for some driver with the explanation of the circumstances. We will make that driver aware. And we'll go from there.” Somebody accepted the car within 24 hours and I was totally shocked. Doug explained everything to the driver and the driver said he could handle it. When I made contact with the driver and I re-explained to him, he said, “I committed to picking this car up so that you would not have to walk, you would not have to meet me anywhere. You wouldn't have to leave your home. This car is literally going door to door.” The morning that he was coming to pick up the car, the driver called me and notified me that he was in the area. I knew exactly where he was. I again said to him, “Maybe you should just stop on the larger street or the wider street, and give me a call. And then reassess whether or not you can get down into my narrow road to pick up the car.” I heard that driver before I saw him. He got down out of his big truck and said he couldn't turn around. But I was told not to worry as this was the commitment he made. We looked over the car and he took pictures of my vehicle. He loaded the 2006 Sonata on the back of his truck and it was ready to go. He gave me an approximate delivery date to my daughter. But his plan changed. The driver did not call to tell me but that was perfectly all right. My daughter was looking forward to the weekend and when she reached him, he told her he would have the car there on Monday morning, which he did. I just wished that I had known it wasn't going to get there then I wouldn't have been so anxious that Saturday. But he didn't know. Other than that, the driver delivered and the car was in excellent condition when my daughter got it. The gentleman backed his big, old, long truck out of this narrow street. I was impressed because nobody else did. I am grateful to Ship A Car.

Worked with Larry from Ship a Car a few months ago to ship a vehicle I purchased on the east coast back home to San Diego. Larry was detail-oriented, provided a driver with a fair rate, and picked up the car within the allotted time frame. The car was delivered earlier than expected which was the joy hiccup; as the vehicle was transferred from a tractor-trailer car hauler to a flatbed trailer from LA to San Diego. In doing so the delivery driver was given an incorrect phone number for contacting me. Fortunately, I was home at 10:30 pm to accept delivery. The other issue with this unexpected delivery is I didn't have the cash on hand to satisfy the balance due to the driver. However, a call to his supervisor and the payment was made via credit card. Would definitely recommend this coming and would use it again as they're properly insured as well.

And very quick service. My transporter Radu was very courteous and professional, he was able to deliver my car a day early! He notified me a time he would be at my home and then notified me again that he would be 20 minutes later and he was sorry. Lots of info given in the beginning, the quote was actually high and a company that was used to transport had it here when they said they would Lots of constant communication and made this an easy thing to deal with. I called around getting quotes, it was a lengthy process; I called ship a car and I was connected to Justin, he was so curtious and informative on the process of shipping a car. He explained to me in detail about the payment process and who to contact in case there was an emergency while my car was being transported. The driver he set up for me was very pleasant, they worked with me and made sure I was home before they delivered my car. If i ever need to ship a car again I will call Justin just to make my life easier!

I was sceptical at first from talking to other compananies and they were giving me different answers about a quote. I first want to say that Ship A Car, Inc. did a fabulous job with shipping my 1977 Mercedes from Los Angeles to Georgia. I shipped the car covered and it arrived with no damage. Sam Ladin took my order and kept me informed at every step. My only complaint is with the trucking company, Z Trans, who accepted the dispatch. The company came a day later than the scheduled time to pickup the car and didn't call me to tell me they weren't coming. The day before the car was supposed to arrive, I phoned the driver and told him what time I would be at the location. Never heard back from him. He arrived early morning and was rude to my family and threatened to return the car to Los Angeles unless they were paid. The people who run this company speak little English so this adds to the difficulty in keeping in contact. So if Ship-A-Car tells you that Z Trans picked up their dispatch order, ask them to change it. I've informed them of this issue, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Shipped two vehicles from Nevada to Kansas Kristina V and Ship A Car booking people made our transport experience... A positive experience. Can not say enough about the calm, confident manner they had with handling details and getting our vehicles moved to their new home.. It is so stressful finding people that you can trust to do what they say they can do... This was just a wonderful blessing to us... Everything went smooth and delivery was GREAT! These two vehicles had to come 1577 miles. Cost was fair for shipping both vehicles... Just can not express, the sincere, happiness we felt to see these vehicles reach their final home... I asked him if it would be ok to re-route my car to Coleman where I live instead of Green Bay because it was easier for my work schedule. Once I made my request he called me and said that was not a problem at all and he was extremely friendly about it, what a relief for me. He got a driver Alexsia who was so methodical and safety conscious that I didn't have any worries about having him transport my car with the other 6 cars. I like the company as they had a two day window instead of 3 or more days for pickup. I needed that shorter window as I didn't want my car to arrive before I did. I would certainly use them and highly recommend them to others.

The driver was on time and my car arrived safely 500 miles away at my new apartment. Dana was very professional and kept me informed. I was very unhappy that the driver demanded more money than my original contract stipulated. I was under extreme time constraints so I felt blindsided. Dana was kind but could not find another driver on short notice.

As an owner of a company, I task my employees with rendering world class service. I was trained by the Ritz Carlton and I know great service staff when I see it. Justin has been exemplary in both friendliness and follow up. We have referred both he and your company many times.

The first issue I had with this shipment was when the Ship A Car sales rep called after we had agreed and on a price, I signed an order confirmation, paid the deposit by credit card and got a dispatch notice. About an hour later, the sales rep called me back to inform me that the driver wanted $200 more for the transport. At this point, I suppose I should have told him to find another driver, but I was anxious to get the car delivered in a timely manner. The second issue came on the Saturday my vehicle was to be delivered in the morning. I texted the driver who said he would be to my residence (in NY State) that evening and he included a picture of a Google map which included the Shiawasee River. I looked this up and found that it was in Michigan. I understand that you have to be a bit flexible, but later that late afternoon I got another text expressing that they would arrive at 3:00 am Sunday morning and would it be OK to take the delivery then. Again, I suppose I could have postponed delivery, but by this time I just wanted to be through with this process and said OK. They arrived at 4:15 am on Sunday and delivered the vehicle with no damage. It was not the worst experience, but it certainly would not merit a 5 star review.
