I am very pleased with my Ship A Car service. My broker was Sam and he was very helpful! I was very nervous about shipping my car but my car got to my destination a day earlier than expected and the driver was very friendly and helpful.

This company is outstanding..VERY honest and straightforward ...at FIRST glance they seem high in price ... but they are not ...they know the market. I dealt with 2 other companies. they quoted much less but could not deliver. Stars and stripes was one of them. could not move my VEHICLE for 12 days This company found me a driver in 1 day ..he delivered 1 day EARLY ..janet ..explained in detail how shipping a vehicle works ..she walked her talk and followed up....very pleased with entire process ..will definitely use again..

From start to finish an all around excellent experience. Easy to schedule with, prompt and professional. The driver showed up to the minute of our scheduled pickup and delivered our car as planned. Both Ship a Car Direct and the driver were great communicators and provided exactly what they promised with no surprises. I would definitely use them again.

Had Ship A Car find someone to move a lowboy trailer. Worked with Kristina Virtue to find a power only unit. She was very prompt returning calls and emails. I would recommend this company for anyone needing their service.

1 Star is unfortunately the lowest rating permitted... My car was supposed to be shipped via auto train. It arrived 5 days late. Was dropped off with a broken axle. They waited until I was out of town so a friend had to sign for it. Was basically barely able to be driven to the repair shop. Cost almost 1000 dollars to repair. Their insurance refused to respond to my inquiries to pay the bill so I am left to pay. Terrible organization.

The gentleman that delivered my car was very good. It was my first time using them, and I'd use them again. Would recommend to anyone. They're very professional. Just make sure that if you're shipping a classic car to put the cover on it -- you'll need to keep the dust off.

I was very pleased with this company. Customer service was great. Melinda made the contract clear and was able to get a driver within a week. The dispatch person, Amanda, was always available to inform me of where my car was on route. My car arrived in good condition in a timely manner, and the price was more reasonable than some other quotes I had gotten.

Working with Quinten Putnam, Ship a Car helped me get two vehicles from Seattle and Los Angeles to Baltimore. I was unsure about the first carrier assigned to pick up my first car after reading a couple of negative reviews, and after expressing that concern to Quinten he found a new carrier without hassle. Quinten was good about following up with me to get any missing info the carriers might need. Both cars arrived in great shape and the drivers were all friendly and were great about calling etc. Overall, a very positive experience, thank you.

Excellent customer service from Dana Briones from inquiry until the successful drop off of my new car from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles, CA. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and made herself available when I called to check on the location of my car after 4 days. I was also provided with the driver's full name and cell phone number. I most appreciate that Dana was honest about the estimated transport pick up and delivery time frame. The driver Alex was the absolute best. He called me and the car dealership the morning he picked up my new car. We spoke about 4 days later and he told me his expected delivery day. On that day, he texted me to let me know the time based on his GPS. He arrived earlier than expected. This was my first time purchasing a car from the internet, from another state and using an auto transportation company. I did have anxiety in the beginning. However, EVERYTHING went smooth and I have nothing but great things to say about Dana and Ship a Car Inc.

Turns out the problem I had was initially a major pain and hardship to both of us due to the unscrupulousness of the subcontractor. It happens. Ship A Car did a good job. Their customer service was sufficient. I didn't have to worry about, “Where's the car? Or what are they doing?” Everything was in a timely manner. They had a man come here and he was of Lithuanian descent and he was new in the country. He was very kind and polite. He knew what he was supposed to do and did his job well. I would like to thank Joseph and the owner of the company for all their hard work. I would specifically like to thank Joseph for putting up with me and the mess that was created by a driver who was supposed to pick up my car but they decided to cancel literally with less than 24-hour notice when it was time to ship my car. I got really stressed because I needed it to get done since I am moving. However, Joseph really handle the situation with professionalism and made sure my car got shipped the next day, and even got me a better deal because my car is getting to Texas sooner than it was originally going to get there with the first driver. I called up Ship A Car and they were very courteous on the phone. They were understanding that at my age, I'm not quick on the computer and on a whole bunch of things. But I knew what I wanted. They said they would find somebody. They said, "Give us a day." They came back and gave me a basic price. Then they came back and said, "We found somebody who will do it for $50 less. It's enclosed. Everything is perfect. We've had a lot of good feedback with them." So I gave them my credit card and they took their money. I also paid for the extra insurance because it was a specialty car.   Ship A Car reduced the amount that they would get in their pocket by $50 when carrier number one could not pick up the car timely and they had to go to carrier number two, which was the fellow I ended up with. It was perfect. The guys were personable and it was a nice experience. The only thing was that I didn't know when the driver was going to show up. They said, "We'll pick it up Friday or Tuesday or Wednesday or whatever." They couldn't give me a time. So the gentleman called me and said that they were stuck at the car dealership so instead of getting here at 10 in the morning, they were going to arrive at 2:00 or 3:00. He kept me posted along the way telling me when he was going to arrive. So it was a pleasant experience. When the driver pulled up, he had a Porsche in there, which he pulled out and then put my car in the middle because of the way it was going to be dropped off at the other location. They strapped it all down. He took pictures before it left. Then it was in Nebraska from Long Island in a couple of days. They said it could take anywhere from four to six days, but it only took two and a half days. I was very pleased. My son looked at the car when it arrived and it arrived just the way it left.

I had excellent service through ship a car inc company. I just didn't feel quite comfortable with other companies. Quoted one price then raised the price last minute. There were many "outsiders" calling or texting me for a couple days and that was irritating. I was reluctant since I had no idea if these drivers had insurance or if they were legit or even if it was a scam. Car was delivered two days later on time and on schedule.

I recently hired Ship-a-Car to transport a car cross country. I had used another company several times in the past, but a friend recommended Ship a Car and they were substantially less expensive so I gave them a try. Everything was done as promised without any complications. The car was delivered in good condition. I now see that the reviews are quite mixed. Had I read them first I might not have used the company, but my experience was positive. I worked with Joseph.

After another company completely flacked out on my son's car pick up and wasted 3 days lying to me about that the car was going to be picked up the next day.......I called SHip-a-Car and told them I was in a real bind and needed the car picked up ASAP in order for it to get to Florida for the start of my son's job. They got back to me right away and the next evening a carrier was in my town to get the car. It arrived in Florida on time even thought the driver had to deal with a major subtropical storm. Don't fall for the cheaper price that other carriers offer, because at the last minute they will cancel because they cannot find drivers to do it for that price.

This was my first time using Ship A Car, and overall it was a really good experience. I shipped my Lexus from Manhattan to Michigan. Initially, I was really nervous about sending my vehicle. I went with Ship A Car after reading through some of their positive reviews. The only reason I rated them as a 4 instead of a 5 was because of a $200 price jump. I was informed this might happen due to the delivery destination, but still, extra costs are extra costs. Other than that, I had an excellent experience. They did a really good job with handling my Lexus. The shipment took about 2 days. There was no damage and the vehicle wasn't dirty when I received it. I would recommend them.

The driver was nice and very friendly. He lifted my car on the truck and danced on the truck for like an hour. The movers and drier were very good fellas, absolutely recommended. All of them say the same really decent genuine garage that won’t rip you off or mess you about. Thanks for the service!

I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.

that my son's 2002 Toyota Camry arrived in Washington (Bangor Naval Base) last night. Everything went fantastic…from the car being picked up on Long Island on 10/29 to it being delivered on 11/4. It was estimated to take 8-11 days but arrived in less time. So happy with your company and will recommend to other military families and anyone else that needs a car transported. From the dispatcher, Rose, to the kind driver, Ted, all treated my urgency with respect. My car was picked up 1 day sooner and delivered on time and was I happy. I had previously booked with another company and had to cancel after waiting for them 3 days with still no driver. Worked with Quinten Putnam. Had never shipped a car before so was unaware of the process, but he was nothing short of amazing. I knew exactly what to expect, and even got a cheaper price than we both were expecting. Pick up of the car was incredibly easy and on time. He took his time (being a true professional) to make sure that both cars were hooked up nice and tight to ensure no damage would come to them. He took photos of the cars and was very professional and kept in touch with us on his arrival. He was so quick getting our cars to their destination, that he beat us there. He did not complain about having to wait 3 hours, while our plane landed and we made our way over to meet him. The cars were in the same condition as when they left. I'm a snowbird and I'm 84 years old. I used to drive back and forth but at my age, that's not safe. I don't see another alternative to Ship A Car. I work with Steve and he has been incredible. He knows me and my situation and he is just so supportive. The trip last fall was amazing. During this time when there's so much unrest, they're doing everything they can to make the trip as enjoyable as possible.

Very professional and organized on the phone, detailed emails to document everything appropriately as well. Followed up as he said he would. I was put in charge of having a vintage car shipped (enclosed) from Pennsylvania to Chicago. It was something my brother bought on eBay. Already a little scary to me. So I did a google search, called a bunch of car transporting brokers and found 2 companies I wanted to go with....Ship A Car, Inc and Automobile Guy....turns out they are brother companies...but I liked Danny Transport Coordinator here because he answered ALL 100 questions I rapid fired at him with patience, thoroughness...even when I called him back several times. The car was picked up when the seller was ready to ship (a few days) and delivered to Chicago the very next morning. In PERFECT condition! I received several follow up calls from Danny to report the pickup and arrival time! I HIGHLY recommend this company and if you can get Danny on the phone I have no doubt you will get the service you are looking for!!
