I called Ship A Car and spoke with Les Grundleger. He was very helpful, very professional and very engaging. Les kept me informed at every step in the process and was always available when I called with questions. I had a very pleasant experience with Ship a Car itself. However, the company that my vehicle was dispatched to did not fare as well. The time schedule slipped on both the pickup and the delivery. In both cases they were hours behind the window promised and wound up picking up and delivering a day later than scheduled. I had to drive 5 miles to pick up my car because the driver said he couldn't get any closer because his rig was big. That didn't set well with me because the truck that delivered my household goods was a 73 foot tractor/trailor that dwarfed the transport and he backed it right down my driveway. Les actually followed up after the car was delivered and I told him of the issues I had with the trucking company. He promised to take it to management to recommend that they not be considered for hire if they were going to do that kind of thing. I would go with ship a car for their service, but stay away from Abraham Express if they get the dispatch.

Buying out of state can be stressful enough, you add shipping to the equation and it can make the strongest person fall to pieces. That's why you need a person like Bob Moran. He takes the hassle off your back! He handles everything from getting you the best price to coordinating all of the details with the transport companies. My experience was top-notch to say the least. I received the car the same week I purchased it. It arrived on-time and without any damage. It can be really frustrating dealing with trucking companies. Transport companies have very little patience and communication skills to deal with vehicle owners direct. That why you need a broker like Bob Moran with the skills and experience to get the job done right! If you're smart, you'd stick with these people like Bob Moran and Ship A Car, Inc.

Shipacarinc.com is a very good company i am not a review writer type a guy but for this company i had to write one for them shipped car from TX, to MA They sent a professional driver to pick up my car got their safely, their price is fair while other guys offer you a low price i would not go with them. I will be using this company again in the future worked with guy named Willie who was more than professional.

Bob Moran. Is AMAZING ! I shipped my car from Las Vegas to Pennsylvania. Bob has kindness , compassion, respect ,empathy, and professionalism for the stress and planning that comes with moving. His customer service deserves him to be an owner of this company. And he should get a raise of 50% in my opinion. Because he communicated on a level that all customer service people should learn from this man. He returned calls and texts with in 24 hours and was honest and transparent if he could meet your deadline. And he did all that by being calm and giving a 100% effort in putting our needs/ the customer first. If your going with this company, then ask to have Bob as your person . Thank you Bob! Godbless!

I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

Ship A Car is the best auto transport business there is! Believe me, I did my research. I called many car transport companies and got many shipping quotes, all of which were bogus. I saw that Ship A Car had a good rating so I called. It must have been my lucky day because I got to deal with Danny, the nicest guy in the business. He explained the entire process to me, he was patient, kind and very helpful. He encouraged me to look up their reviews (which I did). He gave me a fair and honest price. At the last minute, I needed to help my grandparents ship their car. Without any prior knowledge of this line of business, I had to make a decision with a company I could trust. A friend's recommendation lead me to Ship A Car. I called and spoke to a very nice guy, Justin. He helped me get everything setup for them and made sure all my questions were answered. I was able to rest assured that my grandparent's car was in good hands on it's trip back home.

I worked with Gabriel Lopez and he was professional and a pleasure to work with. Always stayed in contact with me and gave me updates. My only complaint would be is that the price was increased but other than that the service was fine.

After speaking with 3 different car shipping companies, I found Bob Moran at Ship-A-Car. What a relief to speak with someone that answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. More importantly, Bob delivered on all the promises he made me. This was my first time shipping a car and I was nervous and confused Bob put me at ease right away and quoted me a reasonable price. Moreover, this all transpired over the 4th of July holiday, my car was delivered on the 4th of July safe and sound. We are still amazed at how fast the car was delivered (4days), how professional and honest Ship-A-Car and Bob Moran have been to us.

Bob was vey attentive and responsive to all my concerns and enquires. He even made a call to the destination to confirm certain elements of the shipping of the golf cart upon arrival. That little extra effort confirmed to me that I was dealing with a professional.

I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

I recently hired Ship A car to transport a vehicle from Florida to Texas. I spoke with and dealt with Meredith Anzalone during this process. She made the experience positive. She was professional, informative and prompt in her response to me. If I had to call her with a question, she answered it right away. If I had to leave a message for her, she called back quickly. She showed care and also interest in the back story of this car. She also followed up after the car was delivered to make sure that everything went well. For me, as a woman who never hired a car shipping company before, it was refreshing to deal with another woman. She was respectful whereas, a male I had dealt with before calling Ship A Car, was very offensive. I contracted with Ship a Car to pick up and deliver a motorcycle. Steve was great to work with. They arranged for the motorcycle to be picked up on a Saturday and it was delivered to me 900 miles away, the next day (as Sunday). I was amazed. Price was reasonable and they far exceeded my expectations. I have used other motorcycle shippers in the past but this was the best experience by far. I will definitely use them again.

From the dispatcher, Rose, to the kind driver, Ted, all treated my urgency with respect. My car was picked up 1 day sooner and delivered on time and was I happy. I'm a snowbird and I'm 84 years old. I used to drive back and forth but at my age, that's not safe. I don't see another alternative to Ship A Car. I work with Steve and he has been incredible. He knows me and my situation and he is just so supportive. The trip last fall was amazing. During this time when there's so much unrest, they're doing everything they can to make the trip as enjoyable as possible.

I had a seamless first-time vehicle transport experience with Ship A Car, inc. I know that is largely because of Bob Moran, the coordinator who helped me. Personable, patient, professional, always willing to answer further questions, he gave me excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it! I was so nervous and dreading getting started but Bob put me at ease and I quickly gained great confidence in the company because of his easy and knowledgeable communication. In addition, the driver dispatched to move my car from Los Angeles To St Petersburg, Florida was punctual, called when he was supposed to, prior to pickup/delivery, and made great time completing the transport. He picked up Monday around 2 pm and delivered at 9 am on that Friday. I have nothing but praise for Ship A Car, Inc. and enthusiastically recommend them!

I've waited 5 years to get my car shipped and thought it was going to take a long time to get my car shipped. I found them on the website under the Better Business Bureau and chose them . They were quick!! I called on a Wednesday they picked up my car on Thursday and I got my car delivered today it was fast as well as professional.. great service and Howard was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!

I worked with Danny and he helped me with figuring out how we will ship my trailer. At first I asked if we could put the trailer on a trailer I didnt get any responce to that untill the day before shipping it. We had a little hickup but it all worked out in the end. Danny did an awesome job finding the right person to get my trailer to me. The guys who brought my trailer were awesome they put it right where I wanted it. That was no picknick for them. lol. But I am very happy they got it here. If I ever need anything moved or if I know of anyone who needs something moved I will tell them who I used. Thank you Danny for all your hard work. My car arrived within 4 days of pick-up. I was surprised because of bad weather that was happening bringing rain and ice. The driver was an interesting fellow who drives a 2 car carrier. We were able to talk to him for a few minutes and learned that his home is in New Mexico. He took great care unloading mine and another gentlemen's vehicle both going to the base. For future reference on delivering or picking up any vehicle from Minot. There is a church about one mile north of the main gate. It's perfect for loading and unloading vehicles. My Hyundai arrived in the same condition that I left it, dirty. But none the worse for wear. I was disappointed though, that it took 11 days to be picked up and the fee was re-nogotiated. My suggestion for a growing company is to find more carriers that will except credit card payments. Thank you for working so hard to be a part of the BBB and having a good website it was what persuaded me to choose you over other carriers. My family has asked for your number and I will be happy to give it. Ship a car Inc was informative, allowed the use of a credit card, hired a good driver, my vehicle arrived safe and within a week of pick-up, you are given the carrier's number to communicate drop off day and time, once the day of pick-up was finally arranged the pick up happened in a timely manner. The rep who answered the phone was a car person. He explained to me that his dad had lots of cars and he had a Dairy Queen and they parked their cars out front. I’ve always been around race cars and he has a racecar. So, out of all the people I talked to, whoever that rep was, he was the most knowledgeable. He is probably Ship A Car’s best salesman. The car was to be transported to my house and they said it would be here Friday. I was out of town and I was driving back from Fort Worth in the evening on Wednesday, and I get a call. The man said that he would like to drop off my car that night. I said that I was not even at my house and asked how he got down so fast. It was Wednesday. He said not to worry about it and asked if he could drop it off between 7:00 and 8:00.   I got up in the morning and my wife informed me that the sprinkler people were coming. So at 7:15, at least four pickup trucks and about eight guys showed up, and they all parked around our house. And at 7:45, a neighbor, two houses down, was replacing their fence. So, another four trucks showed up with eight guys. And accordingly, I’m going, “Where is this guy?” And sure enough, here he comes with the transport, zigzagging in between all these parked trucks. He asked where he would park. I told him to back it in our cul-de-sac and he did. Then, the local security guard asked if I was moving. I told him I was getting a car delivered. So, he stops. There must be 20 people, all watching. Then the driver asked if I knew how to drive a stick shift. He couldn’t get the car out of the carrier because he couldn’t drive a stick. So I told him I would help him. He’s got two cars in the carrier, mine, which follow in the front, and another car that’s barely turned over. It’s shaking and rattling, and he backs that out. He puts it in neutral and it’s just sitting there idly. He comes back in and gives me the keys. I asked him if he realized how much space there was between the door and the carrier and I couldn't get in the car. He’s a skinny guy so he gets in the car. I told him to wind the window down, get out of the car and let me see if I can hold on the top of the carrier, and I’ll get in like a racecar driver. So, that’s what I did. And the moment I turned on that car, I was in heaven. The sound of that car gave me goosebumps, and I backed it up probably about a half a mile per hour, super slow. I drive around all the cars and I said that I got to inspect this because it was way dustier than what the photo showed. I looked at it and it was perfect. Finally, my wife started talking to the two other people that wanted to talk to me but I said that I gotta get this in the garage and check it out. The driver was gonna leave and once he leaves, if there were any problems, it’s sorry, Charlie. Then, we paid the driver and he was all smiles because it was 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s and 50s. We hadn't had a chance to go to the bank to just give him a 100. And he got in his trailer. It was a very nice experience.

I used them to transport a repo'd car from Michigan to North Carolina. This means I had to be a middle man between the shipping company and the repo yard, it was no walk in the park, but thanks to Theo at ship-a-car he was very patient and worked very hard to get me a driver to pick the car up (very difficult time slot for pick-up from repo yard) I couldn't have done it without his help and his determination to provide me with the best customer service possible. It was our first time working with Ship A Car INC a couple months back and everything went very smoothly. From the time that we first contacted them to the final delivery, they provided us with great customer service and communicated with us very well throughout the whole the process. Car was shipped from PA to Las Vegas. Unload was rush rush and car was covered in dust/dirt. As most would do....Gave a cursory look over of the car and signed the bill of lading hurredly. Days later cleaned the car and found black duct tape covering a crack on the rear fiberglass spoiler. A deliberate and premeditated effort to hide the damage. Contacted ship-a-car. Justin V. Had ALWAYS been overly helpful and polite. Much to my dismay when I contacted the sub contractors insurance company they said the subs insurance was not in force. This is In direct contradiction of my agreement with shipACar. I’m hoping shipACar comes thru. Stay tuned. I will keep you posted. Weeks later. STILL NO RESPONSE/SATISFACTION Ship A Car inc sent m a subcontractor who did not have insurance in effect. I shipped FOUR cars cross country with shipacar Four. The sub hid damage under dirt and black duct tape. Shipacar basically said I did not note the damage on the bill of lading. It was hidden and they hired uninsured sub. Be aware. Spread the word. I gave them a chance to settle for a fraction of the damage. Ignored. W S. Las Vegas.
