Maine to Texas Vehicle Shipping

I had originally scheduled a my car transport with Nationwide auto transportation (don't us them). On the day of my pickup nationwide called me stating that they had no one to pick up my car after I have made a reservation 2 weeks prior. When i originally made my reservation i was told tbwy would contact me two day before the pick. Due to their lack of professionalism I cancelled there service. I called ship a Car the same day and Pepper answered. We scheduled a pickup for the next busy day and with 48 my car was shipped from Florida to California.

Ms Dana was the best! She was very accommodating and helpful! Even in the delay, the company was very Creative in meeting our needs! The car arrived safe and in the 24 hours as promised!

Paul was amazing! Communicated with me throughout the entire process until my car was dropped off at my door! The driver was good too , quick and easy. Thanks Paul!! I’ll be using again!

From the first phone call to Lisa Panuccio who set up my transport, to Henry Moreno who picked up my car, I was 100% satisfied with their service. I have used 3 other car companies before and not one company followed through on the contract and we were forced to drive our car from Connecticut to Texas at the last minute. I was very leery of using another car company and expressed my concerns to Lisa. She was very reassuring but the proof of their reliability was the fact that my car was picked up on time, delivered on time, no hidden costs and was in perfect condition. All I wanted was for my car to be delivered from Connecticut to LA on time and that is exactly what was done!!! Lisa also remained as my personal associate until the car was delivered. Anytime I called to ask her a question, she picked up immediately and everything she promised was what happened. Don't waste your time looking for another car transport company that will promise you the world and then they won't deliver! The shipper was early and coordinated very well. It was a complex unload having to remove two cars to get to mine. The maneuver was executed perfectly in a minimal amount of time and was impressive to watch. The move was well coordinated and executed flawlessly.

In addition, the driver dispatched to move my car from Los Angeles To St Petersburg, Florida was punctual, called when he was supposed to, prior to pickup/delivery, and made great time completing the transport. The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

Ship A Car is the best auto transport business there is! Believe me, I did my research. I called many car transport companies and got many shipping quotes, all of which were bogus. I saw that Ship A Car had a good rating so I called. It must have been my lucky day because I got to deal with Danny, the nicest guy in the business. I called up Ship A Car and they were very courteous on the phone. They were understanding that at my age, I'm not quick on the computer and on a whole bunch of things. But I knew what I wanted. They said they would find somebody. They said, "Give us a day." They came back and gave me a basic price. Then they came back and said, "We found somebody who will do it for $50 less. It's enclosed. Everything is perfect. We've had a lot of good feedback with them." So I gave them my credit card and they took their money. I also paid for the extra insurance because it was a specialty car.   Ship A Car reduced the amount that they would get in their pocket by $50 when carrier number one could not pick up the car timely and they had to go to carrier number two, which was the fellow I ended up with. It was perfect. The guys were personable and it was a nice experience. The only thing was that I didn't know when the driver was going to show up. They said, "We'll pick it up Friday or Tuesday or Wednesday or whatever." They couldn't give me a time. So the gentleman called me and said that they were stuck at the car dealership so instead of getting here at 10 in the morning, they were going to arrive at 2:00 or 3:00. He kept me posted along the way telling me when he was going to arrive. So it was a pleasant experience. When the driver pulled up, he had a Porsche in there, which he pulled out and then put my car in the middle because of the way it was going to be dropped off at the other location. They strapped it all down. He took pictures before it left. Then it was in Nebraska from Long Island in a couple of days. They said it could take anywhere from four to six days, but it only took two and a half days. I was very pleased. My son looked at the car when it arrived and it arrived just the way it left.

We talked with Steve he was very professional. We had a bad experience with trying to find a company to ship our car. This was the second company we found after the first one kept delaying our pick up on of the car and changing the price everytime we talked to them. They gave one flat price, no hidden fees, and no extra costs. Shipped from California to Texas. Great experience if we ever have to move long distance again we will use this company to ship one of our cars again.

I used Ship A Car to ship my car from California to Chicago, I had never shipped anything before so naturally I was a little weiry but I came across Ship A Car after looking at other companies and I thought why not call, Turns out it was the BEST call I made, Very Very nice people, explained everything to me, always took my calls, always answered my calls, my car reached it's destination on time in the same exact shape as when it was picked up... This was my first time using Ship A Car, and overall it was a really good experience. I shipped my Lexus from Manhattan to Michigan. Initially, I was really nervous about sending my vehicle. I went with Ship A Car after reading through some of their positive reviews. The only reason I rated them as a 4 instead of a 5 was because of a $200 price jump. I was informed this might happen due to the delivery destination, but still, extra costs are extra costs. Other than that, I had an excellent experience. They did a really good job with handling my Lexus. The shipment took about 2 days. There was no damage and the vehicle wasn't dirty when I received it. I would recommend them.

I dealt with Justen over the phone. They got my motorcycle to me safely in an enclosed transport on time and significantly cheaper than anyone else. PS don't use uship.com for reviews, those reviews are all fake as hell.

We shipped a golf cart from NJ to Florida with Quintin and everything went well. Cart was picked up in a covered trailer. Quintin worked hard to find us a shipper with short notice. Would definitely use again.
