Louisiana to Maryland Vehicle Shipping

My agent was Doug and he was professional, courteous, and as truthful as he could be. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very cooperative. As our circumstances change, I made him aware and he changed things up as we were going. I was shipping my deceased husband's car to our daughter. Things had to line up before I could ship that car and I explained that to Doug at the outset. He worked with me.   I live in a rural area with narrow streets. He said, “I'm gonna put the car up for some driver with the explanation of the circumstances. We will make that driver aware. And we'll go from there.” Somebody accepted the car within 24 hours and I was totally shocked. Doug explained everything to the driver and the driver said he could handle it. When I made contact with the driver and I re-explained to him, he said, “I committed to picking this car up so that you would not have to walk, you would not have to meet me anywhere. You wouldn't have to leave your home. This car is literally going door to door.” The morning that he was coming to pick up the car, the driver called me and notified me that he was in the area. I knew exactly where he was. I again said to him, “Maybe you should just stop on the larger street or the wider street, and give me a call. And then reassess whether or not you can get down into my narrow road to pick up the car.” I heard that driver before I saw him. He got down out of his big truck and said he couldn't turn around. But I was told not to worry as this was the commitment he made. We looked over the car and he took pictures of my vehicle. He loaded the 2006 Sonata on the back of his truck and it was ready to go. He gave me an approximate delivery date to my daughter. But his plan changed. The driver did not call to tell me but that was perfectly all right. My daughter was looking forward to the weekend and when she reached him, he told her he would have the car there on Monday morning, which he did. I just wished that I had known it wasn't going to get there then I wouldn't have been so anxious that Saturday. But he didn't know. Other than that, the driver delivered and the car was in excellent condition when my daughter got it. The gentleman backed his big, old, long truck out of this narrow street. I was impressed because nobody else did. I am grateful to Ship A Car.

I used Ship A Car Inc to transport my car from California to Wisconsin. After reading a few reviews, yes, the transport truck could be a double decker truck with several cars. Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews.. I spoke with Bob at Ship A Car, I felt comfortable with the rate and transportation terms. I had no issues. There were no hidden fees, the car was delivered on time and no damages. My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

Being a small online dealer I ship a couple of cars a month. So over the years, I've ran into my fair share of auto transport headaches! I am happy to say that this was my first time giving Ship A Car a try and they delivered the car for the price they originally quoted me and it came safely to my customer in the same condition that I sent it in. The hold time was a bit much... but I understand that they are working on it! Overall great experience and I will start using them all the time. They even sent me at $25 AMEX gift card when I referred my sister to them!

We shipped a golf cart from NJ to Florida with Quintin and everything went well. Cart was picked up in a covered trailer. Quintin worked hard to find us a shipper with short notice. Would definitely use again.  

I was very pleased with this company. Customer service was great. Melinda made the contract clear and was able to get a driver within a week. The dispatch person, Amanda, was always available to inform me of where my car was on route. My car arrived in good condition in a timely manner, and the price was more reasonable than some other quotes I had gotten.

I recently hired Ship A car to transport a vehicle from Florida to Texas. I spoke with and dealt with Meredith Anzalone during this process. She made the experience positive. She was professional, informative and prompt in her response to me. If I had to call her with a question, she answered it right away. If I had to leave a message for her, she called back quickly. She showed care and also interest in the back story of this car. She also followed up after the car was delivered to make sure that everything went well. Maria Did Very WELL ! An Excellent Job! The Driver didn’t Call Prior to pick up but he did call prior to arrival. Maria Stayed In contact with me the entire way. The driver got lost but we worked it out together. I even pointed him back out to the road.

Unlike some of the other reviewers I had an excellent experience with this company.  I was getting quotes from several companies. I spoke with Justin and he offered me a quote that was a little higher then another place but he said he could ship my car to CA fast. He called me shortly after and had everything set up.  I was nervous bc this was my first time having to ship a car and I was moving it across the country. I had to call him back a couple times as questions came up and he always answered. Even on Saturday.  The pick up day came and my car was picked up no issues.  It was delivered in the exact timeframe that justin quoted. My uncle had to meet the driver at a shopping plaza but that was ok bc I was warned that the truck may be too big to get down my street. Justin called afterwards to make sure everything went as planned.  No damage to the car. Will use again when I have to ship the car back east next year.

After speaking with 3 different car shipping companies, I found Bob Moran at Ship-A-Car. What a relief to speak with someone that answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. More importantly, Bob delivered on all the promises he made me. This was my first time shipping a car and I was nervous and confused Bob put me at ease right away and quoted me a reasonable price. Moreover, this all transpired over the 4th of July holiday, my car was delivered on the 4th of July safe and sound. I worked with Justen to ship my car from Michigan to California, he is very kind and patient and the communication is great throughout the process. My situation is a little bit special, in early May, I made a deal with Justen that the release date will be July 10th, however, on June 19th, my schedule has changed and I need my car to be transported as soon as possible. After I told my concerns to Justen on June 19th morning, he replied a few hours later saying that he has arranged a driver and my car is ready to be picked up this afternoon!!! Great thanks to Justen and my car arrived at California on June 23th! I gave him difficult circumstances, but his professionalism made it a easy move. Although Ship a Car Inc is more expensive than others, but if you think of their service, it is totally worth the price! Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again… in a heartbeat.

Yvonne really made me feel confident that i wasn't going to be one of those horror stories I read about in reviews of other places. jeep arrived From Omaha, Nebraska to Beverly Hills, California no problem. Left Friday morning and got it on Sunday morning. Yvonne is fantastic to work with.
