I shipped a car from Chicago to Port Charlotte Florida. This month. Worked with Steve G. At ship a car. The process was relatively seamless and very efficient. Will use them again for sure

1 Star is unfortunately the lowest rating permitted... My car was supposed to be shipped via auto train. It arrived 5 days late. Was dropped off with a broken axle. They waited until I was out of town so a friend had to sign for it. Was basically barely able to be driven to the repair shop. Cost almost 1000 dollars to repair. Their insurance refused to respond to my inquiries to pay the bill so I am left to pay. Terrible organization.

I must say I was amazed at the service I received from SHIP A CAR INC....especially their customer service rep J. Meigs.... a sure asset to this company. I was in a bind ..my car was not going anywhere and he made it happen for me. There was constant communication... and any time I had a question my calls and emails were returned. My car was picked up on time....delivered safely... and the person who brought the car out also did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend and use this company again.

Both the seller and I has scheduling problems of our own. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating in arranging the shipping. This was the second time I used Ship A Car. Both shipments were on time, with no problems. I'd use them again.

Ship a Car Inc. , located in Coral Springs, FL XXXXX, moved our car from the East Coast to the West Coast at a great price, on an expedited schedule and delivered all services exactly as promised. We found the car moving industry is unfortunately full of companies who promise everything, and deliver nothing. (Not So at Ship a Car Inc. ) Danny (XXX-XXX-XXXX), at Ship a Car was easy to work with and always followed up with us to successfully complete our move.

Was paranoid of using any shipping company after hearing nightmare stories. And WOW, this was not the case here. Totally professional!!! Lots of info given in the beginning, the quote was actually high and a company that was used to transport had it here when they said they would Lots of constant communication and made this an easy thing to deal with. Would definitely use it again!!!!

I had a little longer wait due to truck issues and the road. However, Bob Moran was beyond useful and helped me in more than one way. His customer service let alone human compassion for the things i was or might have been going through was very much appreciated during this huge transition in my life. I would recommend ship a car inc. And ask for Bob!

The most recent service we had done by Ship A Car INC. was to transport a car from California to Denver, Colorado. The task turned out fantastic, as usual. I really like that it is so easy to make arrangements with them and all of the staff seems so professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, as I have used their services for years and will continue doing so.

Bob was great at his job and really helped me out through the whole process. They say you have to have a certain weight limit in your car and everything but bob was able to find me a driver who helped me with that and let me put a little more weight in. He even found me a driver in just a day time since I needed my car out in Arizona in a rush. I highly recommend this company you and your car will be in good hands the whole time.

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

I used Ship A Car, Inc. to move two cars from Des Moines, WA to Blue Springs, MO. They hired Nationwide to transport my cars. The contract stated they would arrive no earlier than April 26th to pick up my cars. On April 24th I received a call from the driver stating he would be arriving April 25th pick up my cars. I said I needed my car on the 25th as stated he was not suppose to arrive until at least the 26th. He told me that the only other day he could pick up my cars was on the 29th which was my morning flight to MO. I contacted Ship A Car and they reconfirmed that he will arrive on April 28th to pick up my cars. On April 28th I receive a call from the driver stating he would be there between 6-7 PM. I called at 8 PM to see where he was and he told me that he stopped at a rest stop for awhile and would be there around 8:30 PM. Well, at 9:30 PM I called again and he said his truck broke down. He arrived in a car at 10 PM to sign for the cars. this was stressful as we were to leave on a flight the next morning. Upon arrival near Blue Springs, MO he stated that he needed to park in a large lot about 1.9 miles from my location. I did not realized he was hauling a nine car carrier and I needed to find a way to the lot which was 1.9 miles away. Upon arrival, I paid the driver in cash as they do not allow a credit card. This experience was less than desirable. If you use this carrier, don't be surprise that you may have to drive your vehicles to some large lot for loading and again to a large lot to retrive your vehicles. I doubt that other carriers would be any better. My cars made a trip to Chicago, etc. before arriving at their destination. Just don't be surprised to be inconvenienced in a similar manner no matter what carrier you use. There are some out there that take initial money and you never hear from them again. Check reviews before hiring.

This guy with Ship a car, his name is Cameron B, is an outstanding and honest man, hard to find this days. He lives with his words at all time from the bigining of setting up my car's shipment to the end of the delivery. The car delivery setup process went smooth and car was delivered much better than I expected. Awesome job.

I would like to thank Joseph and the owner of the company for all their hard work. I would specifically like to thank Joseph for putting up with me and the mess that was created by a driver who was supposed to pick up my car but they decided to cancel literally with less than 24-hour notice when it was time to ship my car. I got really stressed because I needed it to get done since I am moving. However, Joseph really handle the situation with professionalism and made sure my car got shipped the next day, and even got me a better deal because my car is getting to Texas sooner than it was originally going to get there with the first driver. The driver who picked up my car the next day was extremely professional and communicated with me the entire time. TOTAL SATISFACTION!!! Begin of March, i shipped my Honda from CA to CO. I worked with Malisa from Ship-a-car company; Malisa was very helpful and honest. Honest because she kept her commission due only. she got a better deal from car transport, she gave me a lower price at $650. And Malisa contacted me regularly until my Honda was picked up. Totally, it took 6 days since the date i talked to Malisa to the date the Honda delivered at Arvada, CO.

Ship A Car saved me from a horrible experience. I had put a deposit in and waited a month and a week with another company. With Ship A Car I didn't have to put down a deposit until they had a driver for me, which was within 24Hrs. Quinten Putnam had fabulous customer services and was always available to talk. I never got the runaround and didn't have to wait. Car went from Texas to Florida in 5 days. I'd still be waiting with the other people.

Very professional from start to finish. The booking agent (Len) was always available and reached out to me at every step of the process. The driver assigned to me (Jerry) was also an excellent communicator, took great care with my car and delivered it exactly as promised. I would definitely use this company again!

I am currently fighting with this company for my move to Washington from Michigan. TL;DR- DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE TRASH I booked my service in mid November for a 12/13 pickup and a 12/23 delivery. I worked with Zachary. All seemed well. He said the driver would reach out to me shortly. They didn’t. The week before pickup I started getting antsy, so I reached out to my pal, Zachary. No reply. I called him, no reply. Sent another email, nothing. I emailed the driver, nothing. Called the driver, nothing. Finally 12/13 rolls around and I have no confidence they’re coming at this point. I call Zachary again, nothing. Finally mid day on 12/13 he calls me and says my driver is running late. Should be here on 12/15, should still make it by 12/23. Gives me an updated number for my driver. I call it. Nothing. Finally end of day 12/13 the driver texts me asking for photos of my truck. Then proceeds to tell me it absolutely will not fit in his enclosed trailer and that he can’t come. I call Zachary, nothing. He finally emails me back and says we’ll find another truck. I email him on 12/14 asking for an update. Nothing. I send ship a car inc a message on FB, nothing. I tweet @ them. Nothing. I use their website messager, nothing. It’s now 12/15, another 2 emails and 2 phone calls to my dearest friend, Zachary who promptly ignored them. I have absolutely no faith that they will ever get my car shipped and now just hope they will return my $300 deposit, but I am doubtful. SAVE YOUR TIME, SAVE YOUR MONEY, FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

Never doing anything like this Joseph G. was honest, and made it happen quickly and for the quoted price. Met driver at other location due to access to home and daughters college but was convenient for us both.

I am extremely grateful for the Help in having my $40,000. Gold wing trike Mr. Farber set up for me quickly from Santa Fe, N.M. I had to fly out in 24 hrs.due to illness leaving my trike at a hotel with the key for shippers. Picked up on Saturday July 9, arrived Monday July 11. Perfect cindition. Well worth ever dollar. Other shipping wanted a loading dock at pick up and drop off. Because it's a trike. That was unacceptable. Thankyou Larry Farber for everthing.

Ship a car did a wonderful job shipping my cousins car. Sam was so nice and helpful with dealing with my father. My father was trying to take care of this transaction and make all the arrangements. I was the middle person to just clarify some things. Sam took the time to explain to me of everything that was happening and told me what was required from me/my dad. This review is easy! Janet Rinella at Ship A Car, Inc. Is a huge asset to that company. I had been through 2 miserable experiences with 2 transport companies, both of which I canceled after much frustration and NO results nor return calls, even after paying their required deposits. Learned through Google that best way to get auto transported is through a Broker. For some then unknown reason I called Ship A Car, Inc., and Janet Rinella answered the phone. Janet knows her stuff, is dependable, knowledgeable of this business, straight forward, kind, diligent, and FAST with results. From my first call with her, she found a transport company, located their driver and set up the pick up of the vehicle we were transporting to our grandson who is an Airman at Dover AFB, Delaware. This all was done by Janet's persistent follow up, contacting me daily every step of the way. She seemed to be as concerned for our grandson to get the car as we were. She is not only proficient at her job, she is caring, even to the point of asking me to contact her "no matter how late" when we met our driver and he drove it onto the ramps of the truck. That was last Tuesday. Our grandson received his car across country YESTERDAY! There is no doubt in my mind that had we hired any other company, we would still have that car in our driveway and our nerves and stress levels would be off the chart. In addition, throughout my many calls, texts and emails to Janet, we have developed a special and forever friendship. Her people skills are genuine, her work ethic is beyond reproach.

Had Ship A Car find someone to move a lowboy trailer. Worked with Kristina Virtue to find a power only unit. She was very prompt returning calls and emails. I would recommend this company for anyone needing their service.

This company and is a broker, they do not want to go above and beyond. There was a delay in our expedited shipment and they really didn't try to help. While talking to myself and my wife they hung up on my wife. When we called back to speak to a manager, the manager really didn't seem to care and still didn't try to help with the delay. The actual company they hired to transport our vehicle is the one that absolutely went above and beyond. The customer service at ship a car was really unprofessional.

I had never shipped a vehicle before this , and I have to say that I was a bit apprehensive about doing this. I have a ATV buggy brought from Phoenix, AZ to Norman, OK and I couldn't have been more pleased with the help I received from Danny K. with Ship-A-Car. He did what he said he would and the transport driver was on time and his equipment was "Top Shelf" plus he was a veteran like myself , we had a chance to talk a bit about our experiences. If I ever need to ship another vehicle I'll call Danny at Ship a Car.

When I called, I was encouraged by the information Larry provided about your service and best ways to reach him if we had questions. Pricing was fair and in line with what we expected. He called immediately when a driver was available. The transport driver's service had good follow up too and were happy to share information when I called them. The transport driver had good follow up and was easy to reach by cell. He picked up and returned the car to us in a timely fashion with no issues. Overall, it was a positive experience!

After speaking with 3 different car shipping companies, I found Bob Moran at Ship-A-Car. What a relief to speak with someone that answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. More importantly, Bob delivered on all the promises he made me. This was my first time shipping a car and I was nervous and confused Bob put me at ease right away and quoted me a reasonable price. Moreover, this all transpired over the 4th of July holiday, my car was delivered on the 4th of July safe and sound. We are still amazed at how fast the car was delivered (4days), how professional and honest Ship-A-Car and Bob Moran have been to us.

I called Bob at Ship A Car to ship 2 cars from Las Vegas to SC. Besides being personable and professional he got me the best price and the time frame i needed. We used Ship-A-Car to have a grain drill moved from Oklahoma to Wyoming. We dealt with Quinten Putnam, and we were very pleased! If anything, Quinten was too good! He had a driver lined up before our money order had even arrived to the dealer. The driver was one of the nicest men that I've met- he was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The driver was even willing to show us some tips that the dealer told him. In less than a week, we went from not having chosen a grain drill, to having it dropped off at our place. Quinten went the extra mile for us. When we need something else moved, he'll be our man!
