Danny was great, no problems there. We had a problem with the trucker who took our first load through -- he was several days late on his load, and he wasn't easy to get a hold of. But Danny did a lot of leg work, so my hat's off to him. The guy who picked up the trucks was a great guy. He was very informative and kept us posted. The express transit was kind of slow and sluggish, though -- it seemed like they only had a couple of drivers. But the trucks got there. They did a pretty good job.

I never had to have a vehicle shipped, but recently experienced a family health emergency and needed to get a vehicle back to NJ. Instead of taking advantage by charging me a lot of money, Danny was extremely sympathetic to my situation and gave me an excellent price for truck to be shippend from Florida to NJ. The vehicle was delivered as promised and there wasn't a scratch on it. If ever I need this type of service again, I no longer have to look any further to find a company because I will return back here.

I needed to vehicles shipped from 2 different states. I had booked with Roadrunner who was unable to provide transport when the deadlines arrived. Dana helped me get the first vehicle from Alabama to South Carolina and Bob really pushes the 2nd vehicles transport as I was on a timeline. With a promise of day after delivery I was impressed to be told that the vehicle a 2015 Porsche Cayman GTS had been delivered the next day!! I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.

Everything about the process of transporting my car with the people over at Ship A Car went according to plan and exactly as they said they would. The guy that came to pick up the car was right on time and very engaging. He took the time to tell me the plan for the delivery of the car and the time frame in which it would be delivered. The guy took great care in loading my car up which I really appreciated. The car ended up arriving at the destination before I did which the guy said it would and he was able to contact my daughter so that she was available for the delivery. The whole process was just so smooth and easy and went exactly as they said it would which makes me one happy and satisfied customer.

After getting the run around from several shipping companies, I typed 5 best shipping companies into my browser, and Ship a Car popped up. We called and spoke to Harry, who was very business oriented. He quoted us a price, and had a driver within 3 days time! The car was picked up on May 5 from Reading, Michigan, and delivered to Woonsocket, Rhode Island on May 6. Everything about this company was professional. We would highly recommend Ship a Car to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable shipping company.

I was able to get my 84 Z28 from California to Michigan in no time! I personally sell cars for a living here in Michigan and Bob and his team are top notch! Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple of days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care of my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again. in a heartbeat.

Bob Moran was AMAZING! I was in such a bind and had just found out some bad news about my dad’s health. Bob was very understanding and turned my situation into a positive one. Ship A Car and their representative Howard Heller was outstanding. Excellent customer service and our vehicle arrived as scheduled and in great condition. The transport driver Raymond McDowell was excellent as well. Very informative and kept us up to date on the arrival which came early. Highly Recommend, this transport company and their representatives.

We went with Ship-A-Car because we were unable to do cash to ship a car. ($900 was their quote.) I was to the understanding that there would be a $250 deposit charged when the contract was picked up and the remaining $650 would be charged upon delivery. WRONG! Ship-a-Car went with a company that does NOT do credit cards. Now we are having to work with the transport company and Ship-a-Car was able to basically take $250 from us just to do the same damned thing we could have done on our own if we had the cash. I will never use them again and will never recommend them.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph G. was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I love these folks! Thank you for a couple of wonderful experiences, Ship a Car. I highly recommend their service. In the future, I won't use anyone else.

Not a good experience with Ship a Car. First off, they were $300 more than other shippers in the area, but I used them based on their good reputation. I was assured that their company picked up and delivered on the days requested. Well, I requested they car be picked up on Saturday or Sunday, which I was assured it would be. However, the car wasn't picked up until Monday evening. I also requested the car to be delivered on Tuesday or Thursday. It was delivered on Wednesday morning during rush hour. The driver blocked the neighbors driveway, and had to move the truck. The driver also told me the wrong amount owed, and when he came I had to run to the ATM to get more cash. At no time during this process did the company call me to advise me of the changes in pickup and delivery. I emailed the gentleman at Ship a Car stating my dissatisfaction, get promised to get back to me in a day or two. As of this review it has been four days with no callback. I would advise people to choose another option when shipping an automobile.

I was a little nervous transporting my mother in laws Altima from Dallas to Plymouth. I called Ship a car and spoke with Bob M. He took the time to answer all my questions and was able to get a driver for me that day. The driver Vlad called me within the hour and picked up her car that night and it was even delivered a day early. I used them to transport a repo'd car from Michigan to North Carolina. This means I had to be a middle man between the shipping company and the repo yard, it was no walk in the park, but thanks to Theo at ship-a-car he was very patient and worked very hard to get me a driver to pick the car up (very difficult time slot for pick-up from repo yard) I couldn't have done it without his help and his determination to provide me with the best customer service possible. The customer service at Ship A Car Inc was very good. They did what they could do for me in the time frame they could. I had just come out of a bad experience with a previous company, so I really appreciated that. They shipped my vehicle cross-country from Las Vegas to Michigan within the time frame they had said, with no damage. The price was just what they said it would be over the phone- no extras or anything. It was decently priced. The person on the phone was very professional and a good spokesperson for the company. She told me what they could allow to happen as far as delivering it on time. This was the first time I used them and I would go back again.

The shipper was early and coordinated very well. It was a complex unload having to remove two cars to get to mine. The maneuver was executed perfectly in a minimal amount of time and was impressive to watch. The move was well coordinated and executed flawlessly.

My agent was Doug and he was professional, courteous, and as truthful as he could be. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very cooperative. As our circumstances change, I made him aware and he changed things up as we were going. I was shipping my deceased husband's car to our daughter. Things had to line up before I could ship that car and I explained that to Doug at the outset. He worked with me.   I live in a rural area with narrow streets. He said, “I'm gonna put the car up for some driver with the explanation of the circumstances. We will make that driver aware. And we'll go from there.” Somebody accepted the car within 24 hours and I was totally shocked. Doug explained everything to the driver and the driver said he could handle it. When I made contact with the driver and I re-explained to him, he said, “I committed to picking this car up so that you would not have to walk, you would not have to meet me anywhere. You wouldn't have to leave your home. This car is literally going door to door.” The morning that he was coming to pick up the car, the driver called me and notified me that he was in the area. I knew exactly where he was. I again said to him, “Maybe you should just stop on the larger street or the wider street, and give me a call. And then reassess whether or not you can get down into my narrow road to pick up the car.” I heard that driver before I saw him. He got down out of his big truck and said he couldn't turn around. But I was told not to worry as this was the commitment he made. We looked over the car and he took pictures of my vehicle. He loaded the 2006 Sonata on the back of his truck and it was ready to go. He gave me an approximate delivery date to my daughter. But his plan changed. The driver did not call to tell me but that was perfectly all right. My daughter was looking forward to the weekend and when she reached him, he told her he would have the car there on Monday morning, which he did. I just wished that I had known it wasn't going to get there then I wouldn't have been so anxious that Saturday. But he didn't know. Other than that, the driver delivered and the car was in excellent condition when my daughter got it. The gentleman backed his big, old, long truck out of this narrow street. I was impressed because nobody else did. I am grateful to Ship A Car.

Worked with Larry from Ship a Car a few months ago to ship a vehicle I purchased on the east coast back home to San Diego. Larry was detail-oriented, provided a driver with a fair rate, and picked up the car within the allotted time frame. The car was delivered earlier than expected which was the joy hiccup; as the vehicle was transferred from a tractor-trailer car hauler to a flatbed trailer from LA to San Diego. In doing so the delivery driver was given an incorrect phone number for contacting me. Fortunately, I was home at 10:30 pm to accept delivery. The other issue with this unexpected delivery is I didn't have the cash on hand to satisfy the balance due to the driver. However, a call to his supervisor and the payment was made via credit card. Would definitely recommend this coming and would use it again as they're properly insured as well.

After weeks of trying to find a shipper that I could trust, I found Ship A Car and Quinten. He walked me through the process and has traced my car with me through the entire process. Thanks to them, my g-son in the military will receive his car in perfect condition. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Transport came when agreed upon. There was some trouble before in that where the car originally was, the streets were too narrow for a large car carrier. No big deal, worked out a day before hand and not at the last minute and we got the car to a place where it could be easily picked up. Actually worked out better for us and the carrier. Driver was a nice guy and very professional. Loaded up in less than 5 minutes. Thank you guys.
