Book your shipment

Now that you received a quote and all of your transport terms have been agreed upon, you are ready to book your vehicle transport. Use our secure online booking form or call your shipping agent on their direct line to secure your transport.

Carrier Assigned

Your vehicle will be assigned to the carrier that can best accommodate your route, timeframe and price. Now that you have agreed to the assigned carrier, initial payment will be due to secure your spot on the carrier’s truck.

Pickup and delivery

On the day of pickup, your trucker will arrive and both of you will inspect your vehicle together and sign a Bill of Lading and the vehicle will be safely loaded onto the truck. Upon arrival at the destination, the vehicle will be safely offloaded. After a final inspection is completed and everything looks good, you’ll simply sign the Bill of Lading to accept your delivery.

Ship A Car did a good job. Their customer service was sufficient. I didn't have to worry about, “Where's the car? Or what are they doing?” Everything was in a timely manner. They had a man come here and he was of Lithuanian descent and he was new in the country. He was very kind and polite. He knew what he was supposed to do and did his job well. The car was delivered in about a day. He was very efficient. It worked out great.

I was in a desperate situation. I was left high and dry by a transport co named nice car auto transport. My car was supposed to have been picked up on 11/14/13. I had put in my order form on 11/4 spoke to the owner. All my information was given. Called nice auto to confirm. I was lied to. At my wits end I called this co. Ship a car inc on 11/14. Spoke to Bryan at 6pm explained the situation to him. I told him I'm leaving to oklahoma on the 21st of November and I'm truly worried now. Bryan assured me and told me I will find you a transporter. In less than 12 hrs Bryan had left a message on my voicemail and the transporter was calling me by 3pm. By 6pm he had my car an told me that by Tuesday the 20th my car would be in oklahoma. You hear stories about transport companies. I was quite negative when I began calling transport companies and then I found this one. And wow. I honestly feel I got lucky. This company it top notch. No gimmicks, no surprises, super good communication and information. Felt like I was always dealing with a real person that understood and cared and not some robot. Everything I was told would happen, happened and truck was delivered in great shape when it was supposed to. WIll use again for sure!

I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

I will never use this company again nor would I recommend that any consumer use it. Not only did my car not arrive a week after the allotted 6-10 day quote, the communication was horrible and evasive. They did not take responsibility for our car's whereabouts and had no answers as to when the car would arrive. They refused to reimburse me for the rental car I was forced to get because of this delay. At one point when I was trying to get to the bottom of what was happening the associate hung up on me. He had given me the run around for 3 days and never returned my calls. I am a very patient person and I knew there would be a delay given the holiday weekend. I padded that into my time but the lack of communication and lack of respect of my situation was totally unprofessional and frustrating. As I am writing this we still don't have our car.
