Iowa to Texas Car Shipping

Just moved two classic cars from Chicago to KC in the dead of winter. I asked for a two car hauler and the found someone fast. Was scheduled to have the cars picked up on Monday but the drive contacted me to see if he could pick the cars up a day early to get ahead of a big snow storm and bitter cold. On the back end I needed him to drive the cars up a long driveway and park them in the garage. He was easy to work with and did a great job.

The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

Fernanda was my representative, she was very professional, courteous and her communication was GREAT! She was very helpful with the whole process, she made it a great experience, NO STRESS. And very quick service. My transporter Radu was very courteous and professional, he was able to deliver my car a day early! He notified me a time he would be at my home and then notified me again that he would be 20 minutes later and he was sorry. Then when he arrived he apologized again that he was a little late--GREAT COMMUNICATION. Wonderful people.

I needed to vehicles shipped from 2 different states. I had booked with Roadrunner who was unable to provide transport when the deadlines arrived. Dana helped me get the first vehicle from Alabama to South Carolina and Bob really pushes the 2nd vehicles transport as I was on a timeline. With a promise of day after delivery I was impressed to be told that the vehicle a 2015 Porsche Cayman GTS had been delivered the next day!! I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

I shipped a brand new $15,000 Yamaha Viking UTV from Montana to Oregon. Even though the driver did not have the title, it would have been easy to sell this for $5000 to a ranch along the way and I would never see it. Shipped my daughters car from East coast to West coast and it arrived as promised. What I really like is that her car is designed with the front and rear bumpers somewhat lower to the ground then normal and this was a concern for me. I did a relocation and needed transport from Indianapolis to Idaho. Setting up transport with Ship A Car took a few phone calls and it went smoothly. The driver was fantastic and the transport took seven days. Things went very well.

My car was picked (on time) and delivered (2 days early) . If I do need to ship a car, I will definitely use them again. I dont think this company does any real due diligence on their carriers. A 15hr drive to deliver a motorcycle took 4 days after original estimate was next day. $700 with their fees. No show, no call the original delivery date. Steve Goodman was barely responsive except for one call. Carrier they picked barely exists online. Thank god I made Steve send their insurance certificate and I made sure my insurance company would cover and do the chasing had damage occurred. If they arent providing oversight than just use UShip.

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

I understood that there were substantial ice & snow storms throughout the Midwest so I will give some leeway to the pick-up & dropoff dates (completed within 24 hrs of ETA). Meredith my booking agent was courteous & thorough and I appreciated her follow up. My transport driver Victor was courteous & professional as well. Will use Ship a Car again.

Excellent customer service from Dana Briones from inquiry until the successful drop off of my new car from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles, CA. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and made herself available when I called to check on the location of my car after 4 days. I was also provided with the driver's full name and cell phone number. I most appreciate that Dana was honest about the estimated transport pick up and delivery time frame. The driver Alex was the absolute best. He called me and the car dealership the morning he picked up my new car. We spoke about 4 days later and he told me his expected delivery day. On that day, he texted me to let me know the time based on his GPS. He arrived earlier than expected. This was my first time purchasing a car from the internet, from another state and using an auto transportation company. I did have anxiety in the beginning. However, EVERYTHING went smooth and I have nothing but great things to say about Dana and Ship a Car Inc.
