Danny the coordinator was a great rep for the company and easily accommodated a continuing string of schedule changes I needed. The transport team, Sander and Val, gave me several calls to keep me posted of timing and location. A great service that I honestly would recommended.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple of days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care of my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again. in a heartbeat.

The driver was on time and my car arrived safely 500 miles away at my new apartment. Dana was very professional and kept me informed. Ship A Car, Inc. was fantastic. Steve was a great guy. Stayed on top of it, called me, and on the ball. Ship A Car delivered the car on a Sunday, which is unheard of. It was a dead-end run, because it was in Brigantine, New Jersey. And Steve told me that technically, these guys look for a return trip because they don't want to just do a dead-end run, and this guy just happens to know the area. He was from around the area earlier in his life. And he said, “I just look at it as a place I can go to visit the beach," when he dropped mine off. But the guy was super nice. The club car came out perfect. It was exactly what I ordered. It was exactly what I saw on pictures of. The guy showed me how to use it, which was nice. Everything was awesome. They made my life so much better.

Contacted Ship-A-Car Inc., one of many. Spoke with Carrie. I knew I was dealing with a broker and since I was a first time shipper I had nothing to fall back on. After a couple of phone calls I decided to go with Ship-A-Car. No problems at all. Transport company and the driver were first class. Picked the car up within two days of my contacting them. Car was delivered two days later on time and on schedule.

They did a fantastic job shipping my car on a super short notice (2 days) in the holiday season! No difference between initial offer and final payment. They work with great drivers - no damage at all on the car. My car has been shipped to Houston, TX from NJ. It's been delivered within 5 days after being picked up! Very fast service in the holiday season for that long distance. No surprise charges, no damage, very fast service, and great communication --> no stress. Couldn't be happier!

Ship A Car is a really great service. I had them ship my late model Lexus LS 460 from Louisville, Kentucky to Portland, Oregon. They made me feel really comfortable with delivering my vehicle across that long distance. Thad was the name of the driver that helped deliver my vehicle to Portland, Oregon. He's a very nice guy. A "Man's man," so to speak, and really easy to relate to. He stayed in contact with me, and gave me several options of places to meet besides the Portland delivery point. In retrospect, I should have chosen a different meeting location to avoid rush hour traffic, but it all went well. There was only one slight issue. I think he parked the trailer under a large tree, and the tree dripped a bunch of pitch over the car. Luckily, it didn't scratch the paint. I took it to get cleaned, and the guy said it should be fixable by leaving the vehicle under the sun for a week or so. Other than that, everything worked out fine. Ship a Car provided a good service and a pretty decent price.

Gabriel was amazing. A total angel to deal with. But the driver you hired Ray sucked. My truck was 3 days late was never offered a discount. I will refer the company but will tell people if a guy names Ray is doing the driving he had one excuse after another for my truck being 3 days late. But Gabriel and this company did great. GET INFO ONYOUR DRIVER..

We worked with Bob M. and he is AMAZING. We purchased a Ram Rumble Bee and we needed it shipped quickly for a surprise for my daughter. He was great at making that happen for us on schedule and in time!!!

I’m so pleased with how everything was handled. Lawrence with Ship a Car, Inc. was very friendly and professional when handling our vehicle. I was very satisfied with Justen and SHIP A CAR for moving my car from Virginia to LA and back.  I saw some other people had their prices go up than originally planned for when they signed the first contract. The first price is just an estimate, and the extra ~10% added is to have a more competent driver, which I was fine with knowing that they will take extra care for my car. Overall, I was impressed with their work, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car mover.

The only thing better than ship a car is Bob, who works at ship a car. Bob is a great listener who will help you get your vehicle where it needs to get to. Bob worked with us to get our rav4 moved from Florida to New York. He listened to our needs and wants and crafted a time and price that coordinated perfectly with our plans. Unlike many transporters, Bob gave us a quote which was believable, accurate, and was the price we ended up paying. He doesn't bait you with a low price which can't be fulfilled. They hauled my very expensive V8 chopper from OK to Clearwater, FL. Took care or it like it was a baby. Pedro the driver was amazing and Pepper the dispatcher was all over it from before they pick it up to the delivery. She was a life saver.

I had been looking for someone to ship my car for three weeks. I needed my car shipped from Alabama to Texas. The pickup location was kind of out of the way so I feel like that is why it was a longer process! However ship a car inc was the third company I found and had someone to pick my car up within a week! The price was a little higher but I felt that was due to the pickup location of my car. It was picked up on Thursday and delivered the next day! The only issue I ran into was a language barrier with the driver. However, he was very nice and understanding! I will book with this company again.

Bob was AMAZING! I was in such a bind and had just found out some bad news about my dad’s health. Bob was very understanding and turned my situation into a positive one. He was very quick at responding back to me and very knowledgeable. It put my mind at ease and all I had to do was sit back and wait for my car to come. It took little time to travel from WA to VA and the driver was very nice as well. Bob called to check up on how the delivery went and that in itself was really nice! The gentleman that delivered my car was very good. It was my first time using them, and I'd use them again. Would recommend to anyone. They're very professional. Just make sure that if you're shipping a classic car to put the cover on it -- you'll need to keep the dust off.

After having a bad experience the previous year with another transport company I was quite skeptical of shipping our vehicle again. I was pleasantly surprised with Ship A Car! From the beginning to end it was a much easier transaction. The agent Carrie was professional and informative through the whole process and the driver was prompt, thorough and courteous. Ship a Car Inc. arranged transportation for 3 of our company vehicles to move across the country. They met our requirements and provided an auto hauler in a very timely manner at a competitive rate. The entire process went smooth and trumped many other auto transport companies I've used in the past.

Please read before calling Ship A Car, Inc. I purchased a vehicle and needed it shipped from New Jersey to Missouri. I called Ship A Car and Steve Goodman set everything up was very friendly and helpful in the beginning. I called on May 19th to set up the shipping. I was told it would cost $750. The carrier would be paid $500 and Ship A Car would be paid $250. I was promised my vehicle would be picked up Thursday May 21st and be delivered to MY DOOR on Sunday May 24th. I was also told my vehicle would be in an ENCLOSED trailer. The original pick up day came and went and they told me “No carrier was going to the midwest.” Then the next day the excuse was “No carrier is going to Missouri.” Then the next day it was “We’ve called all 12 carriers we deal with and no luck.” Finally, he called me all excited and said he had found a carrier that could pick up my vehicle. He said they could pick it up May 30th and deliver it to my door June 1st but the only way they would do it is if I now paid $1,100 instead of the agreed upon $750. He said the carrier would need $900 cash and Ship A Car would be paid $200. He said “There are no other options.” I decided to go ahead and do the deal only because I had waited 10 days past the original pick up day. I should have told them to SCREW OFF but I needed the vehicle. Now to the carrier. They of course told me they wouldn’t drive their semi down my road to MY DOOR like I was promised so I had to meet them up the street. It took them an hour to get my vehicle off their trailer and the whole time they screamed and cussed at each other. People across the road at a Dollar General were standing watching because they could hear the F-bombs from there. Also my vehicle was not in an ENCLOSED trailer like Steve told me it would be. This whole experience has been a nightmare and I suggest you stay far away from Ship A Car. —————————————————————————————— ** MY RESPONSE TO SHIP A CAR’S RESPONSE ** At no time did your company tell me my “quote” would go up 32% I was told my price would be $750 and my vehicle would be picked up Thursday May 21st and delivered to my DOOR on Sunday May 24th. Your company never mentioned COVID. I was told no carriers were going to Missouri. Since writing my review we have found dog hair in my vehicle that matches the dog the carriers had with them and empty water bottles that weren’t in the vehicle before the pick up and the mileage doesn’t match up.

Surprised ourselves with a new Harley while on vacation and needed a way to get it home (from Michigan to Nebraska). Emily was very helpful, polite and kept us informed of shipping progress. Our driver Sam kept in touch with us giving us with updates of his location and ETA. The bike arrived in perfect condition, Sam was very cautious with all the vehicles in his trailer - he even wore gloves to move the vehicles! We would defiantly work with Emily and Sam if we ever find ourselves needing a vehicle transported again.

Everything worked out perfectly with Ship A Car. We were helped by Christie, and she was perfect. My daughter was calling her every couple of days to see what the status was. Initially, we got started on a rocky road, but that was our fault because we had a vendor that we thought was going to help, and he was scamming. So, we were very glad when we got in touch with Christie. She talked us through what would happen and when it would happen. In the very end, she fulfilled those dates that she said. The gentleman who was driving was cordial and helpful. He had to park someplace else because our street is small. The car got here safely. I was really satisfied.

I used Ship A Car to coordinate transporting a Ford F550 Boom Lift truck from Waxahatchie, Texas to Portland, OR. This was the first time I had purchased an out of state vehicle and was nervous about the process. I shopped online and called around for quotes and found Ship A Car to be the lowest price by far for a fully insured shipment. Justen was courteous and professional, explained the process in full detail, and quickly put my mind at ease. When I had questions, he was always available to take my call, and made the process very simple from start to finish. He even checked in with me while the truck was en-route to make sure the driver was on schedule. We will be buying another truck soon, and I will definitely call Ship A Car to coordinate the shipment.

I was a little nervous transporting my mother in laws Altima from Dallas to Plymouth. I called Ship a car and spoke with Bob M. He took the time to answer all my questions and was able to get a driver for me that day. The driver Vlad called me within the hour and picked up her car that night and it was even delivered a day early. My car was shipped so incredibly fast from California to Nashville. It actually arrived even one day before I was scheduled to arrive in Nashville but the driver was able to accommodate me and stay an extra night until I arrived.
