I have dealt with many customer service people and I have to say Lisa provided me with the type of service I expect. She showed professional and caring service.

My experience was positive. The agent, Will, with Ship A Car, was very professional and my two cars were picked up and delivered in the condition I gave them to the driver. In fact, the driver delivered my cars one day earlier!

I hired a hualer from this company from Sacramento CA to Sparta WI. Ms. Kristina Vertue promptly found a carrier with an excellent driver Mr. Anton Buzila. They picked and dropped my car from door to door without any scratches.🙏🌹

Ship A Car and their representative Howard Heller was outstanding. Excellent customer service and our vehicle arrived as scheduled and in great condition. The transport driver Raymond McDowell was excellent as well. Very informative and kept us up to date on the arrival which came early. Maria Frew was the assistant that helped me make arrangements to have my 1991 Chevrolet Corvette shipped from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to my residence in Michigan. Maria was extremely helpful and what I enjoyed most was that she was responsive whether by text, telephone or email. I could always reach her and that was comforting to me. I was a little nervous transporting my mother in laws Altima from Dallas to Plymouth. I called Ship a car and spoke with Bob M. He took the time to answer all my questions and was able to get a driver for me that day. The driver Vlad called me within the hour and picked up her car that night and it was even delivered a day early. When we are ready to transport her car back to Dallas I will definitely be calling Bob. Thanks again!

I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

I worked with Justen to ship my car from Michigan to California, he is very kind and patient and the communication is great throughout the process. My situation is a little bit special, in early May, I made a deal with Justen that the release date will be July 10th, however, on June 19th, my schedule has changed and I need my car to be transported as soon as possible. After I told my concerns to Justen on June 19th morning, he replied a few hours later saying that he has arranged a driver and my car is ready to be picked up this afternoon!!! Great thanks to Justen and my car arrived at California on June 23th! I gave him difficult circumstances, but his professionalism made it a easy move. Although Ship a Car Inc is more expensive than others, but if you think of their service, it is totally worth the price! And in Ship a Car Inc, if you are looking for a smooth and worry-free transportation process, Justen is your man!!!

I was looking for a way to send my car from Minnesota to Denver and contacted several transport companies. I was very nervous about sending a car that was one year old and I had taken very good care of with someone/company that I had not ever met and or had any previous experience with. This was the first time that I had ever done something like this so I read all the reviews from each company. I called Ship a Car Inc. and got a real person by the name of Tynesha Jenkins who was a breath of fresh air she was professional at all times took the time to make sure that all my questions and or concerns were addressed. Her follow-up was excellent and I really like that this company has structure in selecting the actual transporter, pick-up and delivery process. I’m a very detail oriented person and I was impressed when the person came to pick my car up. Ivan from IV Auto LLC was dispatched to pick my car up he called an hour ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very nice and professional and completed a very detail car inspection report that we both signed off on so there would not be any surprises when the car was received on the other end. My family in Denver received the car in the same condition that it was in before the transport and they echoed the same thing that Ivan is a good man that cares. I will in the future without a doubt call only Ship a Car Inc. to handle my cars and recommend them to my family and friends.
