Called Ship A Car Inc without knowing what to expect. After receiving help from Bob Moran my expectations were far surpassed. He went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle had the smoothest transfer from Northern California to Southern California. He even took the time to follow up with the delivery. I've had the pleasure of working with Bob M. at Ship A Car for about the past year. He's helped my company ship our company vehicles to all 4 corners of this country numerous times, and he is always a pleasure to work with. I was put in charge of having a vintage car shipped (enclosed) from Pennsylvania to Chicago. It was something my brother bought on eBay. Already a little scary to me. So I did a google search, called a bunch of car transporting brokers and found 2 companies I wanted to go with....Ship A Car, Inc and Automobile Guy....turns out they are brother companies...but I liked Danny Transport Coordinator here because he answered ALL 100 questions I rapid fired at him with patience, thoroughness...even when I called him back several times. The car was picked up when the seller was ready to ship (a few days) and delivered to Chicago the very next morning. In PERFECT condition! I received several follow up calls from Danny to report the pickup and arrival time! I HIGHLY recommend this company and if you can get Danny on the phone I have no doubt you will get the service you are looking for!!

I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph Gorfien was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I love these folks! Thank you for a couple of wonderful experiences, Ship a Car. I highly recommend their service. In the future, I won’t use anyone else.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again… in a heartbeat. We have used Bob M. at this location several times to ship our vehicles. He is very personable has always treated us as if we are his top priority. Our vehicles have always been shipped and delivered as promised. He even was able to arrange same day pick up a few days before hurricane Dorian was scheduled to hit Florida which exceeded our expectations. Great service!

I recently purchased a 1942 Ford Deluxe Convertible, I needed someone to transport from Idaho to Upstate NY. My son came up with Ship A Car Auto Transportation from the Hemmings Motor News Magazine. Joseph Gorfien an employee took care of my car and arranged for trucking plus answered all my questions and calmed any apprehensions I had. The car arrived a day early in excellent condition. Willie D. assisted me on a short notice request to have my two vehicles, a Honda Odyssey and a Hyundai Elantra shipped from Santee, CA to Round Rock, Tx. I initially had set-up a request with another company a month prior , told them my situation and the day I needed it due to my wife's and my job that would require transportation. They told me they can deliver on the requested date. The day prior of the initial pick-up, I received an email that changed the pick-up to 3 days later and a possible whole week before the car would make it. They told me that I never specified the need and that they told me that they said the pick-up could be 3 days prior. They had a whole month to find a transport company to fit that transport request. I cancelled with them, called Willie D. at ship a car inc and he had me set-up with a pick-up day the same day. He was fast, efficient and had great communication the whole way. I would recommend him and also Ship a car inc for anyone moving out of state. I also would like to thank Carlos at Carlos Transport who Willie D. found as he was very professional, on time and delivered on the day needed. Very grateful to both of them. Relieved a lot of stress on our out of state move.

I live in Texas and purchased a classic car in Virginia. The seller suggested using Ship A Car and we were put in touch with Larry Farber at Ship A Car. Despite hiccups with the seller, Larry Farber worked with us in the most courteous, conscientious and professional manner and accomplished the delivery of the vehicle to me. I would highly recommend Larry Farber and would not hesitate to contact him and/or Ship A Car for future shipping needs.

I have never shipped a car before, so did the normal thing and jumped on the internet and started doing research. Ship a Car was highly rated, so I contacted them. I spoke to Marrine. She was friendly, informative and explained the entire process. She explained the difference between open and enclosed transport. She worked up two quotes for me based on both and e-mailed me each quote so I could read and make an informed decision. I was shipping the car (Mercedes C300) from Utah to Virginia. After speaking with my brother whom I was getting the vehicle from he said ENCLOSED !!!. He shipped the vehicle out to UT and his moving company did all the arrangements. They DID NOT use Ship a Car. It was shipped on an open car trailer and when the Mercedes and their Mini Van showed up, they had 850$ in damage and 240 miles on the Mini-Van. Again they DID NOT use Ship a Car. So I went with the enclosed transport option. It was actually only about 300$ more dollars than I figured out it would cost me to fly out, take time off work and then drive back. Also, I would be putting 2K miles on the vehicle. No brainer....Ship it. The car was picked up and delivered on time. Pay close attention to the process that is explained to you. Ship a Car is a booking service and only works with highly rated drivers/companies. They basically write the contract and put it out there for drivers who they approve. Once your contract is picked up by a driver, you are good to go. I had no issues with booking, the car was picked up on the day they said and was dropped of early. The driver was great and the car, although yes it needed a washing (it just came from UT, it was not gross, but yes had some grim on it. This was expected, enclosed trailers are not air tight) was in great shape, no damage, and no extra miles on it. I highly recommend this booking company and request Marrine, she was great.

I needed my sons car shipped from Bluffton, SC to his home in Bear, DE. My sister Louise gave me Kristina Virture phone #, sins she is working with her to have her car shipped from Queens, NY to Las Vegas. The car was picked up and was delivered on Monday, 2/22/2021 after 3:00 pm. Kristina did a great job and was very pleasent to work with. I told my sister what a great job she did. I had my car shipped from Hollywood, Fla. 2 weeks ago & what a pleasure. I spoke to Bob Moran several times as I was so nervous. He was wonderfully reassuring & patient. My car was picked up & delivered almost to the minute. I will definitely use ship a car again!

I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.

I used them to transport a repo'd car from Michigan to North Carolina. This means I had to be a middle man between the shipping company and the repo yard, it was no walk in the park, but thanks to Theo at ship-a-car he was very patient and worked very hard to get me a driver to pick the car up (very difficult time slot for pick-up from repo yard) I couldn't have done it without his help and his determination to provide me with the best customer service possible. I have to say It was a great experience! Kristina went above and beyond to help me get my car shipped to Juneau, Ak from Ohio. It was difficult to even have a conversation with my remote cell coverage, quite the challenge. She was professional and delightful, when I’m ready to return I will use their services again.

Quinten was awesome! When calling around for transport quotes, Quinten not only provided quote but other info in the entire process and how quotes are determined. I've never used a transport service before and Quinten was there all the way with me. Always responded to my worries, concerns, and questions. He followed up frequently, gave me direct contact info to reach him at any time, and got me through all these first time transport jitters. The vehicle arrived earlier than I expected in good condition and with a super nice and professional driver. With Quinten in my side for this, turns out I had no need to worry at all.

Car was shipped from PA to Las Vegas. Unload was rush rush and car was covered in dust/dirt. As most would do....Gave a cursory look over of the car and signed the bill of lading hurredly. Days later cleaned the car and found black duct tape covering a crack on the rear fiberglass spoiler. A deliberate and premeditated effort to hide the damage. Contacted ship-a-car. Justin V. Had ALWAYS been overly helpful and polite. Much to my dismay when I contacted the sub contractors insurance company they said the subs insurance was not in force. This is In direct contradiction of my agreement with shipACar. I’m hoping shipACar comes thru. Stay tuned. I will keep you posted. Weeks later. STILL NO RESPONSE/SATISFACTION Ship A Car inc sent m a subcontractor who did not have insurance in effect. I shipped FOUR cars cross country with shipacar Four. The sub hid damage under dirt and black duct tape. Shipacar basically said I did not note the damage on the bill of lading. It was hidden and they hired uninsured sub. Be aware. Spread the word. I gave them a chance to settle for a fraction of the damage. Ignored. W S. Las Vegas.

I called Bob at Ship A Car to ship 2 cars from Las Vegas to SC. Besides being personable and professional he got me the best price and the time frame i needed. I was having a car shipped from Houston to Tennessee and I had many concerns about this adventure. However, after speaking with Lawrence and then him walking me through every step. I had the best experience possible. He did everything that he said that he would and went over and beyond my expectations. The driver Leon was just as good and provided peace of mind all the way. I schedule my car to be picked up on a Monday.. when I actually made the final call to Lawrence.. he stated "how about if I try to get a driver to pick up on Saturday"? I said yes of course, short story Lawrence called back with a pick-up date on Saturday and delivery on Monday. Then Leon called and asked if a Sunday delivery would be okay?? Wow, I could not have asked for anything better than this experience. Yes, I would use this company again without a doubt.

I have never had a car transported before. I was very nervous about my pick up. Cody G was exceptional at helping me feel comfortable shipping my pick up "Ruby". Cody kept updated on the process. Then the driver Mario from Santiago Transportation was dispatched out to pick up "Ruby". He was so nice and understood how much my "Ruby" means to me. He was driving Ruby from Lawton, Oklahoma to Fountain Hills, Arizona and landed her at the exact time that was scheduled. No problems whatsoever! Best customer service experience!!! I needed to transport my car from Kentucky to Nevada. I requested a quote and received one via email. I then received a phone call from Bob M. Bob worked with me explaining the process for shipping a car and once I had sent in my paperwork he went to work finding a driver to transport my car. When the first driver's dispatcher called to let me know my driver's truck broke down, I immediately called Bob and explained the situation. He got to work finding a new driver for my car. Making plans with the company was fast and easy. They did what they said they would do and delivered the car in the same shape it was in upon pickup. Although they promised to call an hour out before delivery, and they did not, they did call upon arriving within blocks of the drop off point.
