I used Ship a Car to ship my car from Long Beach to Hawaii. My car was picked up on time and everything went smoothly, and the rep that I dealt with, Howard H., was very responsive and helpful through the whole process.

Meredith with Ship a Car, Inc. helped us to get 5 vehicles shipped across two states. She was wonderful and we highly recommend Ship a Car, Inc. We needed our cars shipped quickly. Meredith was responsive and communicative. She found us two professional drivers who both did an excellent job!

I recently hired Ship A car to transport a vehicle from Florida to Texas. I spoke with and dealt with Meredith Anzalone during this process. She made the experience positive. She was professional, informative and prompt in her response to me. If I had to call her with a question, she answered it right away. If I had to leave a message for her, she called back quickly. She showed care and also interest in the back story of this car. She also followed up after the car was delivered to make sure that everything went well. For me, as a woman who never hired a car shipping company before, it was refreshing to deal with another woman. She was respectful whereas, a male I had dealt with before calling Ship A Car, was very offensive. Hello, I worked with Steve Goodman getting my car shipped from Pennsylvania to South Dakota. I was very leery on selecting a company and had been in touch with other shippers. My finale price was about $200 higher than original quote, but South Dakota isn't a very popular route. I had Car available on November 2 , 2020 and truck picked it the same day ! Although first truck had mechanical issues, Steve has another within 30 minutes scheduled. Car was delivered with no issues , on time. I would suggest to others to be available at anytime day of the transport because the driver can show really at anytime. Its funny the other shipping company called me and said the finally found a driver to transport my car , but it was already delivered . Steve really made it happen quick !

I'm giving SAC a 1 Star due to the transporter they assigned me (guilty by association). SAC (itself) were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, if they assign "Dones Auto Transport Inc:" to you, MAKE SURE you refuse them! The driver was nice enough but didn't speak english - per the dispatcher. And the dispatcher was anything but professional. I'm all for supporting small businesses but this husband/wife team were the absolute worse in professionalism and communication! This is why they probably don't have a profile under Google or Yelp! I was promised 5 star service but received the most bootlegged service ever experienced! Wednesday, March 23: Received a call from the dispatcher "the driver (Javier) is confirmed to pick up my car on Friday (March 25) & would call me 3 hours out." Friday, March 25 Driver was a no call/no show. Attempted to make contact via text and cell to no avail. Dispatcher finally calls back late afternoon - Driver stuck at DMV all morning renewing his registration & would pick up the car  Saturday morning by approximately 8am. Saturday, March 24: 9 am, No word from driver/dispatcher. Several calls/texts made & at 12.30 pm, dispatcher text's back stating her son had the phone & she didn't realize I called. Almost an hour later I'm told the driver caught a flat but was approximately 45 miles away. 3pm, driver arrives & picks up the car. Tuesday, March 29 5 pm, dispatcher texts me - driver needs to drop off "tonight" as another driver injured his finger. I asked for a time, she provided a two hour window which I refused due to the inconsistent communication & lack of confidence. She then became obnoxious and even sent me a photo of the injury (see attached - NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH) & demanded I make arrangements for a late drop off. After A LOT of back and forth, she agreed to a Wednesday morning drop off. Wednesday, March 30 The driver makes contact stating he was onsite & unloaded the car only to find out he was at the wrong location. It took him another hour to get to the right destination. Two hours later, I finally got my car. I know as a broker, there is little SAC can do but this needed to be said! STAY AWAY FROM DONES AUTO TRANSPORT, INC!

Bob Moran and the Ship A Car team made the whole process of shipping a car smooth. I received the car the same week I purchased it. It arrived on-time and without any damage. It's really frustrating dealing with trucking companies and that why you need a team like Ship A Car. Many of those people at transport companies have very little patience and communication skills to deal with vehicle owners direct. That why you need a broker like Bob Moran. He takes the hassle off your back! He handles everything and get you the best price. If you're smart, you'd stick with these people like Bob.

I booked my car with Howard . To ship from Atlantic Beach Florida to Irvine California . We agreed to 1300.00 fee . That included three containers in my car upto 100lbs... upon delivery I was charged an extra $100.00 for the containers. They would NOT unload my car until I gave them the extra $100.00 dollars. I had called Howard several times on the issue and he never resolved the issue of the extra 100.00 dollars . This company is a ripoff. They are by far the most expensive ones out there. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. I was so excited to have my shipped only to have a huge negative experience with this company.

Ms Dana was the best! She was very accommodating and helpful! Even in the delay, the company was very Creative in meeting our needs! The car arrived safe and in the 24 hours as promised!

After speaking with 3 different car shipping companies, I found Bob Moran at Ship-A-Car. What a relief to speak with someone that answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. More importantly, Bob delivered on all the promises he made me. This was my first time shipping a car and I was nervous and confused Bob put me at ease right away and quoted me a reasonable price. Moreover, this all transpired over the 4th of July holiday, my car was delivered on the 4th of July safe and sound. We are still amazed at how fast the car was delivered (4days), how professional and honest Ship-A-Car and Bob Moran have been to us.

The rep I worked with, Lawrence Knapp was very knowledgeable, helpful and customer service oriented. He answered all my questions, and went the extra mile to save me some money. I feel our car is in good hands. I liked the tips on how to get your car ready for shipment. Lawrence communicated well through phone, text and email. He walked me through the process of signing documents so that went smoothly. He was easygoing and friendly too! I recommend Ship A Car, Inc. I got two other comparable estimates and because of Lawrence, I went with Ship A Car. A friend referred us, as she had a good experience too.

I am extremely grateful for the Help in having my $40,000. Gold wing trike Mr. Farber set up for me quickly from Santa Fe, N.M. I had to fly out in 24 hrs.due to illness leaving my trike at a hotel with the key for shippers. Picked up on Saturday July 9, arrived Monday July 11. Perfect cindition. Well worth ever dollar. Other shipping wanted a loading dock at pick up and drop off. Because it's a trike. That was unacceptable. Thankyou Larry Farber for everthing.

We hired this company to help us transport our vehicles from Hawaii to Michigan. Steve either always answered his phone or was extremely prompt in returning my phone calls. Our vehicles arrived on time, one actually arrived early, with no damage from the transporters dispatched by Ship a Car. Cameron provided excellent service. He was always reachable by phone. My family shipped 3 cars from Florida to Massachusetts. The 2 drivers were also easily reachable and treated us with great concern and respect. These guys were exception. We had moved to Florida in June and used another carrier which was a fiasco. Lost my job and moved back to MA and once again, if you need someone you can trust, use "Ship a Car" and ask for Cameron.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again… in a heartbeat.

Worked with Larry from Ship a Car a few months ago to ship a vehicle I purchased on the east coast back home to San Diego. Larry was detail-oriented, provided a driver with a fair rate, and picked up the car within the allotted time frame. The car was delivered earlier than expected which was the joy hiccup; as the vehicle was transferred from a tractor-trailer car hauler to a flatbed trailer from LA to San Diego. In doing so the delivery driver was given an incorrect phone number for contacting me. Fortunately, I was home at 10:30 pm to accept delivery. The other issue with this unexpected delivery is I didn't have the cash on hand to satisfy the balance due to the driver. However, a call to his supervisor and the payment was made via credit card. Would definitely recommend this coming and would use it again as they're properly insured as well.

I called Ship a Car, inc for a quote to ship a motorcycle from Central California to Southeastern Texas. Willie D. quickly responded to my RFQ with a decent bid with a 7 - 9 day transit time. We easily came to terms over the phone, a truck arrived the following day. Willie offered same day pickup but that didn't work for me. As it went, the bike was delivered in 4 days! Needless to say that I'm delighted with the company's service and efficiency. Willie D. kept in touch until I was satisfied. I should mention that Ship a Car, inc is a broker who contracts to shippers.

I can't say enough good things about this company and specifically Bob Moran. Bob has now helped me with shipping two of my family's vehicles (MI to CA in 2016 and CA to NY).
