My husband and I just had our cars delivered by a Ship A Car and we have to say that the service provided by them was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The driver said he would arrive to pick up our cars at Noon and let me say he was there exactly at Noon. Our cars were picked up on a Saturday and by Wednesday afternoon we had them (picked up in New York and dropped off in Florida). We would highly recommend this company.

Gabriel was amazing. A total angel to deal with. But the driver you hired Ray sucked. My truck was 3 days late was never offered a discount. I will refer the company but will tell people if a guy names Ray is doing the driving he had one excuse after another for my truck being 3 days late. But Gabriel and this company did great. Unlike some of the other reviewers I had an excellent experience with this company.  I was getting quotes from several companies. I spoke with Justin and he offered me a quote that was a little higher then another place but he said he could ship my car to CA fast. He called me shortly after and had everything set up.  I was nervous bc this was my first time having to ship a car and I was moving it across the country. I had to call him back a couple times as questions came up and he always answered. Even on Saturday.  The pick up day came and my car was picked up no issues.  It was delivered in the exact timeframe that justin quoted. My uncle had to meet the driver at a shopping plaza but that was ok bc I was warned that the truck may be too big to get down my street. Justin called afterwards to make sure everything went as planned.  No damage to the car. Will use again when I have to ship the car back east next year.

My experience with Ship A Car Inc. was wonderful. Even though there were some problems on my end, they were very accommodating. The guy who I worked directly with was more than fabulous. I was referred to Ship A Car from the moving company because I decided I didn't want to pull my Escort myself behind my truck. I made the right choice because the cost was more than reasonable and I didn't have to deal with the aggravation. The transport coordinator, Danny, was a great rep for the company. He helped me work around my schedule and responded to changes in my plans easily. The delivery guys, Sander and Val, kept me up-to-date on their timing and location throughout the transport. I recently hired Ship A car to transport a vehicle from Florida to Texas. I spoke with and dealt with Meredith Anzalone during this process. She made the experience positive. I was looking around for a car transport for my boss on short notice, Justen at ship a car gave me a price that was in the high end of the budget. After we had everything set we ended our call. literally it took him less than five minutes to find a driver and set it up for the dates I needed. SHIP A CAR is pretty straight forward. They're a little more expensive than other quotes out there. They assured me they would pick up and drop the car off at a certain place and time and actually followed through. Other car shipping services don't seem to be as reliable. The outside of the car was a bit dirty which is understandable since they shipped it cross-country, so we just got it washed. I would recommend people to use them.

This was my first experience with using a transport company for a vehicle, after reading reviews about different companies I was nervous. Bob Moran with Ship A Car had some good reviews so I called him to get a quote. The price was in range with others I had called but I felt more comfortable working with Bob. I called Bob on Friday of Labor day weekend at 4:30pm, he was able to have my vehicle picked up on the following Tuesday in Colorado and delivered to me in Northern Illinois Thursday morning. The driver, Egor, called me Wednesday afternoon and we made arrangements to drop off the vehicle at 6:00am so I could get to work, he was very accommodating to my schedule. I am not one to post any reviews but I felt these guys deserved to be praised. I would definitely use them again.

I used SHIP A CAR INC for my recent move from VA to CA. Pepper provided great customer service throughout the process. At the last minute, the driver had an issue with their truck and a new driver/transport co. had to be found. That transport co. was Bayka transport. The dispatcher and driver were inefficient at communicating with me, and expected me to drive to meet them, instead of providing the door to door service that was promised. The issues were worked out, but I will be wary of shipping my car in the future.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph Gorfien was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I love these folks! Thank you for a couple of wonderful experiences, Ship a Car. I highly recommend their service. In the future, I won’t use anyone else.

My father passed this summer and I inherited his 1956 DeSoto. My two boys, 18 and 20, plus my husband researched the possibility of getting the car shipped from Michigan to Connecticut. When the first driver showed up without the proper equipment, Yvonne did everything possible to find another driver that was available the week that I was in Michigan visiting my mother. I needed to ship my SUV from Hanover, NH to Seattle. Fernanda Lopez was my point of contact for my shipping needs. She was prompt, patient and very helpful in accommodating my shipping dates and ensured we stayed in touch throughout the process. The quote I got was reasonable and I would venture to say cheaper than the other quotes I received, without any compromise. I received my car within 5 days and I couldn't be a more satisfied customer. High recommend ShipACar and especially Fernanda for their great service, price, and support.

I called up Ship A Car and they were very courteous on the phone. They were understanding that at my age, I'm not quick on the computer and on a whole bunch of things. But I knew what I wanted. They said they would find somebody. They said, "Give us a day." They came back and gave me a basic price. Then they came back and said, "We found somebody who will do it for $50 less. It's enclosed. Everything is perfect. We've had a lot of good feedback with them." So I gave them my credit card and they took their money. I also paid for the extra insurance because it was a specialty car.   Ship A Car reduced the amount that they would get in their pocket by $50 when carrier number one could not pick up the car timely and they had to go to carrier number two, which was the fellow I ended up with. It was perfect. The guys were personable and it was a nice experience. The only thing was that I didn't know when the driver was going to show up. They said, "We'll pick it up Friday or Tuesday or Wednesday or whatever." They couldn't give me a time. So the gentleman called me and said that they were stuck at the car dealership so instead of getting here at 10 in the morning, they were going to arrive at 2:00 or 3:00. He kept me posted along the way telling me when he was going to arrive. So it was a pleasant experience. When the driver pulled up, he had a Porsche in there, which he pulled out and then put my car in the middle because of the way it was going to be dropped off at the other location. They strapped it all down. He took pictures before it left. Then it was in Nebraska from Long Island in a couple of days. They said it could take anywhere from four to six days, but it only took two and a half days. I was very pleased. My son looked at the car when it arrived and it arrived just the way it left.

I had planned to have my Harley picked up about a week in advance. I put down a $200 deposit a guy told me you are good for Saturday. Well Saturday came no one shows up. I call the guy I spoke to about the whole deal... no answer. Call the guy Bob who is the driver no answer.... call the main office lady picks up gives me another number to call..... no answer call her back... no answer. Moving to Texas in 3 days... not happy...... finally got a call back from Bob.... Bob is driving around Wisconsin.... I’m in Ny.... thanks Bob

I had been through 2 miserable experiences with 2 transport companies, both of which I canceled after much frustration and NO results nor return calls, even after paying their required deposits. Learned through Google that best way to get auto transported is through a Broker. For some then unknown reason I called Ship A Car, Inc., and Janet Rinella answered the phone. Janet knows her stuff, is dependable, knowledgeable of this business, straight forward, kind, diligent, and FAST with results. From my first call with her, she found a transport company, located their driver and set up the pick up of the vehicle we were transporting to our grandson who is an Airman at Dover AFB, Delaware. This all was done by Janet's persistent follow up, contacting me daily every step of the way. She seemed to be as concerned for our grandson to get the car as we were. She is not only proficient at her job, she is caring, even to the point of asking me to contact her "no matter how late" when we met our driver and he drove it onto the ramps of the truck. That was last Tuesday. Our grandson received his car across country YESTERDAY! There is no doubt in my mind that had we hired any other company, we would still have that car in our driveway and our nerves and stress levels would be off the chart. In addition, throughout my many calls, texts and emails to Janet, we have developed a special and forever friendship. Her people skills are genuine, her work ethic is beyond reproach.

I loved how Yvonnes professionalism and hospitality made my experience amazing. Shipping a Rolls Royce from New York to Atlanta and then from Atlanta back to New York, I was nervous worried and very annoying with staying on top of it making sure the drivers were on time, professional, etc. Yvonne helped me anyway she could even after hours when it was VERY late, she picked up for me, and it made me feel VERY comfortable and confident in my choice by using her. The rep who answered the phone was a car person. He explained to me that his dad had lots of cars and he had a Dairy Queen and they parked their cars out front. I’ve always been around race cars and he has a racecar. So, out of all the people I talked to, whoever that rep was, he was the most knowledgeable. He is probably Ship A Car’s best salesman. The car was to be transported to my house and they said it would be here Friday. I was out of town and I was driving back from Fort Worth in the evening on Wednesday, and I get a call. The man said that he would like to drop off my car that night. I said that I was not even at my house and asked how he got down so fast. It was Wednesday. He said not to worry about it and asked if he could drop it off between 7:00 and 8:00.   I got up in the morning and my wife informed me that the sprinkler people were coming. So at 7:15, at least four pickup trucks and about eight guys showed up, and they all parked around our house. And at 7:45, a neighbor, two houses down, was replacing their fence. So, another four trucks showed up with eight guys. And accordingly, I’m going, “Where is this guy?” And sure enough, here he comes with the transport, zigzagging in between all these parked trucks. He asked where he would park. I told him to back it in our cul-de-sac and he did. Then, the local security guard asked if I was moving. I told him I was getting a car delivered. So, he stops. There must be 20 people, all watching. Then the driver asked if I knew how to drive a stick shift. He couldn’t get the car out of the carrier because he couldn’t drive a stick. So I told him I would help him. He’s got two cars in the carrier, mine, which follow in the front, and another car that’s barely turned over. It’s shaking and rattling, and he backs that out. He puts it in neutral and it’s just sitting there idly. He comes back in and gives me the keys. I asked him if he realized how much space there was between the door and the carrier and I couldn't get in the car. He’s a skinny guy so he gets in the car. I told him to wind the window down, get out of the car and let me see if I can hold on the top of the carrier, and I’ll get in like a racecar driver. So, that’s what I did. And the moment I turned on that car, I was in heaven. The sound of that car gave me goosebumps, and I backed it up probably about a half a mile per hour, super slow. I drive around all the cars and I said that I got to inspect this because it was way dustier than what the photo showed. I looked at it and it was perfect. Finally, my wife started talking to the two other people that wanted to talk to me but I said that I gotta get this in the garage and check it out. The driver was gonna leave and once he leaves, if there were any problems, it’s sorry, Charlie. Then, we paid the driver and he was all smiles because it was 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s and 50s. We hadn't had a chance to go to the bank to just give him a 100. And he got in his trailer. It was a very nice experience.

Bob arranged the car move from Long Island to Texas. Everything went smoothly. The car arrived in Texas less than a week after pick-up.
