SHIP A CAR is pretty straight forward. They're a little more expensive than other quotes out there. They assured me they would pick up and drop the car off at a certain place and time and actually followed through. Other car shipping services don't seem to be as reliable. The outside of the car was a bit dirty which is understandable since they shipped it cross-country, so we just got it washed. I would recommend people to use them.

We dealt with Harry burge who did a great job from the initial setting up of the cars and explaining the process accurately to the delivery of the cars to our new address. Great experience we were in need of getting our vehicle from the dealership that was over 400 miles. Paul worked very diligently to get it here in time because we needed it by the weekend.

I was very satisfied with the service. Bob was extremely professional and easy to work with, as were the shipping companies that I interacted with. I would (and already have) recommended them to friends. Everything was organized and executed exactly as I was told it would happen.

We used Ship a Car to transport 2 of our vehicles from Salt Lake City to Nashville. Justin was on it as soon as I gave the go ahead. The drivers arrived a little early, but patiently waited and our cars arrived one, before we did (but we had made arrangements for it to be received), the other as scheduled a couple of days later. No damage to either vehicle, just a lot of road dust as to be expected. I'd use them again in a heart beat. They were half the price of all the others and less that a week ship time.

Please read before calling Ship A Car, Inc. I purchased a vehicle and needed it shipped from New Jersey to Missouri. I called Ship A Car and Steve Goodman set everything up was very friendly and helpful in the beginning. I called on May 19th to set up the shipping. I was told it would cost $750. The carrier would be paid $500 and Ship A Car would be paid $250. I was promised my vehicle would be picked up Thursday May 21st and be delivered to MY DOOR on Sunday May 24th. I was also told my vehicle would be in an ENCLOSED trailer. The original pick up day came and went and they told me “No carrier was going to the midwest.” Then the next day the excuse was “No carrier is going to Missouri.” Then the next day it was “We’ve called all 12 carriers we deal with and no luck.” Finally, he called me all excited and said he had found a carrier that could pick up my vehicle. He said they could pick it up May 30th and deliver it to my door June 1st but the only way they would do it is if I now paid $1,100 instead of the agreed upon $750. He said the carrier would need $900 cash and Ship A Car would be paid $200. He said “There are no other options.” I decided to go ahead and do the deal only because I had waited 10 days past the original pick up day. I should have told them to SCREW OFF but I needed the vehicle. Now to the carrier. They of course told me they wouldn’t drive their semi down my road to MY DOOR like I was promised so I had to meet them up the street. It took them an hour to get my vehicle off their trailer and the whole time they screamed and cussed at each other. People across the road at a Dollar General were standing watching because they could hear the F-bombs from there. Also my vehicle was not in an ENCLOSED trailer like Steve told me it would be. This whole experience has been a nightmare and I suggest you stay far away from Ship A Car. —————————————————————————————— ** MY RESPONSE TO SHIP A CAR’S RESPONSE ** At no time did your company tell me my “quote” would go up 32% I was told my price would be $750 and my vehicle would be picked up Thursday May 21st and delivered to my DOOR on Sunday May 24th. Your company never mentioned COVID. I was told no carriers were going to Missouri. Since writing my review we have found dog hair in my vehicle that matches the dog the carriers had with them and empty water bottles that weren’t in the vehicle before the pick up and the mileage doesn’t match up.

I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

Merideth Anzalone did an excellent job in supporting the needs of the customer. When the transport company suffered delays in shipment, she got on the phone and worked it out to our total satsifaction.

I called Bob at Ship A Car to ship 2 cars from Las Vegas to SC. Besides being personable and professional he got me the best price and the time frame i needed. The most recent service we had done by Ship A Car INC. was to transport a car from California to Denver, Colorado. The task turned out fantastic, as usual. I really like that it is so easy to make arrangements with them and all of the staff seems so professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, as I have used their services for years and will continue doing so.

I contracted with Ship a Car to pick up and deliver a motorcycle. Steve was great to work with. They arranged for the motorcycle to be picked up on a Saturday and it was delivered to me 900 miles away, the next day (as Sunday). I was amazed. Price was reasonable and they far exceeded my expectations. I have used other motorcycle shippers in the past but this was the best experience by far. I will definitely use them again.

We have used Bob M. at this location several times to ship our vehicles. He is very personable has always treated us as if we are his top priority. Our vehicles have always been shipped and delivered as promised. He even was able to arrange same day pick up a few days before hurricane Dorian was scheduled to hit Florida which exceeded our expectations. Great service!

I had been looking for someone to ship my car for three weeks. I needed my car shipped from Alabama to Texas. The pickup location was kind of out of the way so I feel like that is why it was a longer process! However ship a car inc was the third company I found and had someone to pick my car up within a week! The price was a little higher but I felt that was due to the pickup location of my car. It was picked up on Thursday and delivered the next day! The only issue I ran into was a language barrier with the driver. However, he was very nice and understanding! I will book with this company again.

"Trying to ship a Burning Man art car halfway across the country can be difficult. It’s even harder when you only have 5 days’ notice. I found GolfCartShipping.com (run by Ship-A-Car) purely by chance after exhausting half a dozen other providers, but when Bob Moran picked up the phone I knew was talking to a professional. He recognized the tight schedule and budget we were working with, and he I could tell he enjoyed the uniqueness of our project. He told me he would see what he could find, and he set right to work. By the next morning, Bob had a driver and a quote that fit our budget and would get the car there just in time. But of course, it couldn’t be that simple. Nothing with Burning Man ever is. We had bought a trailer on the chance that we would have to deliver the car ourselves, and now we wanted to know if the trailer could be brought too? And, would it be possible to take the car all the way to Black Rock City, instead of just to Reno? Bob took these questions and curve $@!#% with great patience and skill. He juggled our phone calls with those of his vendor and figured out a plan that would work for everyone. We were so happy. Life was good. But, like a rockslide, my partner sent me a message that changed our plans entirely. The work that Bob and I put in was flushed away. The last phone call we shared I felt like I was kicking a puppy. I was disappointed to see some very low ratings on Yelp about this company. I spoke with Steve and a guy named Mike transported my 2 cars from California to New Orleans. My driver's name was Mike and he called me every day to let me know where he was in his transport. The cars arrived in pristine condition and very timely. I guess everyone's experience is different...but I got all-star treatment.

My company recently lost our transportation driver and we was in need of a company to give us quick turnaround and least expensive rates. Willie Dublin was awesome and worked with me directly all hours of the day and even while he was on vacation to meet our company needs. I am very pleased with the experience and customer service. I spoke to a Mr.Theo Brown and was assurred of the top rated service that ship a car had to offer..Was also informed of that my vehicle would be picked up an delivered right to my door.. The rep who answered the phone was a car person. He explained to me that his dad had lots of cars and he had a Dairy Queen and they parked their cars out front. I’ve always been around race cars and he has a racecar. So, out of all the people I talked to, whoever that rep was, he was the most knowledgeable. He is probably Ship A Car’s best salesman. The car was to be transported to my house and they said it would be here Friday. I was out of town and I was driving back from Fort Worth in the evening on Wednesday, and I get a call. The man said that he would like to drop off my car that night. I said that I was not even at my house and asked how he got down so fast. It was Wednesday. He said not to worry about it and asked if he could drop it off between 7:00 and 8:00.   I got up in the morning and my wife informed me that the sprinkler people were coming. So at 7:15, at least four pickup trucks and about eight guys showed up, and they all parked around our house. And at 7:45, a neighbor, two houses down, was replacing their fence. So, another four trucks showed up with eight guys. And accordingly, I’m going, “Where is this guy?” And sure enough, here he comes with the transport, zigzagging in between all these parked trucks. He asked where he would park. I told him to back it in our cul-de-sac and he did. Then, the local security guard asked if I was moving. I told him I was getting a car delivered. So, he stops. There must be 20 people, all watching. Then the driver asked if I knew how to drive a stick shift. He couldn’t get the car out of the carrier because he couldn’t drive a stick. So I told him I would help him. He’s got two cars in the carrier, mine, which follow in the front, and another car that’s barely turned over. It’s shaking and rattling, and he backs that out. He puts it in neutral and it’s just sitting there idly. He comes back in and gives me the keys. I asked him if he realized how much space there was between the door and the carrier and I couldn't get in the car. He’s a skinny guy so he gets in the car. I told him to wind the window down, get out of the car and let me see if I can hold on the top of the carrier, and I’ll get in like a racecar driver. So, that’s what I did. And the moment I turned on that car, I was in heaven. The sound of that car gave me goosebumps, and I backed it up probably about a half a mile per hour, super slow. I drive around all the cars and I said that I got to inspect this because it was way dustier than what the photo showed. I looked at it and it was perfect. Finally, my wife started talking to the two other people that wanted to talk to me but I said that I gotta get this in the garage and check it out. The driver was gonna leave and once he leaves, if there were any problems, it’s sorry, Charlie. Then, we paid the driver and he was all smiles because it was 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s and 50s. We hadn't had a chance to go to the bank to just give him a 100. And he got in his trailer. It was a very nice experience.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph Gorfien was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I love these folks! Thank you for a couple of wonderful experiences, Ship a Car. I highly recommend their service. In the future, I won’t use anyone else.

I was transporting a car I bought from an elderly lady as a surprise for my husband. Steve H at Ship a car made this whole experience really simple and easy, no stress. He is a great communicator and friendly to deal with. The transport guy Bruno was of a similiar mindset and we had the car delivered in perfect condition. I didn't make the call until Thursday afternoon and received the car on Saturday morning. Fantastic service, I couldn't be happier!

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

The entire process was so smooth and professionally handled. From Meredith our transport agent to Justin our transport driver it was a seamless process. We needed our car shipped from the west coast to our new home nearly 2200 miles away. We were in nearly constant communication with Meredith who provided updates promptly. When we had a hiccup on our end, our driver, Justin worked with us with no problem. Our car was delivered on the date and time promised and in undamaged condition. We had a minor change of departure dates, but Danny hel0ped us nad wuicly reinstated our reservation. Our car arrived ahead of time, and was inperfect condition.
