Ship A Car, Inc. was fantastic. Steve was a great guy. Stayed on top of it, called me, and on the ball. Ship A Car delivered the car on a Sunday, which is unheard of. It was a dead-end run, because it was in Brigantine, New Jersey. And Steve told me that technically, these guys look for a return trip because they don't want to just do a dead-end run, and this guy just happens to know the area. He was from around the area earlier in his life. And he said, “I just look at it as a place I can go to visit the beach," when he dropped mine off. But the guy was super nice. The club car came out perfect. It was exactly what I ordered. It was exactly what I saw on pictures of. The guy showed me how to use it, which was nice. Everything was awesome. They made my life so much better.

We had an urgent need to transport a family member's car from NC to WA and Janet helped find our transporter/driver within a day or two and the car was picked up on-time shortly after that and safely delivered sooner than expected with excellent service and care for a competitive price.

The process was easy. The car was picked up locally in Seattle and delivered on time at a convenient location in Illinois. The truck our car was on was enclosed, so t really wasn?t even dirty when it arrived. The people we worked with were professional and polite.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph G. was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. Because he communicated on a level that all customer service people should learn from this man. He returned calls and texts with in 24 hours and was honest and transparent if he could meet your deadline. They were a little high in price, but you can’t beat the service. The Agent I was working with was Bob. He held my hand throughout the whole process. The rep was very helpful. Pickup was Clarkston, Michigan on a Wednesday and the car wasn’t delivered until the following Saturday. It was in the email, very clear, that it would probably be delivered on that Friday, 10 days later. I thought it would come on a Monday or Tuesday. But when I looked at the email, it clearly said Friday. It ended up showing up on Saturday, which was fine. I was out of state, traveling for work. So, I didn’t need the vehicle, but I just had to schedule my friend to be there. Thankfully, she’s a very good friend. I saw the car on Monday. It was very dirty but that’s expected. It was dirty when it left, but it was way dirty. But it was in the same shape as it was when I left it with my sister for it to be picked up. I already recommended Ship A Car, Inc. to a coworker.

Excellent communication from Ship-A-Car Direct (Stefan and others). They lined up ARK Transport, who made an uneventful trip from Colorado to Ohio. Car was delivered at 10:30 PM (No problem for me, but I was unable to take good receiving inspection photos. Driver was very careful unloading car. No damage during transit.

Hired their driver. He never delivered the car and kept it on his truck nearly 2 weeks. Returned it to us damaged and found out that the driver was uninsured, despite Ship-A-Car's statement that the drivers are bonded and insured. Reached out to Ship-A-Car directly for reimbursement and get no reply.

My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.
