Theo Brown arranged for shipping my Ford tractor from Missouri to Washington state at a reasonable price and it was picked up and delivered on time with no damage. I am very pleased with there service and will use them again!

Ship A Car, Inc. was fantastic. Steve was a great guy. Stayed on top of it, called me, and on the ball. Ship A Car delivered the car on a Sunday, which is unheard of. It was a dead-end run, because it was in Brigantine, New Jersey. And Steve told me that technically, these guys look for a return trip because they don't want to just do a dead-end run, and this guy just happens to know the area. He was from around the area earlier in his life. And he said, “I just look at it as a place I can go to visit the beach," when he dropped mine off. But the guy was super nice. The club car came out perfect. It was exactly what I ordered. It was exactly what I saw on pictures of. The guy showed me how to use it, which was nice. Everything was awesome. They made my life so much better.

I used them to transport a repo'd car from Michigan to North Carolina. This means I had to be a middle man between the shipping company and the repo yard, it was no walk in the park, but thanks to Theo at ship-a-car he was very patient and worked very hard to get me a driver to pick the car up (very difficult time slot for pick-up from repo yard) I couldn't have done it without his help and his determination to provide me with the best customer service possible. After spending three weeks and past the deadline waiting for a carrier to pick up my car I switched companies and Dana B. helped me get my car picked up and shipped in two days. Great company and great customer service. Dana was a pleasure to work with.

I have to say It was a great experience! Kristina went above and beyond to help me get my car shipped to Juneau, Ak from Ohio. It was difficult to even have a conversation with my remote cell coverage, quite the challenge. She was professional and delightful, when I’m ready to return I will use their services again.

This is a company of thieves and liars. DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR with them. THEY WILL TRICK YOU AND OVERCHARGE YOU. They will lie to you on every step of the phone call. NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING THEY PROMISED or agreed with is real. They told me they would charge 200 dollars for commission, but they will charge you 3,4,5x more from your credit card. They will promise you a closed truck, but they will send an open truck. In addition to the worst service I had in my life, the supervisor dismissed my complaints for over one week and their company and/or employee STOLE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. After providing them my credit card number (I rarely use this credit card that I provided to them), my credit card was used in locations around their office location in Florida. THEY COMMIT CREDIT CARD FRAUD!! Be aware, this is a scam only surpassed by the one committed by the Wolf of Wall Street. I will make sure no one uses them again, I will take the appropriate legal action and report them to the Consumer Protection Bureau

Shipped two vehicles from Nevada to Kansas Kristina V and Ship A Car booking people made our transport experience... A positive experience. Can not say enough about the calm, confident manner they had with handling details and getting our vehicles moved to their new home.. I will refer the company but will tell people if a guy names Ray is doing the driving he had one excuse after another for my truck being 3 days late. But Gabriel and this company did great. I was put in charge of having a vintage car shipped (enclosed) from Pennsylvania to Chicago. It was something my brother bought on eBay. Already a little scary to me. So I did a google search, called a bunch of car transporting brokers and found 2 companies I wanted to go with....Ship A Car, Inc and Automobile Guy....turns out they are brother companies...but I liked Danny Transport Coordinator here because he answered ALL 100 questions I rapid fired at him with patience, thoroughness...even when I called him back several times. The car was picked up when the seller was ready to ship (a few days) and delivered to Chicago the very next morning. In PERFECT condition! I received several follow up calls from Danny to report the pickup and arrival time! I HIGHLY recommend this company and if you can get Danny on the phone I have no doubt you will get the service you are looking for!!

This was my first time ever transporting a car and I have nothing but great things to say about the experience! My contact, Bob, was unbelievably helpful. Walked me though everything and made it unbelievably easy! The driver showed up to the exact location and was very professional. The transportation from origin to destination was very fast as well. My only complaint was I was not given a photo of my driver so it took a couple of minutes to verify that the guy picking up my car was the correct person. But the driver was very understanding and super helpful in the verification process. I would recommend this comanpy to anyone transporting their vehicle to any part of the country, especially if this is your first time ever trying to do so.

The transport company I chose didn't show up and it was pretty bad. I switched to Ship A Car and I liked their communication. People let me know what's going on and I'm good. When I called to ask about anything, a person was there and responded. He called me to let me know that he had someone to pick up the car. From then on, it was good until delivery. After delivery, I got a follow-up call so it went well.   The transport was from South Carolina to Utah, which was about 2,200 miles. When the car was picked up, it took a couple of days. There were two drivers and they just continually drove. I couldn't believe it. The final rate was what was decided upon. The only thing was the payment was a cash requirement. I had just moved here to Utah and I just opened an account. The money was held because it came from another state so I didn't have cash. That posed a problem on delivery because checks or credit cards weren't accepted. If a credit card were accepted, that would have helped tremendously. Other than that, I would recommend Ship A Car.

I have done business with Ship a Car and Bob M. specifically for many years. He is knowledgeable, helpful and, most importantly, always available. When I leave a message, he always returns the call in a timely fashion. I have recommended him to several friend with cars going to many different destinations and they have all been pleased with the service and treatment they received.

We used this broker, after getting rid of another who was not straight with us. Ship A Car, called us, gave us a date, the trucker (Exit-15) picked up the car that day, and delivered the car half way cross the country in 3-4 days. All worked out according to plan. The driver of the truck was a cool hard working guy. There were 10 cars on his rig, we were lucky to be the last car on and the first car off. We have read email reviews and saw all the tales out there. I am sure there are good and bad stories. We are a good story, it all worked on time, we got the car to a place where the driver could pick it up. This rig is too big for some small roads. And he called us 8 hours a head of drop of time, and met us in front of the hotel where he unloaded our 2007 Camry.

I contacted BOB because some friends that also used the service. He was incredibly personable very helpful got right back to me and I thought his price was very fair. It is all because of BOB but I decided to go with this particular service. I guarantee our use them many times. The only problem was that the company they ended up hiring for shipping my vehicle was a problem. But when I told them about the problem they were very nice about it, and they handled it very well. These folks are everything they are cracked up to be. The experience from my initial conversation with Chris to the pick-up driver, Sergey, and our delivery driver "Jim", was informative, reassuring, prompt, and EASY. Not the cheapest, or the most expensive by far, and as carefree as shipping your favorite son's prized motorcycle could possibly be. BTW, the bike was delivered late, by 2 MINUTES! I lie, it arrived when the driver said he would arrive, and in the same condition it was shipped in. The whole group was great. Highly recommended.

I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

I was referred to Ship A Car from the moving company because I decided I didn't want to pull my Escort myself behind my truck. I made the right choice because the cost was more than reasonable and I didn't have to deal with the aggravation. The transport coordinator, Danny, was a great rep for the company. He helped me work around my schedule and responded to changes in my plans easily. The delivery guys, Sander and Val, kept me up-to-date on their timing and location throughout the transport. A very professional team. I will happily recommend to my friends and family and I would highly recommend to anyone else. Seriously, they know what customer service means.

It's really frustrating dealing with trucking companies and that why you need a team like Ship A Car. Many of those people at transport companies have very little patience and communication skills to deal with vehicle owners direct. That why you need a broker like Bob Moran. He takes the hassle off your back! He handles everything and get you the best price. If you're smart, you'd stick with these people like Bob.

Ship A Car does good by finding the drivers but one of the drivers, the last one we worked with, wasn't all there. He had no idea what he was doing but he might have been new. other than that, Brian does a good job. We've shipped several cars through them.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple of days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care of my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again. in a heartbeat.

I used Ship a Car to ship a motorcycle from Iowa to New Jersey. Pepper from Ship a Car helped me with the price which was reasonable, but most importantly, she was in contact with me each step of the process. This was my first experience with shipping an automobile cross country, and I must say it was and excellent experience. Bob Moran was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with the shipping process. We had a great conversation about cars and reminiscing the good old days. The whole process went great! I called up Ship A Car and they were very courteous on the phone. They were understanding that at my age, I'm not quick on the computer and on a whole bunch of things. But I knew what I wanted. They said they would find somebody. They said, "Give us a day." They came back and gave me a basic price. Then they came back and said, "We found somebody who will do it for $50 less. It's enclosed. Everything is perfect. We've had a lot of good feedback with them." So I gave them my credit card and they took their money. I also paid for the extra insurance because it was a specialty car.   Ship A Car reduced the amount that they would get in their pocket by $50 when carrier number one could not pick up the car timely and they had to go to carrier number two, which was the fellow I ended up with. It was perfect. The guys were personable and it was a nice experience. The only thing was that I didn't know when the driver was going to show up. They said, "We'll pick it up Friday or Tuesday or Wednesday or whatever." They couldn't give me a time. So the gentleman called me and said that they were stuck at the car dealership so instead of getting here at 10 in the morning, they were going to arrive at 2:00 or 3:00. He kept me posted along the way telling me when he was going to arrive. So it was a pleasant experience. When the driver pulled up, he had a Porsche in there, which he pulled out and then put my car in the middle because of the way it was going to be dropped off at the other location. They strapped it all down. He took pictures before it left. Then it was in Nebraska from Long Island in a couple of days. They said it could take anywhere from four to six days, but it only took two and a half days. I was very pleased. My son looked at the car when it arrived and it arrived just the way it left.

Bob was great to work with. It was our first time using Ship A Car and we were completely satisfied with the experience.

I had a truck I needed to ship from California to Texas. I check around to see who had he better rate and Service. I found Ship a Car Inc was the one for me. They were a little high in price, but you can’t beat the service. The Agent I was working with was Bob. He held my hand throughout the whole process. Unlike some of the other reviewers I had an excellent experience with this company.  I was getting quotes from several companies. I spoke with Justin and he offered me a quote that was a little higher then another place but he said he could ship my car to CA fast. He called me shortly after and had everything set up.  I was nervous bc this was my first time having to ship a car and I was moving it across the country. I had to call him back a couple times as questions came up and he always answered. Even on Saturday.  The pick up day came and my car was picked up no issues.  It was delivered in the exact timeframe that justin quoted. My uncle had to meet the driver at a shopping plaza but that was ok bc I was warned that the truck may be too big to get down my street. Justin called afterwards to make sure everything went as planned.  No damage to the car. Will use again when I have to ship the car back east next year.

Ship A Car INC did ship our car from California to Texas. They are an outstanding company, and my wife and I would use them again if we needed this type of service in the future. If I could, I would rate them five stars plus! 

Danny was very helpful and patient with my move. The drivers were great as well, communicated with me from pickup to drop off. I would recommend them to anyone.

Paid $900 + to have my car shipped from Colorado to South Carolina. Helped the driver load my car onto a flat bed on 6/23/16, armed my alarm, and filled out paperwork, and paid the requested cash amount. The Car was to be delivered at my mother-in laws house on 6/25/16. The Driver stated that this would not be an issue. I told him that it wasn't a huge deal if it took another day or so. The 25th came around so I text and called the driver and asked him to please arrange a time with my mother-in law so she will be home to receive the car. He said that he would right away, she never received any call. The next day I called again to no response, so I called shipacar and had no response from them. Finally received a call telling me that the driver broke his leg and his boss would be delivering the car, still no exact date or time. A Couple of days go by and the car finally shows up at her house with not the original driver, not the boss, but a part time college kid. This was the early afternoon on 6/28/16, Three Days Late. The driver and the company didn't know that I have a gps system built into my alarm. My car basically stayed parked at the guys home for two days. So the late delivery isn't even the worst part about this who process. Keep in mind that we are driving across the country this whole time. We finally arrive in SC on 6/30/16. Checked out my car and everything looked ok. Went for a drive to go say hello to my parents and on my way there was some sort of smell in my car. Was tired that night so didn't pay much attention to it. The next morning I decide to check out my car a little further and in the rear door panel inside a plastic truck stop bag was one opened and drank Fosters Beer Can and one Full Can. So that is why my car smelled like crap, it was from an open beer can. I am absolutely livid at this point because not only did someone unlock my car when they had no need to enter my car, someone was drinking in my car. Who knows what else they did in my car? I call ship a car and tell them what has happened and they were astounded. They call the company that "They Hired" and ask their side. I then get a call from the company telling me that it was my beer or I let someone drive my car and they left it in there. I explain to him that no one has every borrowed my car and I certainly don't drink fosters or have every known anyone that does, or shops at a pilot truck stop. We go back and forth with the owner of the transport company and all he can say is that he is very sorry and he will fire the driver. I am pretty sure that they are related because when we said fosters beer he changed his tune. Anyway I see why they deal in cash because they are not willing to do any refund. No to Shipacar, I explain to them how if I were pulled over driving my car with that beer and open container in the car I would have probably lost my license. They were apologetic and said they will try to get money back from the transport company, which I thought this whole time was them. They got me in touch with a supervisor who only offered to refund me $100.00. After we paid them $300+ , I asked that if they can't return the money that the driver received the next best thing would to do the honorable thing and refund all the money they got on their end. They were absolutely unwilling to make things right and just eat it on their side of the deal. In the end I would say forgo hiring a middle man like this because they pretty much sell your transport to any looser that they have in their system. Just go and find a transport company that actually ships your car and save some money.

Although this Company did not ship my car. Their response to my needs and great customer services showed me that they actually were looking to help me. They were transparent and did not give me the run around and called me back the same day to tell me they had a carrier to pick up my car. I want to thank them for their due diligence at getting the job done. I will be using them in the future. Thank you Paul!!
