Florida to Idaho Vehicle Shipping

My experience with Ship A Car has been nothing short of exceptional. Very good communication which gave me peace of mind when it came to shipping my custom Van Build. Highly recommend. Also shoutout to Bob Moran whom I was dealing with, big thank you for all of your help. I'll definitely be using this company again and have Bob's number saved for the next time I need a vehicle shipped!

The first issue I had with this shipment was when the Ship A Car sales rep called after we had agreed and on a price, I signed an order confirmation, paid the deposit by credit card and got a dispatch notice. About an hour later, the sales rep called me back to inform me that the driver wanted $200 more for the transport. At this point, I suppose I should have told him to find another driver, but I was anxious to get the car delivered in a timely manner. The second issue came on the Saturday my vehicle was to be delivered in the morning. I texted the driver who said he would be to my residence (in NY State) that evening and he included a picture of a Google map which included the Shiawasee River. I looked this up and found that it was in Michigan. I understand that you have to be a bit flexible, but later that late afternoon I got another text expressing that they would arrive at 3:00 am Sunday morning and would it be OK to take the delivery then. Again, I suppose I could have postponed delivery, but by this time I just wanted to be through with this process and said OK. They arrived at 4:15 am on Sunday and delivered the vehicle with no damage. It was not the worst experience, but it certainly would not merit a 5 star review.

My van made it here in one piece thank you so much for all your help. The carrier was very helpful and friendly. One happy customer!

The company he contracted with was outstanding, great service, my car arrived in a timely manner in perfect condition...except for a few bugs on the windshield!! Used this company recently to ship my truck across country. Was paranoid of so many things happening. THis company made the job effortless, and painless. Was given an exact quote, was promised no surprises and vehicle was delivered in excellent condition and on time. COmmunication was excellent and will use again in the future for sure.

Was paranoid of using any shipping company after hearing nightmare stories. And WOW, this was not the case here. Totally professional!!! Lots of info given in the beginning, the quote was actually high and a company that was used to transport had it here when they said they would Lots of constant communication and made this an easy thing to deal with. The service rendered to me by Larry Farber was excellent. He went out of his way to help me promptly, courteously and with feeling. He was aware that during this process of getting my car shipped, my beloved wife passed away suddenly as a result of a Brain Hemorrhage. I was devastated and sometimes it was hard for me to concentrate. But Larry was very understanding and sympathetic. That was very commendable and he deserves high grades for his services.

I had a motorcycle shipped on October 3rd, 2017. I would rate this shipment at 4.75 stars. The motorcycle was in excellent condition upon arrival. The communication with the driver was a bit lacking. I had to contact him to get info on when he would pick up and when he would arrive here. I had no idea when we were going to receive our shipment without contacting him.

I moved from NJ to OR and had to ship my 2 cars. I was flying out on Sunday 8/29 and as requested I gave them a 3 days window - Thursday 25th through Saturday 28th - for the pick up to match my travel schedule. Since the first call I told them that I was moving on Sunday and they assured me that they could pick them up on the window given. They didn't show up until Sunday a couple hours before I had to leave to the airport. It was a bit of stress for me which could have been avoided if they had shown up within the 3 days window I had given. However, besides that all went well. Cars arrived in 6 days which was less than they had estimated (7-10 days). I recommend using Ship a Car but if you have planned travels I suggest you consider at least a 5 days windows before your travel date.

Although this Company did not ship my car. Their response to my needs and great customer services showed me that they actually were looking to help me. They were transparent and did not give me the run around and called me back the same day to tell me they had a carrier to pick up my car. I want to thank them for their due diligence at getting the job done. I will be using them in the future. Thank you Paul!!

We found out about Ship A Car online and working with them has been very easy. We needed a large piece of farm equipment shipped out of Alabama and wanted to get it done at a good price as well. Ship A Car provided us with a really good rate and excellent customer service. They provided a timetable for the process and pretty much stuck to the schedule. Everything went very smoothly and we would be happy to work with them again in the future.

Everything worked out perfectly with Ship A Car. We were helped by Christie, and she was perfect. My daughter was calling her every couple of days to see what the status was. Initially, we got started on a rocky road, but that was our fault because we had a vendor that we thought was going to help, and he was scamming. So, we were very glad when we got in touch with Christie. She talked us through what would happen and when it would happen. In the very end, she fulfilled those dates that she said. The gentleman who was driving was cordial and helpful. He had to park someplace else because our street is small. The car got here safely. I was really satisfied.

Ship a car Inc was an absolutely fantastic company to go through Lisa was my initial contact and she got me through this whole process after we done business with another company that turned out to be fraudulent Lisa got the situation turned around so that she could have a driver in Rochester New York the next day the drivers probably showed up within the one hour time frame that they promised they kept in contact with my daughter who was in Los Angeles waiting to receive the car they told her that they would be there at 6:30 7 days later and they were there promptly at 6:30 I would absolutely positively not hesitate to do business with this company again absolutely fantastic thank you so much.

I needed my sons car shipped from Bluffton, SC to his home in Bear, DE. My sister Louise gave me Kristina Virture phone #, sins she is working with her to have her car shipped from Queens, NY to Las Vegas. The car was picked up and was delivered on Monday, 2/22/2021 after 3:00 pm. Kristina did a great job and was very pleasent to work with. I told my sister what a great job she did. It was a great experience. I’d do it again

Called to inquire about quote on shipping but customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service personal asked literally said to me: "I dont know why you are calling for a quote like its supposed to be any cheaper. Like what is it? have you ever shipped a car before...?" I felt really attacked by his tone. As a customer considering your services, I am at least entitled to get a quote on how much I will be spending. Instead of attacking customers in a very rude tone and assuming that I am calling to make a "cheap request", please do better on providing the simple request asked or say you are unable to do so. This was such a horrible experience.

I very early write reviews but this company deserving of my time to sit down and write one. I contacted Bob Moran after being left high and dry by another company. We were leaving in 3 days to relocate my son. He was going to be heading to New York shortly after relocating him so we were in a time crunch to have the car arrive before he was to leave. Bob worked tirelessly to find us a driver. It came down to an hour before my husband was going to make the 16 hour drive while we left for the airport and we received a call. IT WAS BOB and he had a driver. I have never had someone work so hard to make it work. He owed us nothing as I came to him late in the game but he didn't let me down. I feel like company works differently then most out there. This is a hard industry to trust. I give them 5 STARS!

Chris the driver and his copilot Jen did a geat job and provided schedule updates on both pick up and detination arrival. The car transport went well and without a hitch. Dana was a great representative. She knew texting was best for me and accommodated my request for preferred contact. She understood my timeline and was very patient with me. The carrier showed up at my door in Florida to pick up the motorcycles on time and put them in my garage in RI, parked and cared for perfectly even before I arrived home. I watched Mike secure our bikes on the truck. He was very tolerant and patient with us. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for our motorcycle transport.

My company recently lost our transportation driver and we was in need of a company to give us quick turnaround and least expensive rates. Willie Dublin was awesome and worked with me directly all hours of the day and even while he was on vacation to meet our company needs. I am very pleased with the experience and customer service. My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

I've had the pleasure of working with Bob M. at Ship A Car for about the past year. He's helped my company ship our company vehicles to all 4 corners of this country numerous times, and he is always a pleasure to work with. Bob is extremely responsive in addressing any/all needs and works with you to get a driver scheduled that will fit YOUR needs, not just the driver's. I'd previously used another transport broker to get our vehicles out, but that company ended up being a scam, and our cars were held hostage and drivers never got paid. Bob and Ship A Car are the epitome of professionalism and service in an environment where there can often be hesitancy and mistrust. Similarly, even the driver's I've accepted cars from speak highly of Ship A Car, and they are a preferred broker for transporters. Ship A Car doesn't rip off the drivers, which in turn makes the drivers want to quickly accept any pickups Ship A Car has in the database. It's a win-win-win for all parties involved.

I dealt with Justen over the phone. They got my motorcycle to me safely in an enclosed transport on time and significantly cheaper than anyone else. PS don't use uship.com for reviews, those reviews are all fake as hell.

Carrie is definitely the best one. I was very nervous and concerned about shipping my car on the date I requested, because my special situation. Carrie was very patient and helpful, she explained the shipping process and ensured me the car would be shipped on time. She also called me afterwards to make sure everything is good. I had a great experience and thanks to Carrie to make my moving much easier!

The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

After another company completely flacked out on my son's car pick up and wasted 3 days lying to me about that the car was going to be picked up the next day.......I called SHip-a-Car and told them I was in a real bind and needed the car picked up ASAP in order for it to get to Florida for the start of my son's job. They got back to me right away and the next evening a carrier was in my town to get the car. It arrived in Florida on time even thought the driver had to deal with a major subtropical storm. Don't fall for the cheaper price that other carriers offer, because at the last minute they will cancel because they cannot find drivers to do it for that price.

I had Ship a Car pick up my Mercedes in California and transport it closed to Florida. Upon arrival, the driver was knowledgeable, professional, courteous. There were no scratches on the car due to the transportation. Willie, my sales representative did good job of packaging this trip involving my car. I recommend this company hardheartedly.

I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

This is the first time I have used a car shipping service but Ship A Car made it so easy that it won't be the last time! My car arrived on time and in great condition. Justen, the representative I spoke with over the phone, was especially great. He is very friendly and he answered all of my questions and concerns.
