I used Ship A Car when I moved across the country. Their service was wonderful. They communicated well with me, they were friendly, and they kept me in the loop on what was going on. The only problem was that the company they ended up hiring for shipping my vehicle was a problem. But when I told them about the problem they were very nice about it, and they handled it very well. Scheduled pick up with this company, got a pick up date, when my dodge viper arrived it had been driven with out my permission and gps was stolen. The customers service is good and good communication but lil was done to resolve this issue.

Paul Murphy responded quickly to that email with the second to lowest cost to get my bike 1,230 miles from Ocala, Florida to Pharr, Texas and then followed up the next day with a voicemail. I spoke with Paul at the end of the business day on Thursday and within 15 minutes he was calling me to inform me that he had already placed my order with driver Eric Andrews of Andrews Transportation LLC to be delivered 3 days later on Monday. I spoke with Eric on Saturday to confirm where my bike would need to be left. He too was very professional and easy to work with. To my surprise, Eric delivered my bike a day early on Sunday morning. Thats right, my bike was delivered from call to drop in 2.5 days!!! Both Paul & Eric’s professionalism may me feel comfortable that my prize possession was in good hands. I've been dealing with Danny at Ship A Car INC for years. They transported some vehicles for me just this last week. I buy a lot of vehicles. So I do business with him all the time. I'm totally satisfied. They're a licensed broker who uses several means of transportation, such as a truck and trailer. They've been working fine for me so far. And they're reliable. I first want to say that Ship A Car, Inc. did a fabulous job with shipping my 1977 Mercedes from Los Angeles to Georgia. I shipped the car covered and it arrived with no damage. Sam L. took my order and kept me informed at every step. My only complaint is with the trucking company, Z Trans, who accepted the dispatch. The company came a day later than the scheduled time to pickup the car and didn't call me to tell me they weren't coming. The day before the car was supposed to arrive, I phoned the driver and told him what time I would be at the location. Never heard back from him. He arrived early morning and was rude to my family and threatened to return the car to Los Angeles unless they were paid. The people who run this company speak little English so this adds to the difficulty in keeping in contact. So if Ship-A-Car tells you that Z Trans picked up their dispatch order, ask them to change it. I've informed them of this issue, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Never had a better company to transport as I phoned and 2 days later had my car in Branson. May I say that it's like a cut throat racket, as I had many weird, strange, quotes and calls. I'm in the process of trying to ship my car with these people and so far it's been a pretty bad experience. They buttered up my step dad so she chose them to ship my car and promised only good things but we have yet to experience them. Originally the lady on the phone told my dad Friday was the original pick up date so my husband was able to get the day off work, then she said next Wednesday. So my husband was able to get off work again to drive 3 hours and get my car, only to find out that the driver wouldn't be in the area until tomorrow. So now he's going to have to try to get off again, which isn't easy with his job. This all could have been solved if anyone answered their phones and told him it would be another day before anyone could make it but when my husband called they just rudely told him to contact the driver but the number they gave him just sent him to a phone line that didn't have a voicemail set up. They also gave him a fax number, but not a cell phone number even though there was room for one. Being on the other side of the country, the lack of contact from this company was concerning. I had to call to find anything out, neither them nor the driver they contract out to ship your car seems to care. I don't recommend, they've just been rude and don't really seen to care to help us.

I had my car shipped from Washington State to Wisconsin and Sam was incredibly helpful throughout the process. My car was picked up on time by a friendly and professional driver, and delivered perfectly as promised. Everything went exactly as planned and I was extremely happy with the service.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple of days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care of my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again. in a heartbeat.

My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

We used Ship-A-Car to have a grain drill moved from Oklahoma to Wyoming. We dealt with Quinten Putnam, and we were very pleased! If anything, Quinten was too good! He had a driver lined up before our money order had even arrived to the dealer. The driver was one of the nicest men that I've met- he was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The driver was even willing to show us some tips that the dealer told him. In less than a week, we went from not having chosen a grain drill, to having it dropped off at our place. Quinten went the extra mile for us. When we need something else moved, he'll be our man!

I contracted with Ship a Car to pick up and deliver a motorcycle. Steve was great to work with. They arranged for the motorcycle to be picked up on a Saturday and it was delivered to me 900 miles away, the next day (as Sunday). I was amazed. Price was reasonable and they far exceeded my expectations. I have used other motorcycle shippers in the past but this was the best experience by far. I will definitely use them again.

The service was perfect Mr. Moran kept us up-to-date on our drivers time of arrival for pick up and drop off day and time. We have already referred four friends to Ship A Car. Willie was wonderful to work with and motorcycle was picked up within a few days of my first call and arrived one day earlier than estimate which was great. This was going from Nebraska to my Marine son in California. The shipper assigned did not fill out a condition report and Willie told me there would be one so I asked but the driver didn't speak English well and kept brushing me off. There was a small chip on the back fender but I have left phone messages and emailed KP Turbo Transport that moved it and never receive a reply. I would use Willie again but maybe not accept quote from KP Turbo Transport.

Fantastic to work with and had a great experience with this company. Follow through was great and always just a phone call away. Shipped my daughters car from East coast to West coast and it arrived as promised. What I really like is that her car is designed with the front and rear bumpers somewhat lower to the ground then normal and this was a concern for me. I watched the car loaded on to the carrier and it went on perfectly. Very very happy and would highly recommend.

The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

Unlike some of the other reviewers I had an excellent experience with this company.  I was getting quotes from several companies. I spoke with Justin and he offered me a quote that was a little higher then another place but he said he could ship my car to CA fast. He called me shortly after and had everything set up.  I was nervous bc this was my first time having to ship a car and I was moving it across the country. I had to call him back a couple times as questions came up and he always answered. Even on Saturday.  The pick up day came and my car was picked up no issues.  It was delivered in the exact timeframe that justin quoted. My uncle had to meet the driver at a shopping plaza but that was ok bc I was warned that the truck may be too big to get down my street. Justin called afterwards to make sure everything went as planned.  No damage to the car. Will use again when I have to ship the car back east next year.
