Pickup and delivery

On the day of pickup, your trucker will arrive and both of you will inspect your vehicle together and sign a Bill of Lading and the vehicle will be safely loaded onto the truck. Upon arrival at the destination, the vehicle will be safely offloaded. After a final inspection is completed and everything looks good, you’ll simply sign the Bill of Lading to accept your delivery.

On December 7, 1787, Delaware became the first state to ratify the Constitution of the United States, and has since been known as “The First State”. Delaware occupies a small niche in the Boston–Washington, D.C., urban corridor along the Middle Atlantic seaboard. It is part of the northeastern portion of the Delmarva Peninsula and some islands and territory within the Delaware River. It is the 2nd smallest and 6th least populous state, but the 6th most densely populated. Delaware’s largest city is Wilmington and the capital is Dover.

Delaware is known by many nicknames “The First State”, “The Diamond State”, “Blue Hen State” and “Small Wonder”. The state tree is the American Holly, the state bird is the Blue Hen and the state flower is the Peach Blossom. The state motto is ‘Liberty and Independence’.

Kentucky has borders with seven states, from the Midwest and the Southeast. West Virginia is located to the northeast, Virginia to the east, Tennessee to the south, Missouri to the west, Illinois to the northwest, and Indiana and Ohio to the north.

The state capital Frankfort with the nickname-Bluegrass State. The universal state motto is United we stand, divided we fall.

Everything worked out perfectly with Ship A Car. We were helped by Christie, and she was perfect. My daughter was calling her every couple of days to see what the status was. Initially, we got started on a rocky road, but that was our fault because we had a vendor that we thought was going to help, and he was scamming. I can honestly say, this company is the best!. I called on a Thursday morning, no later than 15 minutes they called me back telling me someone will be there on Friday morning and they were there ot pick up my car. The delivery was supposed to be on the following Monday. They actually showed up a day earlier. I used another company before, it literally took 2 weeks. I highly recommend this company. Highly! The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

Hired their driver. He never delivered the car and kept it on his truck nearly 2 weeks. Returned it to us damaged and found out that the driver was uninsured, despite Ship-A-Car's statement that the drivers are bonded and insured.
