I was in a desperate situation. I was left high and dry by a transport co named nice car auto transport. My car was supposed to have been picked up on 11/14/13. I had put in my order form on 11/4 spoke to the owner. All my information was given. Called nice auto to confirm. I was lied to. At my wits end I called this co. Ship a car inc on 11/14. Spoke to Bryan at 6pm explained the situation to him. I told him I'm leaving to oklahoma on the 21st of November and I'm truly worried now. Bryan assured me and told me I will find you a transporter. In less than 12 hrs Bryan had left a message on my voicemail and the transporter was calling me by 3pm. By 6pm he had my car an told me that by Tuesday the 20th my car would be in oklahoma. Did everything as promised Carrie did an excellent job coordinating the transport of my 2016 Harley from Baltimore Md to Tequesta Florida . The Driver was extremely Professional and I recommend Ship a Car to anyone Needing this service ð???

The transport company I chose didn't show up and it was pretty bad. I switched to Ship A Car and I liked their communication. People let me know what's going on and I'm good. When I called to ask about anything, a person was there and responded. He called me to let me know that he had someone to pick up the car. From then on, it was good until delivery. After delivery, I got a follow-up call so it went well.   The transport was from South Carolina to Utah, which was about 2,200 miles. When the car was picked up, it took a couple of days. There were two drivers and they just continually drove. I couldn't believe it. The final rate was what was decided upon. The only thing was the payment was a cash requirement. I had just moved here to Utah and I just opened an account. The money was held because it came from another state so I didn't have cash. That posed a problem on delivery because checks or credit cards weren't accepted. If a credit card were accepted, that would have helped tremendously. Other than that, I would recommend Ship A Car.

Justen V. was my Ship-A-Car-Inc customer support and he did a phenomenal job! He walked me through the process, gave me detailed and clear information, and also warned me that prices could fluctuate. I was nervous, having never shipped a car before, but after speaking with Justen walked me through the process I felt much more at ease. My car arrived to my destination one day early, totally intact, and with promised pricing. I originally did not want to do closed-carrier options due to prices, however Justen found one that could pick up within my time window AND that was only $100 more than the open carry (as opposed to most closed places being $300+ more than open).

I needed to move my 67 Mustang to Northeast Georgia from Sarasota before Hurricane Irma. Meredith, at Ship a Car, was great at finding me an enclosed trailer to bring the car up here. It arrived in perfect condition.

I worked with Danny and he helped me with figuring out how we will ship my trailer. At first I asked if we could put the trailer on a trailer I didnt get any responce to that untill the day before shipping it. We had a little hickup but it all worked out in the end. I was disappointed to see some very low ratings on Yelp about this company. I spoke with Steve and a guy named Mike transported my 2 cars from California to New Orleans. My driver's name was Mike and he called me every day to let me know where he was in his transport. The cars arrived in pristine condition and very timely. I guess everyone's experience is different...but I got all-star treatment.

Joseph was the best, he was on it and answered all my calls, picked up and delivered next day, no long waiting for them to pick up, They want your business and the cost was cheaper than any others also did i say picked up same day after purchase of car . You cannot go wrong with this shipper.

I recently had Ship A Car INC move a vehicle from Milwaukee, WI to Worcester, MA. I have used them several times before and always very pleased with the way they treat me. I have a good rapport with the sales guy and they usually pick up the vehicles the same say. I like them a lot! I would definitely recommend them.

I used this brokerage company to transport my car from NJ to Michigan, when I spoke to the original Sales Rep he told me that the vehicle would be transported on an 18 wheeler not on a Pickup truck towing a bed of 3 or 4 cars. That did not happen, then though the rest of the issue does not completely fall on their line of work they did nothing to help me out. The company that actually transported my car which Ship a car outsourced to did not initiate any communication at all. Throughout the process of delivery of my vehicle I was calling the shipper for time slots and changes in schedule. Never did the shipper call me to indicate a change in schedule. Then to add insult to injury due construction that was happening on my main street the shipper could not deliver the car to my house I had to walk a mile to go pick up my car, or I would have to drive 45 minutes away to pick up my car. Though the contract explicitly says the car would be delivered to my home. Again Ship A Car has nothing to do with this process, but in the end my contract is with Ship A Car, and when I complained about all these issues they did nothing to rectify the situation. The "Manager" asks me did the vehicle get delivered? I said yes, then that is all we promised. Such a piss poor way to handle the customer service end of things. Though most of the issues are the shippers my contract is with them and they deserved to be shunned for the way the handled the situation.

Definitely a great experience. Carrie was just so helpful and was able to do the impossible by finding me a carrier within an hour after I sent the request only two days before I wanted my car to be picked up.

Bob was great at his job and really helped me out through the whole process. They say you have to have a certain weight limit in your car and everything but bob was able to find me a driver who helped me with that and let me put a little more weight in. He even found me a driver in just a day time since I needed my car out in Arizona in a rush. I highly recommend this company you and your car will be in good hands the whole time.

Ship a car Inc was an absolutely fantastic company to go through Lisa was my initial contact and she got me through this whole process after we done business with another company that turned out to be fraudulent Lisa got the situation turned around so that she could have a driver in Rochester New York the next day the drivers probably showed up within the one hour time frame that they promised they kept in contact with my daughter who was in Los Angeles waiting to receive the car they told her that they would be there at 6:30 7 days later and they were there promptly at 6:30 I would absolutely positively not hesitate to do business with this company again absolutely fantastic thank you so much.

Making plans with the company was fast and easy. They did what they said they would do and delivered the car in the same shape it was in upon pickup. Although they promised to call an hour out before delivery, and they did not, they did call upon arriving within blocks of the drop off point.

My recent relocation from Seattle to Pittsburgh was less stressful because of the service that Ship A Car provided—Yvonne coordinated with both my husband and I to have my car shipped. Both drivers were very nice and professional. It was a no-hassle process with the driver picking up my car on time and at my apartment, and then delivering it on time and at my apartment. Definitely recommend this service.

I would use Ship a car again this was my first time using this type of service and they said they would have my vehicle delivered Sunday maybe Monday afternoon. It was delivered a few days earlier on Friday afternoon so I have a lot of RESPECT. A job well done.

I used Ship A Car Inc to transport my car from California to Wisconsin. After reading a few reviews, yes, the transport truck could be a double decker truck with several cars. Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews.. I spoke with Bob at Ship A Car, I felt comfortable with the rate and transportation terms. I had no issues. There were no hidden fees, the car was delivered on time and no damages. Thanks Bob for beinging friendly and honest.

I shipped a brand new $15,000 Yamaha Viking UTV from Montana to Oregon. Even though the driver did not have the title, it would have been easy to sell this for $5000 to a ranch along the way and I would never see it. I did a lot of research on Ship A Car, Inc. before deciding to use them, and my UTV arrived safely and my wife is HAPPY! This review is easy! Janet Rinella at Ship A Car, Inc. Is a huge asset to that company. I had been through 2 miserable experiences with 2 transport companies, both of which I canceled after much frustration and NO results nor return calls, even after paying their required deposits. Learned through Google that best way to get auto transported is through a Broker. For some then unknown reason I called Ship A Car, Inc., and Janet Rinella answered the phone. Janet knows her stuff, is dependable, knowledgeable of this business, straight forward, kind, diligent, and FAST with results. From my first call with her, she found a transport company, located their driver and set up the pick up of the vehicle we were transporting to our grandson who is an Airman at Dover AFB, Delaware. This all was done by Janet's persistent follow up, contacting me daily every step of the way. She seemed to be as concerned for our grandson to get the car as we were. She is not only proficient at her job, she is caring, even to the point of asking me to contact her "no matter how late" when we met our driver and he drove it onto the ramps of the truck. That was last Tuesday. Our grandson received his car across country YESTERDAY! There is no doubt in my mind that had we hired any other company, we would still have that car in our driveway and our nerves and stress levels would be off the chart. In addition, throughout my many calls, texts and emails to Janet, we have developed a special and forever friendship. Her people skills are genuine, her work ethic is beyond reproach.
