We were relocating from Upstate NY to Richmond, Texas, since we had relocated before, I decided to call the company that had moved our cars to NY, I did not like their quotes so I decided to shop around and read reviews. I liked the reviews I read on Ship A Car so decided to call them. Besides the excellent reviews and price quotes that I liked, they have excellent customer service, very professional. we actually used them again one more time and will definitely use them again. I have saved their # in my phone. I highly recommend this company.

When my daughter?s vehicle arrived in Hilo port a few days early and I had to change the authorized person to pick up my daughter?s vehicle, he did it so professionally with no delays. From start to finish an all around excellent experience. Easy to schedule with, prompt and professional. The driver showed up to the minute of our scheduled pickup and delivered our car as planned. I used them to transport a repo'd car from Michigan to North Carolina. This means I had to be a middle man between the shipping company and the repo yard, it was no walk in the park, but thanks to Theo at ship-a-car he was very patient and worked very hard to get me a driver to pick the car up (very difficult time slot for pick-up from repo yard) I couldn't have done it without his help and his determination to provide me with the best customer service possible. dana does an exceptional job with the transporters, we are very happy with their service and will use them again as needed thank you; drivers gave a heads up before arrival, and again before delivery which was as promised every time we used ship a car.

I called up Ship A Car and they were very courteous on the phone. They were understanding that at my age, I'm not quick on the computer and on a whole bunch of things. But I knew what I wanted. They said they would find somebody. They said, "Give us a day." They came back and gave me a basic price. Then they came back and said, "We found somebody who will do it for $50 less. It's enclosed. Everything is perfect. We've had a lot of good feedback with them." So I gave them my credit card and they took their money. I also paid for the extra insurance because it was a specialty car.   Ship A Car reduced the amount that they would get in their pocket by $50 when carrier number one could not pick up the car timely and they had to go to carrier number two, which was the fellow I ended up with. It was perfect. The guys were personable and it was a nice experience. The only thing was that I didn't know when the driver was going to show up. They said, "We'll pick it up Friday or Tuesday or Wednesday or whatever." They couldn't give me a time. So the gentleman called me and said that they were stuck at the car dealership so instead of getting here at 10 in the morning, they were going to arrive at 2:00 or 3:00. He kept me posted along the way telling me when he was going to arrive. So it was a pleasant experience. When the driver pulled up, he had a Porsche in there, which he pulled out and then put my car in the middle because of the way it was going to be dropped off at the other location. They strapped it all down. He took pictures before it left. Then it was in Nebraska from Long Island in a couple of days. They said it could take anywhere from four to six days, but it only took two and a half days. I was very pleased. My son looked at the car when it arrived and it arrived just the way it left.

We shipped a 2000 Camry from VA to NE. The only drawback was that it took 2 1/2 weeks to get a carrier. The pick up and delivery was flawless and the car was in the same excellent condition on delivery as on pick up. We received excellent service from our agent, Lawrence Knapp. We have no reservations recommending this company.

I hired a hualer from this company from Sacramento CA to Sparta WI. Ms. Kristina Vertue promptly found a carrier with an excellent driver Mr. Anton Buzila. They picked and dropped my car from door to door without any scratches.🙏🌹

I had a motorcycle shipped from Maryland to Arkansas. Ship A Car provided fast transport and professional service. I was offered a great quote on the shipping cost, and provided with the convenience of digitally signing the shipping contract via email. The transporter arrived on time and delivered the motorcycle to the destination address within 48 hours. The process went smoothly and worry free from start to finish. I even received a follow up phone from the Transport Coordinator after the motorcycle had been delivered to see how my shipping experience had been. Scheduled pick up with this company, got a pick up date, when my dodge viper arrived it had been driven with out my permission and gps was stolen. The customers service is good and good communication but lil was done to resolve this issue.

I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

I was searching for an Auto Transport company to ship my son's car from Lake Forest, IL to San Diego, CA. He is a Marine and stationed there. From start to finish Ship A Car worked with me to quote a very competitive price. They were very patient as I changed the drop off date a few times because it is very difficult to predict my son's schedule. He was beginning his new MOS with the Marines and he had not received his orders for his shift. I changed the drop off again, from Thursday to Friday when he mentioned that Thursdays he had specific duties and would not be able to leave the base to get his car. It was complicated because for obvious reasons, the delivery truck can't simply drive onto the US Military base. So, my son asked if they could drop the car off at a nearby Target close to the base and provided the address and a date and time that he would be allowed to leave the base. Ship A Car worked with me through all of these logistics. They picked up the car when they agreed and dropped it off as agreed, in perfect condition. My Son, thought this was a better deal than buying a new car at this point. My understanding is that the Marines on the base need some form of transportation. And although my son needed a car, he didn't feel he needed to purchase a brand new car at this time. I can't say enough about the wonderful and patient customer service for Ship A Car. Sam L., the main customer service agent with whom I spoke most frequently, was so awesome! He even called me one evening - after I sent an email changing the drop off logistics - yet again - from his cell phone. He was home having dinner and stopped to deal with my issues! The drivers, Jesus and Saul were extremely professional and courteous as well! I give this company an A+!!!! My son called me and asked me for the contact details of Ship A Car because one of his Marine mates said he would like to do the same thingship his car from his home base; also in IL to California. I booked my car with Howard . To ship from Atlantic Beach Florida to Irvine California . We agreed to 1300.00 fee . That included three containers in my car upto 100lbs... upon delivery I was charged an extra $100.00 for the containers. They would NOT unload my car until I gave them the extra $100.00 dollars. I had called Howard several times on the issue and he never resolved the issue of the extra 100.00 dollars . This company is a ripoff. They are by far the most expensive ones out there. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. I was so excited to have my shipped only to have a huge negative experience with this company.

The car arrived today and I could not be happier with the shipping service (Sema Logistics). They were always there to answer my questions on the phone and the driver was the best. Very efficient, friendly and professional. I am having another car shipped sometime in June and I will definitely be using your services again ! This company is outstanding..VERY honest and straightforward ...at FIRST glance they seem high in price ... but they are not ...they know the market. I dealt with 2 other companies. they quoted much less but could not deliver. Stars and stripes was one of them. could not move my VEHICLE for 12 days This company found me a driver in 1 day ..he delivered 1 day EARLY ..janet ..explained in detail how shipping a vehicle works ..she walked her talk and followed up....very pleased with entire process ..will definitely use again.

Beware! Scheduled paid deposit was told by Steve goodman that our pick up was for Monday the 8th called him and was suppose to get back with us and havent heard from him and now he's sending our calls to voicemail. My friend even took off work so she would be home.

Contacted Ship-A-Car Inc., one of many. Spoke with Carrie. I knew I was dealing with a broker and since I was a first time shipper I had nothing to fall back on. After a couple of phone calls I decided to go with Ship-A-Car. No problems at all. Transport company and the driver were first class. Picked the car up within two days of my contacting them. Car was delivered two days later on time and on schedule.

Easy and efficient. Finding a driver was a little difficult given my location but Stephen did it! The driver, Pavel, texted me with the estimated time of pick-up which was exact. He told me what day my car would arrive and again, gave me an accurate time of delivery. All went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had been looking for someone to ship my car for three weeks. I needed my car shipped from Alabama to Texas. The pickup location was kind of out of the way so I feel like that is why it was a longer process! However ship a car inc was the third company I found and had someone to pick my car up within a week! The price was a little higher but I felt that was due to the pickup location of my car. It was picked up on Thursday and delivered the next day! The only issue I ran into was a language barrier with the driver. However, he was very nice and understanding! I will book with this company again.

We called and spoke to Harry, who was very business oriented. He quoted us a price, and had a driver within 3 days time! The car was picked up on May 5 from Reading, Michigan, and delivered to Woonsocket, Rhode Island on May 6. Everything about this company was professional. I was looking for a way to send my car from Minnesota to Denver and contacted several transport companies. I was very nervous about sending a car that was one year old and I had taken very good care of with someone/company that I had not ever met and or had any previous experience with. This was the first time that I had ever done something like this so I read all the reviews from each company. I called Ship a Car Inc. and got a real person by the name of Tynesha Jenkins who was a breath of fresh air she was professional at all times took the time to make sure that all my questions and or concerns were addressed. Her follow-up was excellent and I really like that this company has structure in selecting the actual transporter, pick-up and delivery process. I’m a very detail oriented person and I was impressed when the person came to pick my car up. Ivan from IV Auto LLC was dispatched to pick my car up he called an hour ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very nice and professional and completed a very detail car inspection report that we both signed off on so there would not be any surprises when the car was received on the other end. My family in Denver received the car in the same condition that it was in before the transport and they echoed the same thing that Ivan is a good man that cares. I will in the future without a doubt call only Ship a Car Inc. to handle my cars and recommend them to my family and friends.

Everything worked out perfectly with Ship A Car. We were helped by Christie, and she was perfect. My daughter was calling her every couple of days to see what the status was. Initially, we got started on a rocky road, but that was our fault because we had a vendor that we thought was going to help, and he was scamming. So, we were very glad when we got in touch with Christie. She talked us through what would happen and when it would happen. In the very end, she fulfilled those dates that she said. The gentleman who was driving was cordial and helpful. He had to park someplace else because our street is small. The car got here safely. I was really satisfied.

I have to say It was a great experience! Kristina went above and beyond to help me get my car shipped to Juneau, Ak from Ohio. It was difficult to even have a conversation with my remote cell coverage, quite the challenge. She was professional and delightful, when I’m ready to return I will use their services again.

Being a small online dealer I ship a couple of cars a month. So over the years, I've ran into my fair share of auto transport headaches! I am happy to say that this was my first time giving Ship A Car a try and they delivered the car for the price they originally quoted me and it came safely to my customer in the same condition that I sent it in. The hold time was a bit much... but I understand that they are working on it! Overall great experience and I will start using them all the time. They even sent me at $25 AMEX gift card when I referred my sister to them!

The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

Bob worked with me explaining the process for shipping a car and once I had sent in my paperwork he went to work finding a driver to transport my car.
