Both the seller and I has scheduling problems of our own. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating in arranging the shipping. This was the second time I used Ship A Car. Both shipments were on time, with no problems. I'd use them again.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph G. was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I love these folks! Thank you for a couple of wonderful experiences, Ship a Car. I highly recommend their service. In the future, I won't use anyone else.

I was looking for a way to send my car from Minnesota to Denver and contacted several transport companies. I was very nervous about sending a car that was one year old and I had taken very good care of with someone/company that I had not ever met and or had any previous experience with. This was the first time that I had ever done something like this so I read all the reviews from each company. I called Ship a Car Inc. and got a real person by the name of Tynesha Jenkins who was a breath of fresh air she was professional at all times took the time to make sure that all my questions and or concerns were addressed. Her follow-up was excellent and I really like that this company has structure in selecting the actual transporter, pick-up and delivery process. I’m a very detail oriented person and I was impressed when the person came to pick my car up. Ivan from IV Auto LLC was dispatched to pick my car up he called an hour ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very nice and professional and completed a very detail car inspection report that we both signed off on so there would not be any surprises when the car was received on the other end. My family in Denver received the car in the same condition that it was in before the transport and they echoed the same thing that Ivan is a good man that cares. I will in the future without a doubt call only Ship a Car Inc. to handle my cars and recommend them to my family and friends.

I very early write reviews but this company deserving of my time to sit down and write one. I contacted Bob Moran after being left high and dry by another company. We were leaving in 3 days to relocate my son. He was going to be heading to New York shortly after relocating him so we were in a time crunch to have the car arrive before he was to leave. Bob worked tirelessly to find us a driver. It came down to an hour before my husband was going to make the 16 hour drive while we left for the airport and we received a call. IT WAS BOB and he had a driver. I have never had someone work so hard to make it work. He owed us nothing as I came to him late in the game but he didn't let me down. I feel like company works differently then most out there. This is a hard industry to trust. I give them 5 STARS!

The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

I have never shipped a car before, so did the normal thing and jumped on the internet and started doing research. Ship a Car was highly rated, so I contacted them. I spoke to Marrine. She was friendly, informative and explained the entire process. She explained the difference between open and enclosed transport. She worked up two quotes for me based on both and e-mailed me each quote so I could read and make an informed decision. I was shipping the car (Mercedes C300) from Utah to Virginia. After speaking with my brother whom I was getting the vehicle from he said ENCLOSED !!!. He shipped the vehicle out to UT and his moving company did all the arrangements. They DID NOT use Ship a Car. It was shipped on an open car trailer and when the Mercedes and their Mini Van showed up, they had 850$ in damage and 240 miles on the Mini-Van. Again they DID NOT use Ship a Car. So I went with the enclosed transport option. It was actually only about 300$ more dollars than I figured out it would cost me to fly out, take time off work and then drive back. Also, I would be putting 2K miles on the vehicle. No brainer....Ship it. The car was picked up and delivered on time. Pay close attention to the process that is explained to you. Ship a Car is a booking service and only works with highly rated drivers/companies. They basically write the contract and put it out there for drivers who they approve. Once your contract is picked up by a driver, you are good to go. I had no issues with booking, the car was picked up on the day they said and was dropped of early. The driver was great and the car, although yes it needed a washing (it just came from UT, it was not gross, but yes had some grim on it. This was expected, enclosed trailers are not air tight) was in great shape, no damage, and no extra miles on it. I highly recommend this booking company and request Marrine, she was great.

SHIP A CAR, INC. guys were very accommodating with our circumstance, arranging for the driver to arrive for pickup and till the car got delivered. Our car arrived promptly with no problems. The driver was very personable and helpful. I would recommend their shipping company to everyone.

I can't say enough good things about this company and specifically Bob Moran. Bob has now helped me with shipping two of my family's vehicles (MI to CA in 2016 and CA to NY). The first time I worked with him he was saving me because another company never showed up. And today when I worked with him he helped me get our car to NY where my fiancé has just started his new job. I spoke to him for the first time about it this morning and we have the car getting picked up at my home tomorrow morning. He made me feel like family and made something (shipping your car across the country), that I consider being stressful, so simple and easy. I am beyond impressed with Bob's customer service and the work he does. Any time I hear that someone needs to ship a car I will be throwing Bob's information at them and maybe even offer to set it up for them because it was that pleasant of an experience. Bob arranged the car move from Long Island to Texas. Everything went smoothly. The car arrived in Texas less than a week after pick-up.

My company recently lost our transportation driver and we was in need of a company to give us quick turnaround and least expensive rates. I had a truck I needed to ship from California to Texas. I check around to see who had he better rate and Service. I found Ship a Car Inc was the one for me. They were a little high in price, but you can’t beat the service. The Agent I was working with was Bob. He held my hand throughout the whole process. Even after my truck was delivered, he call me up to see if everything went OK and If I had any questions.  Would I use Ship a Car Inc again? Yes, for sure. Ask for Bob.

Transport came when agreed upon. There was some trouble before in that where the car originally was, the streets were too narrow for a large car carrier. No big deal, worked out a day before hand and not at the last minute and we got the car to a place where it could be easily picked up. Actually worked out better for us and the carrier. Driver was a nice guy and very professional. Loaded up in less than 5 minutes. Thank you guys.

I used Ship A Car Inc to transport my car from California to Wisconsin. After reading a few reviews, yes, the transport truck could be a double decker truck with several cars. Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews.. I spoke with Bob at Ship A Car, I felt comfortable with the rate and transportation terms. I had no issues. There were no hidden fees, the car was delivered on time and no damages. I had no problems. Will Dublin was a real pleasure to deal with. I hadn't done this before so I was a little nervous but it all worked fine. My car was waiting for me when I got to my destination. I was in contact with the driver en route. Definitely Will will take care of you.

The customer service lady I had, Nicole Wilson, was very helpful and made sure everything was set up right. She called and made sure it was all ready to go so that the car carrier driver could pick my car up and everything. She also called me back to make sure it was delivered like it was supposed to in proper time. That was pretty cool. It was a great experience. The customer service I had was excellent. She made sure everything went like it was supposed to kept me informed of what was going on throughout the process until I got my car. I didn't have to worry about it a whole lot.

Ship a Car does not ship your car, they contract transporters to ship your cars. They do the leg work for you. Kristina busted her butt to ship a low riding Corvette for me. She even tried to talk me into finding a local guy to do it cheaper! The car didn't run had a flat, needed to be pushed and turned. Kristina found the right team for the job! Good work, good price!!!!! Give that girl a raise! Kristina is the bomb diggity!🤩

Ship a Car coordinated with the auto dealer we selected, picked up my vehicle on time, communicated all during the purchase and transit process, and my vehicle arrived on time and without any hassle. Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again… in a heartbeat.

Ship A Car, Inc. was fantastic. Steve was a great guy. Stayed on top of it, called me, and on the ball. Ship A Car delivered the car on a Sunday, which is unheard of. It was a dead-end run, because it was in Brigantine, New Jersey. And Steve told me that technically, these guys look for a return trip because they don't want to just do a dead-end run, and this guy just happens to know the area. He was from around the area earlier in his life. And he said, “I just look at it as a place I can go to visit the beach," when he dropped mine off. But the guy was super nice. The club car came out perfect. It was exactly what I ordered. It was exactly what I saw on pictures of. The guy showed me how to use it, which was nice. Everything was awesome. They made my life so much better.

What an amazing experience we had with this company and especially with Willie D. who made all the arrangements for us. I was very concerned about sending the car this way and he was so kind and patient with me taking the time to reassure me and ease my fears and apprehension. If he had not done that I honestly think I would have not sent the car this way or I might have looked to other transport companies because of the anxiety I had. He truly was a blessing. Efficient and communicated from beginning to end. Bob Moran was superb in how he handled my urgent need to get me moved. From the dispatcher, Rose, to the kind driver, Ted, all treated my urgency with respect. My car was picked up 1 day sooner and delivered on time and was I happy. I first want to say that Ship A Car, Inc. did a fabulous job with shipping my 1977 Mercedes from Los Angeles to Georgia. I shipped the car covered and it arrived with no damage. Sam Ladin took my order and kept me informed at every step. My only complaint is with the trucking company, Z Trans, who accepted the dispatch. The company came a day later than the scheduled time to pickup the car and didn't call me to tell me they weren't coming. The day before the car was supposed to arrive, I phoned the driver and told him what time I would be at the location. Never heard back from him. He arrived early morning and was rude to my family and threatened to return the car to Los Angeles unless they were paid. The people who run this company speak little English so this adds to the difficulty in keeping in contact. So if Ship-A-Car tells you that Z Trans picked up their dispatch order, ask them to change it. I've informed them of this issue, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Ship A Car INC transferred a car for me from Texas to Michigan. I am in the repo business and they really hooked me up with this shipment. Quick delivery, friendly service and I didn't have to deal with a lot of checking and re-checking. The driver delivered as they said they would.

I would allow this company to transport my car again I first spoke with Bob, who is a very pleasant, easy to talk to, caring fellow. He goes beyond most companies in trying to find a car transporter for the date needed. He returns calls quickly and stays in touch with updates. Great service and fast delivery, Plus the police were very reasonable. The motorcycle they transported four me was picked up in Kansas City on a Saturday and delivered to me in Albuquerque on the next day (Sunday). Very prompt!!

We have a street legal custom golf cart to the tune of a $10,000 investment with all of the fancy bells and whistles. My son and his family relocated to Boca Raton and they wanted to use it over there. A friend recommended that we contact Ship A Car and said that they would get it safely delivered from Sarasota to the east coast. Danny K. handled our request and made it happen for us in just one day. We were extremely pleased with his engaging attitude and the high degree of professional customer service that he provided us with. We will certainly recommend Ship A Car for your golf cart transport but we are sure that we will use there services when it comes time to ship our car anywhere in the US. I was referred to Bob Moran through Triple 7 Movers and I was very impressed and pleased with the experience of shipping my vehicle. I contacted Bob approximately a month ago and he explained in detail how the process of shipping a vehicle would be. Bob was very professional and by all means honest with me about the shipping rates of a vehicle. Bob promised me when my vehicle would be picked up and delivered and as promised it happened. Bob did a wonderful job of making my transport work for ME. Moving across the US from one coast to another is really stressful. Bob coordinated my auto pick-up so we could use the car to take our luggage to the hotel at the airport where we were flying out the next morning. The driver that came to pick up / load the vehicle was incredibly kind and flexible as our "last day at the old house" got a little crazy. Then the car arrived even earlier than expected on the other coast! I would recommend Ship A Car inc to anyone needing auto transport. Their communication is awesome, they work with you to get you the best price and they follow through every step of the way.

Steve was super. Gave me a quote and within a few days the pickup was lined up. They picked up the bike on a Saturday and it got to me 900 miles away on Sunday (the next day). I was amazed. Excellent service and reasonable price.
