Called to inquire about quote on shipping but customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service personal asked literally said to me: "I dont know why you are calling for a quote like its supposed to be any cheaper. Like what is it? have you ever shipped a car before...?" I felt really attacked by his tone. As a customer considering your services, I am at least entitled to get a quote on how much I will be spending. Instead of attacking customers in a very rude tone and assuming that I am calling to make a "cheap request", please do better on providing the simple request asked or say you are unable to do so. This was such a horrible experience.

I wanted to take the time to say that my expectations were exceeded with your car transport company and your service. You kept me well informed and answered my questions so quickly. It was such a nice experience to deal with you. When I think I called on Monday, you assigned a carrier the same day, the next day Tuesday I met Mihai to deliver the car (he couldn’t have been nicer), the next day Wednesday, Mihai delivered the car to my son. It was amazingly easy. I wish I had found you and your company sooner. Last week dealing with the other transport company was a nightmare. Please know that you are appreciated and pass on my rave review to Mihai. He did a great job getting the car there in just a day and a half and in a enclosed trailer no less.

My experience shopping for a reliable transport company was exhausting until I spoke with Lawrence at Ship A Car inc. He took all of my worries & concerns and tossed them out of the Window. He was there every step of the way start to finish. He assured me that my Car was in the best hands Possible. I highly recommended Lawrence to handle Any and all of your transport needs.

My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

BEWARE of Ship a Car. Check better business Bureau. Their rating is "F" for FAILURE. They donot respond to any Claims or complaints. DAMAGED ROOF AND DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I was truly blessed by this company. They shipped my car from Washington state to Texas in the snow. They said my car will arrive in 7 days. My car arrived in 4 1/2 days. Which was earlier than expected. I'm grateful and thankful. Great company.

I'm giving SAC a 1 Star due to the transporter they assigned me (guilty by association). SAC (itself) were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, if they assign "Dones Auto Transport Inc:" to you, MAKE SURE you refuse them! The driver was nice enough but didn't speak english - per the dispatcher. And the dispatcher was anything but professional. I'm all for supporting small businesses but this husband/wife team were the absolute worse in professionalism and communication! This is why they probably don't have a profile under Google or Yelp! I was promised 5 star service but received the most bootlegged service ever experienced! Wednesday, March 23: Received a call from the dispatcher "the driver (Javier) is confirmed to pick up my car on Friday (March 25) & would call me 3 hours out." Friday, March 25 Driver was a no call/no show. Attempted to make contact via text and cell to no avail. Dispatcher finally calls back late afternoon - Driver stuck at DMV all morning renewing his registration & would pick up the car  Saturday morning by approximately 8am. Saturday, March 24: 9 am, No word from driver/dispatcher. Several calls/texts made & at 12.30 pm, dispatcher text's back stating her son had the phone & she didn't realize I called. Almost an hour later I'm told the driver caught a flat but was approximately 45 miles away. 3pm, driver arrives & picks up the car. Tuesday, March 29 5 pm, dispatcher texts me - driver needs to drop off "tonight" as another driver injured his finger. I asked for a time, she provided a two hour window which I refused due to the inconsistent communication & lack of confidence. She then became obnoxious and even sent me a photo of the injury (see attached - NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH) & demanded I make arrangements for a late drop off. After A LOT of back and forth, she agreed to a Wednesday morning drop off. Wednesday, March 30 The driver makes contact stating he was onsite & unloaded the car only to find out he was at the wrong location. It took him another hour to get to the right destination. Two hours later, I finally got my car. I know as a broker, there is little SAC can do but this needed to be said! STAY AWAY FROM DONES AUTO TRANSPORT, INC!

I very early write reviews but this company deserving of my time to sit down and write one. I contacted Bob Moran after being left high and dry by another company. We were leaving in 3 days to relocate my son. He was going to be heading to New York shortly after relocating him so we were in a time crunch to have the car arrive before he was to leave. Bob worked tirelessly to find us a driver. It came down to an hour before my husband was going to make the 16 hour drive while we left for the airport and we received a call. IT WAS BOB and he had a driver. I have never had someone work so hard to make it work. He owed us nothing as I came to him late in the game but he didn't let me down. I feel like company works differently then most out there. This is a hard industry to trust. I give them 5 STARS!

I used Ship a Car to ship my car from Long Beach to Hawaii. My car was picked up on time and everything went smoothly, and the rep that I dealt with, Howard H., was very responsive and helpful through the whole process.

I called Ship a car to get a quote on a car transport, I got forwarded quickly to Bob who was able to answer all my questions and was extremely helpful with the entire process. He promised me a ship date and arrival date and he was spot on no issues. Car got delivered perfectly and professionally. He called me during transport to update me and a couple times after to follow up with everything. Will definitely use them again in the future and will let anyone else know about this service if they need it.

I would like to thank Joseph and the owner of the company for all their hard work. I would specifically like to thank Joseph for putting up with me and the mess that was created by a driver who was supposed to pick up my car but they decided to cancel literally with less than 24-hour notice when it was time to ship my car. I got really stressed because I needed it to get done since I am moving. However, Joseph really handle the situation with professionalism and made sure my car got shipped the next day, and even got me a better deal because my car is getting to Texas sooner than it was originally going to get there with the first driver. The driver who picked up my car the next day was extremely professional and communicated with me the entire time. I would 100 % recommend this company to anyone and ask for Jospeh because he is the best!!!!

Wanted to my daughter car transported across the country they responded right away with a quote over the phone truck was near by the next business day to pick up. Driver called us met us at Wal-Mart we made the exchange.

I can honestly say, this company is the best!. I called on a Thursday morning, no later than 15 minutes they called me back telling me someone will be there on Friday morning and they were there ot pick up my car. The delivery was supposed to be on the following Monday. They actually showed up a day earlier. I used another company before, it literally took 2 weeks. I highly recommend this company. Highly! TOTAL SATISFACTION!!! Begin of March, i shipped my Honda from CA to CO. I worked with Malisa from Ship-a-car company; Malisa was very helpful and honest. Honest because she kept her commission due only. she got a better deal from car transport, she gave me a lower price at $650. And Malisa contacted me regularly until my Honda was picked up. Totally, it took 6 days since the date i talked to Malisa to the date the Honda delivered at Arvada, CO.

I worked with Danny and he helped me with figuring out how we will ship my trailer. At first I asked if we could put the trailer on a trailer I didnt get any responce to that untill the day before shipping it. We had a little hickup but it all worked out in the end. Danny did an awesome job finding the right person to get my trailer to me. The guys who brought my trailer were awesome they put it right where I wanted it. That was no picknick for them. lol. But I am very happy they got it here. If I ever need anything moved or if I know of anyone who needs something moved I will tell them who I used. Thank you Danny for all your hard work. My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

My recent relocation from Seattle to Pittsburgh was less stressful because of the service that Ship A Car provided—Yvonne coordinated with both my husband and I to have my car shipped. Both drivers were very nice and professional. It was a no-hassle process with the driver picking up my car on time and at my apartment, and then delivering it on time and at my apartment. I was sceptical at first from talking to other compananies and they were giving me different answers about a quote. Jocelyn was straight up with me, she gave me her word that she would not stop until she got me a driver and stay in contact with me the entire process which she did. even after my son received the car she checked with me to make sure everything was good. I couldn't have asked for better service. Janet was friendly, had a sense of humor, and got the job done. Within a few hours of my call, I had my car scheduled to be picked up the same day, at a cost that was lower than all the other "instant quote" places. My car was shipped so incredibly fast from California to Nashville. It actually arrived even one day before I was scheduled to arrive in Nashville but the driver was able to accommodate me and stay an extra night until I arrived. Great service and my car arrived in perfect condition. Very much worth the price!

This was the first time I have ever shipped a car. Called Ship A Car and taliked with Quintin Putnam he reasured me everything was going to good. Pickup my Mini in irvine Cal and delivered it to West Jordan Utah. I was worried to death called Quintin on second day. He again reassured me that everything was good. My Mini was delivered Monday morning and it was great.

I recently purchased a Cutlass Supreme and initially used another carrier. I called my initial carrier to get a status and was told it would take 4 weeks to have my car picked up. I cancelled my order and I contacted Ship a Car. I spoke to Willie and made arrangements to have my car transported via an enclosed carrier. Within an hour, Willie called me back and my car was picked up that night and arrived in NY in 2 days. The car arrived with no issues. Willie was responsive and communicated all the steps the entire way. I would highly recommend them.

I had to move from Ohio Kent to California SLO. After a long search, I found ShipaCar and read its review. Everyone says they are indeed good. Then talked to Harry Burge from ShipaCar. He is the man of word. He is polite and response your call immediately. I got my car exactly the day I wanted there in SLO. I always recommend all of my friends who need to ship their car.

Chris the driver and his copilot Jen did a geat job and provided schedule updates on both pick up and detination arrival. The car transport went well and without a hitch. I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.

The rep who answered the phone was a car person. He explained to me that his dad had lots of cars and he had a Dairy Queen and they parked their cars out front. I’ve always been around race cars and he has a racecar. So, out of all the people I talked to, whoever that rep was, he was the most knowledgeable. He is probably Ship A Car’s best salesman. The car was to be transported to my house and they said it would be here Friday. I was out of town and I was driving back from Fort Worth in the evening on Wednesday, and I get a call. The man said that he would like to drop off my car that night. I said that I was not even at my house and asked how he got down so fast. It was Wednesday. He said not to worry about it and asked if he could drop it off between 7:00 and 8:00.   I got up in the morning and my wife informed me that the sprinkler people were coming. So at 7:15, at least four pickup trucks and about eight guys showed up, and they all parked around our house. And at 7:45, a neighbor, two houses down, was replacing their fence. So, another four trucks showed up with eight guys. And accordingly, I’m going, “Where is this guy?” And sure enough, here he comes with the transport, zigzagging in between all these parked trucks. He asked where he would park. I told him to back it in our cul-de-sac and he did. Then, the local security guard asked if I was moving. I told him I was getting a car delivered. So, he stops. There must be 20 people, all watching. Then the driver asked if I knew how to drive a stick shift. He couldn’t get the car out of the carrier because he couldn’t drive a stick. So I told him I would help him. He’s got two cars in the carrier, mine, which follow in the front, and another car that’s barely turned over. It’s shaking and rattling, and he backs that out. He puts it in neutral and it’s just sitting there idly. He comes back in and gives me the keys. I asked him if he realized how much space there was between the door and the carrier and I couldn't get in the car. He’s a skinny guy so he gets in the car. I told him to wind the window down, get out of the car and let me see if I can hold on the top of the carrier, and I’ll get in like a racecar driver. So, that’s what I did. And the moment I turned on that car, I was in heaven. The sound of that car gave me goosebumps, and I backed it up probably about a half a mile per hour, super slow. I drive around all the cars and I said that I got to inspect this because it was way dustier than what the photo showed. I looked at it and it was perfect. Finally, my wife started talking to the two other people that wanted to talk to me but I said that I gotta get this in the garage and check it out. The driver was gonna leave and once he leaves, if there were any problems, it’s sorry, Charlie. Then, we paid the driver and he was all smiles because it was 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s and 50s. We hadn't had a chance to go to the bank to just give him a 100. And he got in his trailer. It was a very nice experience.

Scheduled pick up with this company, got a pick up date, when my dodge viper arrived it had been driven with out my permission and gps was stolen. The customers service is good and good communication but lil was done to resolve this issue.

Shipping a Rolls Royce from New York to Atlanta and then from Atlanta back to New York, I was nervous worried and very annoying with staying on top of it making sure the drivers were on time, professional, etc. Yvonne helped me anyway she could even after hours when it was VERY late, she picked up for me, and it made me feel VERY comfortable and confident in my choice by using her. Not only is she courteous, professional, and a joy to deal with, but her time is used wisely and she arranged for my '47 Indian chief to be delivered ahead of schedule with a professional driver, keeping me in the loop as to where and when the arrival would happen.
