Worst EVER. I needed a vehicle shipped and placed order almost 2 weeks ago. Very minimal contact no matter how many times I tried to contact them. They gave me a solid price and stated that maybe they would have to "sweeten the deal" (asking for more money). They also told me that it was impossible to lock down a pickup date over the phone with another company besides them. Definitely a lie! I called We Will Transport it, low and behold for less money my vehicle is already on it's way to the destination 2 days from my initial contact. Would never recommend Ship A Car INC. to anyone nor would I EVER give them any of my business again! Horrible company, Khaii is who I who I worked with there. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Gabriel was amazing. A total angel to deal with. But the driver you hired Ray sucked. My truck was 3 days late was never offered a discount. I will refer the company but will tell people if a guy names Ray is doing the driving he had one excuse after another for my truck being 3 days late. But Gabriel and this company did great. GET INFO ONYOUR DRIVER..

Ship a Car does not ship your car, they contract transporters to ship your cars. They do the leg work for you. Kristina busted her butt to ship a low riding Corvette for me. She even tried to talk me into finding a local guy to do it cheaper! The car didn't run had a flat, needed to be pushed and turned. Kristina found the right team for the job! Good work, good price!!!!! Give that girl a raise! Kristina is the bomb diggity!🤩

Bob Moran at Ship A Car arranged to have my new Motorcycle transported from Mississippi to North Carolina and everything went as planned the sniper out of South Carolina was professional and had an excellent hauler for a motorcycle.

I recently hired Ship-a-Car to transport a car cross country. I had used another company several times in the past, but a friend recommended Ship a Car and they were substantially less expensive so I gave them a try. Everything was done as promised without any complications. The car was delivered in good condition. I now see that the reviews are quite mixed. Had I read them first I might not have used the company, but my experience was positive. I worked with Joseph.

Both the seller and I has scheduling problems of our own. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating in arranging the shipping. This was the second time I used Ship A Car. Both shipments were on time, with no problems. I'd use them again.

My experience with Ship A Car was pretty straightforward, and everybody did what they said they were going to do. The transport of my pickup truck went very well.

Bob Moran and the Ship A Car team made the whole process of shipping a car smooth. I received the car the same week I purchased it. It arrived on-time and without any damage. It's really frustrating dealing with trucking companies and that why you need a team like Ship A Car. Many of those people at transport companies have very little patience and communication skills to deal with vehicle owners direct. That why you need a broker like Bob Moran. He takes the hassle off your back! He handles everything and get you the best price. If you're smart, you'd stick with these people like Bob.

This was the first time I have ever shipped a car. Called Ship A Car and taliked with Quintin Putnam he reasured me everything was going to good. Pickup my Mini in irvine Cal and delivered it to West Jordan Utah. I was worried to death called Quintin on second day. He again reassured me that everything was good. My Mini was delivered Monday morning and it was great.

I needed to vehicles shipped from 2 different states. I had booked with Roadrunner who was unable to provide transport when the deadlines arrived. Dana helped me get the first vehicle from Alabama to South Carolina and Bob really pushes the 2nd vehicles transport as I was on a timeline. With a promise of day after delivery I was impressed to be told that the vehicle a 2015 Porsche Cayman GTS had been delivered the next day!! Ship a Car is a life saver. I worked with Bob M. who was professional and eased my concerns about the whole process. Took all my calls and was very accessible. I used a different company that was completely unprepared to handle my reservation. Ship a Car was reliable and trustworthy. I'm happy to recommend them after my earlier negative experience with another shipper.

Ship a Car was used to facilitate a boat shipment from NJ to Florida...Quote was $1200 and I accepted to get transport within a 2 day window pickup..My ShipaCar rep Paul Sinclair contacted me and stated he had found a driver, but driver was requesting a additional $50 for pick-up..I agreed to get boat picked up and remain on schedule. Boat was to be picked up on a Monday or Tuesday and was instead scheduled for a Wednesday pick-up around 1pm by driver. Marina owner waited and no one showed or called. Thursday afternoon came and driver was still a no show and I was contacted by Marina owner.. I contacted my Ship a Car rep and was told he would check with driver and contact me. No call ever was made back to me by Ship a Car and I ended up contacting driver myself. He stated he was running late and would be able to pick boat up first thing Friday morning...I informed driver I had paid the extra $50 that rep requested from me for driver to facilitate transport as requested.. Driver stated he did not request any $50 increase for shipment as it was posted as $1000 and he had accepted offer as posted. I contacted Ship a Car as marina owner contacted me stating no one was there Friday morning and had to leave. I received no call back from Ship a Car rep Paul Sinclair as lady answering phone told me he would call as soon as he was off phone with another customer..Driver contacted me around 10:30am saying he was there and waiting to get boat...Marina owner arrived and boat was loaded onto multi car vehicle with boat trailer wheels off transport vehicle ramps and being supported by boards under axles and transported... I never received a returned call from Ship a Car rep as I had questions not only of why I was not informed of any shipment delay but also of driver stating he never asked for the additional $50 amount Paul Sinclair had stated was requested by driver. Needless to say, Never again will I use this company as they pick carrier and leave you to deal with any transport issues and possibly lie to get more money from you by blaming transport drivers for up charges. Since I had to constantly intervene and contact driver myself for answers, I was better off using a self service company so I could have picked my own carrier and skipped the middle man ShipaCar. Once ShipaCar received their $250 deposit I basically was on my own anyways.

I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

Ship A Car, Inc. is very reliable. They gave me excellent customer service from beginning to end. They were really flexible when I needed to cancel the shipment and reschedule it for later. They worked with me through that whole process and were very helpful. The shipment went very smoothly and the driver was friendly and professional. Their prices are very reasonable and I'm glad to have hired them.

TOTAL SATISFACTION!!! Begin of March, i shipped my Honda from CA to CO. I worked with Malisa from Ship-a-car company; Malisa was very helpful and honest. Honest because she kept her commission due only. she got a better deal from car transport, she gave me a lower price at $650. And Malisa contacted me regularly until my Honda was picked up. Totally, it took 6 days since the date i talked to Malisa to the date the Honda delivered at Arvada, CO.

i am very pleased with Jocelyn with Ship a Car, she helped me with booking a driver to ship a car to my son from Georgia to Utah. I was sceptical at first from talking to other compananies and they were giving me different answers about a quote. Jocelyn was straight up with me, she gave me her word that she would not stop until she got me a driver and stay in contact with me the entire process which she did. even after my son received the car she checked with me to make sure everything was good. Cameron provided excellent service. He was always reachable by phone. My family shipped 3 cars from Florida to Massachusetts. The 2 drivers were also easily reachable and treated us with great concern and respect. These guys were exception. We had moved to Florida in June and used another carrier which was a fiasco. Lost my job and moved back to MA and once again, if you need someone you can trust, use "Ship a Car" and ask for Cameron.

After a couple of phone calls I decided to go with Ship-A-Car. No problems at all. Transport company and the driver were first class. Picked the car up within two days of my contacting them. Car was delivered two days later on time and on schedule.

Chris the driver and his copilot Jen did a geat job and provided schedule updates on both pick up and detination arrival. The car transport went well and without a hitch. I called a few different companies for quotes, but Ship A Car was the cheapest. I highly recommend their service. They shipped my 2019 Genesis in an enclosed trailer and I was updated every step of the way with pictures and notifications. I recommend working with Leo and/or Danny.

Theo Brown jumped in at my request when another forwarder was pretty much indifferent to my situation. Theo was energetic and convinced me that he would take care of business. To my pleasant surprise he called thirty minutes and had transportation arranged for my car even before we had a contract.

This company is awesome! I'm a retired Navy Sr. Chief and own a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport, rare painted in Carlisle Blue. The driver "Willie" was on time and treated my car as though it was his own. He was very respectful and carried my car from Texas to NC and delivered it on our agreed date and time. Willie and I inspected the car before and after the shipment and he noted a spot on the windshield I didn't even note. Suffice it to say, my experience was the best ever. I fully recommend this company and driver to anyone shipping any vehicle.

I had a seamless first-time vehicle transport experience with Ship A Car, inc. I know that is largely because of Bob Moran, the coordinator who helped me. Personable, patient, professional, always willing to answer further questions, he gave me excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it! I was so nervous and dreading getting started but Bob put me at ease and I quickly gained great confidence in the company because of his easy and knowledgeable communication. In addition, the driver dispatched to move my car from Los Angeles To St Petersburg, Florida was punctual, called when he was supposed to, prior to pickup/delivery, and made great time completing the transport. I needed a car shipped on a short haul from Nevada to California on an ASAP basis because the hauler I had contracted with cancelled on me at the last minute. I found Ship A Car in a Google search, quickly checked their references and reviews and called. I spoke to Willie Dublin and he got on it immediately. He scheduled a pick up for the same afternoon and my car was delivered the next day in exactly the same condition as it was in when it was loaded the afternoon before. They met and exceeded all my expectations for customer service, price, performance and efficiency.

Excellent customer service from Dana Briones from inquiry until the successful drop off of my new car from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles, CA. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and made herself available when I called to check on the location of my car after 4 days. I was also provided with the driver's full name and cell phone number. I most appreciate that Dana was honest about the estimated transport pick up and delivery time frame. The driver Alex was the absolute best. He called me and the car dealership the morning he picked up my new car. We spoke about 4 days later and he told me his expected delivery day. On that day, he texted me to let me know the time based on his GPS. He arrived earlier than expected. This was my first time purchasing a car from the internet, from another state and using an auto transportation company. I did have anxiety in the beginning. However, EVERYTHING went smooth and I have nothing but great things to say about Dana and Ship a Car Inc.

Justen V. was my Ship-A-Car-Inc customer support and he did a phenomenal job! He walked me through the process, gave me detailed and clear information, and also warned me that prices could fluctuate. I was nervous, having never shipped a car before, but after speaking with Justen walked me through the process I felt much more at ease. My car arrived to my destination one day early, totally intact, and with promised pricing. I originally did not want to do closed-carrier options due to prices, however Justen found one that could pick up within my time window AND that was only $100 more than the open carry (as opposed to most closed places being $300+ more than open).

Ship A Car did a good job. Their customer service was sufficient. I didn't have to worry about, “Where's the car? Or what are they doing?” Everything was in a timely manner. They had a man come here and he was of Lithuanian descent and he was new in the country. He was very kind and polite. He knew what he was supposed to do and did his job well. The car was delivered in about a day. He was very efficient. It worked out great.
