Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve G. handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve G. and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again... in a heartbeat.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph Gorfien was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I have shipped several cars over thr years but in particular Ms Yvonne Bowrosen has been spectacular! I needed a 1930 Model A brought to me and she arranged almost immediate pick up and delivery was right on with excellent communication from both Ms Bowrosen and the driver. Since things went so well, I decided to specifically contact her for enclosed shipping of a special viper and again she found a driver and had the car to me in days. Again, communication was super and the cost in both cases was less than other quotes. I cannot recommend ship a car and in particular Ms Bowrosen more. I will definitely call her again in the future.

I worked with Kristina V. She was kind, thoughtful and intelligent. Worked with me threw my email and gave me her personal phone line to call for problems.. She gave me estimate and told me what to expect... Stayed in contact with me threw the entire process of booking, handling transport, and getting vehicles delivered. Transporters were kind, helpful and capable...Just an OVERALL, Good experience... What a BLESSING these people are, in today's world of mishaps... Five Star Rating in my opinion... We used this broker, after getting rid of another who was not straight with us. Ship A Car, called us, gave us a date, the trucker (Exit-15) picked up the car that day, and delivered the car half way cross the country in 3-4 days. All worked out according to plan. The driver of the truck was a cool hard working guy. There were 10 cars on his rig, we were lucky to be the last car on and the first car off. We have read email reviews and saw all the tales out there. I am sure there are good and bad stories. We are a good story, it all worked on time, we got the car to a place where the driver could pick it up. This rig is too big for some small roads. And he called us 8 hours a head of drop of time, and met us in front of the hotel where he unloaded our 2007 Camry.

This was my first time using Ship A Car. I had my car shipped to Hawaii. The whole thing went smoothly. I'm just waiting on the port call now for the return trip, when they deliver it to California. The customer service was outstanding. I wasn't comfortable at first. We had originally signed with a competitor's shipping service, but that didn't go well. Ship A Car was very reassuring, and turned out to be the best thing that could have happened for my car delivery. I would use them again.

TOTAL SATISFACTION!!! Begin of March, i shipped my Honda from CA to CO. I worked with Malisa from Ship-a-car company; Malisa was very helpful and honest. Honest because she kept her commission due only. she got a better deal from car transport, she gave me a lower price at $650. And Malisa contacted me regularly until my Honda was picked up. Totally, it took 6 days since the date i talked to Malisa to the date the Honda delivered at Arvada, CO.

Bob was vey attentive and responsive to all my concerns and enquires. He even made a call to the destination to confirm certain elements of the shipping of the golf cart upon arrival. That little extra effort confirmed to me that I was dealing with a professional.

This review is easy! Janet Rinella at Ship A Car, Inc. Is a huge asset to that company. I had been through 2 miserable experiences with 2 transport companies, both of which I canceled after much frustration and NO results nor return calls, even after paying their required deposits. Learned through Google that best way to get auto transported is through a Broker. For some then unknown reason I called Ship A Car, Inc., and Janet Rinella answered the phone. Janet knows her stuff, is dependable, knowledgeable of this business, straight forward, kind, diligent, and FAST with results. From my first call with her, she found a transport company, located their driver and set up the pick up of the vehicle we were transporting to our grandson who is an Airman at Dover AFB, Delaware. This all was done by Janet's persistent follow up, contacting me daily every step of the way. She seemed to be as concerned for our grandson to get the car as we were. She is not only proficient at her job, she is caring, even to the point of asking me to contact her "no matter how late" when we met our driver and he drove it onto the ramps of the truck. That was last Tuesday. Our grandson received his car across country YESTERDAY! There is no doubt in my mind that had we hired any other company, we would still have that car in our driveway and our nerves and stress levels would be off the chart. In addition, throughout my many calls, texts and emails to Janet, we have developed a special and forever friendship. Her people skills are genuine, her work ethic is beyond reproach.

The car was picked up on Tuesday morning in Phoenix and delivered Saturday morning in Illinois 60 miles north of Chicago in good condition. The transaction went smoothly from the beginning to the end. The customer service rep, Johnathan V. was capable and friendly as well as the trucking company driver.

Great service and fast delivery, Plus the police were very reasonable. The motorcycle they transported four me was picked up in Kansas City on a Saturday and delivered to me in Albuquerque on the next day (Sunday). Very prompt!!

I shipped a brand new $15,000 Yamaha Viking UTV from Montana to Oregon. Even though the driver did not have the title, it would have been easy to sell this this for $5000 to a ranch along the way and I would never see it. I did a lot of research on Ship A Car, Inc. before deciding to use them, and my UTV arrived safely and my wife is HAPPY! Not only did they give me the best price, but they shipped it in an enclosed trailer. I would definitely use them again.

My husband and I just had our cars delivered by a Ship A Car and we have to say that the service provided by them was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The driver said he would arrive to pick up our cars at Noon and let me say he was there exactly at Noon. Our cars were picked up on a Saturday and by Wednesday afternoon we had them (picked up in New York and dropped off in Florida). We would highly recommend this company.

Unlike some of the other reviewers I had an excellent experience with this company.  I was getting quotes from several companies. I spoke with Justin and he offered me a quote that was a little higher then another place but he said he could ship my car to CA fast. He called me shortly after and had everything set up.  I was nervous bc this was my first time having to ship a car and I was moving it across the country. I had to call him back a couple times as questions came up and he always answered. Even on Saturday.  The pick up day came and my car was picked up no issues.  It was delivered in the exact timeframe that justin quoted. My uncle had to meet the driver at a shopping plaza but that was ok bc I was warned that the truck may be too big to get down my street. Justin called afterwards to make sure everything went as planned.  No damage to the car. Will use again when I have to ship the car back east next year.

I called multiple carriers before choosing to work with Ship a Car Inc. Peter was the transportation organizer I worked with and he was GREAT. Here are his attributes, courteous, knowledgeable , communicative and worked to get me the best price. His drivers were also competent, reliable and communicative. I knew where my vehicle was at all times and I shipped three vehicles so the logistics were a bit complicated and they pulled it all off. There was a panel that was loose in the a car when it arrived, the driver pointed it out , I reported it to Peter and there was no issue on getting it repaired ( I have repaired it yet but Peter was right on it when I told him about it ) I would RECOMMEND them HIGHLY.

The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

I couldn't have asked for better service. Janet was friendly, had a sense of humor, and got the job done. Within a few hours of my call, I had my car scheduled to be picked up the same day, at a cost that was lower than all the other "instant quote" places. I was waiting for 2 weeks for the dealership to find a shipper- she explained simply why it wasn't working, and fixed it. Couldn't be happier, money well spent here.

I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.

I called around getting quotes, it was a lengthy process; I called ship a car and I was connected to Justin, he was so curtious and informative on the process of shipping a car. He explained to me in detail about the payment process and who to contact in case there was an emergency while my car was being transported. The driver he set up for me was very pleasant, they worked with me and made sure I was home before they delivered my car.
