In my opinion, ShipaCar can NOT be outdone. I was not shipping a car but rather three sheds, a pallet of parts and a tractor. Danny was my agent and he is outstanding. First he was meticulous with understanding my needs and arranged a pickup and delivery schedule that was exactly what I requested. His pick up driver was so helpful and made sure my atypical items were secured properly. Robert, my delivery transporter was so courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Getting my load off the trailer was not an easy drive-off but he gave prudent advice to my unloader and we accomplished the feat in short order. Hats off to Danny and his TEAM!!

Services delivered as expected. I shipped a Yamaha R1 and it arrived on time, undamaged and as promised. Will use again and recommend. Just ensure you are involved with the loading/tying down when picked-up to ensure it arrives in good shape. Thank you!

The car arrived today and I could not be happier with the shipping service (Sema Logistics). They were always there to answer my questions on the phone and the driver was the best. Very efficient, friendly and professional. I am having another car shipped sometime in June and I will definitely be using your services again ! I have used other companies before and yours is the best of all !

I am 150% satisfied with the service I received from this company. My car was picked up and shipped from Alabama to New Jersey in a timely manner. Mr. Willie Dublin, the person I dealt with at ship a car, was so very helpful in making it all happen. He helped me every step of the way. If you have a car to ship call ship a car. Ask for Mr. Dublin, he will help you every step of the way. It was money well spent o ship my car.

Ship a Car is a life saver. I worked with Bob M. who was professional and eased my concerns about the whole process. Took all my calls and was very accessible. I used a different company that was completely unprepared to handle my reservation. Ship a Car was reliable and trustworthy. Please read before calling Ship A Car, Inc. I purchased a vehicle and needed it shipped from New Jersey to Missouri. I called Ship A Car and Steve Goodman set everything up was very friendly and helpful in the beginning. I called on May 19th to set up the shipping. I was told it would cost $750. The carrier would be paid $500 and Ship A Car would be paid $250. I was promised my vehicle would be picked up Thursday May 21st and be delivered to MY DOOR on Sunday May 24th. I was also told my vehicle would be in an ENCLOSED trailer. The original pick up day came and went and they told me “No carrier was going to the midwest.” Then the next day the excuse was “No carrier is going to Missouri.” Then the next day it was “We’ve called all 12 carriers we deal with and no luck.” Finally, he called me all excited and said he had found a carrier that could pick up my vehicle. He said they could pick it up May 30th and deliver it to my door June 1st but the only way they would do it is if I now paid $1,100 instead of the agreed upon $750. He said the carrier would need $900 cash and Ship A Car would be paid $200. He said “There are no other options.” I decided to go ahead and do the deal only because I had waited 10 days past the original pick up day. I should have told them to SCREW OFF but I needed the vehicle. Now to the carrier. They of course told me they wouldn’t drive their semi down my road to MY DOOR like I was promised so I had to meet them up the street. It took them an hour to get my vehicle off their trailer and the whole time they screamed and cussed at each other. People across the road at a Dollar General were standing watching because they could hear the F-bombs from there. Also my vehicle was not in an ENCLOSED trailer like Steve told me it would be. This whole experience has been a nightmare and I suggest you stay far away from Ship A Car. —————————————————————————————— ** MY RESPONSE TO SHIP A CAR’S RESPONSE ** At no time did your company tell me my “quote” would go up 32% I was told my price would be $750 and my vehicle would be picked up Thursday May 21st and delivered to my DOOR on Sunday May 24th. Your company never mentioned COVID. I was told no carriers were going to Missouri. Since writing my review we have found dog hair in my vehicle that matches the dog the carriers had with them and empty water bottles that weren’t in the vehicle before the pick up and the mileage doesn’t match up.

I worked with Lawrence and had a great experience. I had a quick turn around need for a motorcycle shipment and he got it done for a good cost. Definitely will be using him for future shipments!

Cameron provided excellent service. He was always reachable by phone. My family shipped 3 cars from Florida to Massachusetts. The 2 drivers were also easily reachable and treated us with great concern and respect. These guys were exception. We had moved to Florida in June and used another carrier which was a fiasco. Lost my job and moved back to MA and once again, if you need someone you can trust, use "Ship a Car" and ask for Cameron.

Dana at Ship A Car was awesome to work with. She was very polite, thorough and exhibited great attention to detail. I'd highly recommend her and Ship A Car to anyone in need of vehicle transporting. And the price was right in line with the market.

Needed to move a John Deere Gator from central NJ to upper VT. It has a low clearance due to an attached snowplow. Ship a Car was awesome. VERY responsive every step of the way. They even found a quality carrier $200 less than the initial quote! Carrier was professional and had the right vehicle. Arrived exactly on time. Gator arrived safely. Happily paid the reasonable cost and dramatically reduced my anxiety. Great job.

I would like to thank you for helping me figure out what was going on with the vehicle we were trying to ship to CA. As of our last conversation, you found that our car was no longer on the list to be picked up by a driver/broker. Apparently our car did ship out later that day. It is on its way to CA, but this has been an exasperating experience for us and one we hope never to repeat. Your kindness, despite the fact that you did not have a contract with us, was much appreciated. Also your willingness to explain a bit about what goes on behind the scenes was much appreciated. I hope you continue to do well working for Ship A Car, Inc. It is unfortunate we did not initiate our move with you and your company. Perhaps we would not have had such a sour experience.

Meredith was wonderful. A true professional, she watched over the transport as if it were her car. She took care of me throughout the process. I couldn't ask for any better service. She is the tops.

Received our Wrangler from Tucson yesterday. Once again we can't thank you enough for great customer support, hiring good transport teams who communicate with us. The transport company I chose didn't show up and it was pretty bad. I switched to Ship A Car and I liked their communication. People let me know what's going on and I'm good. When I called to ask about anything, a person was there and responded. He called me to let me know that he had someone to pick up the car. From then on, it was good until delivery. After delivery, I got a follow-up call so it went well.   The transport was from South Carolina to Utah, which was about 2,200 miles. When the car was picked up, it took a couple of days. There were two drivers and they just continually drove. I couldn't believe it. The final rate was what was decided upon. The only thing was the payment was a cash requirement. I had just moved here to Utah and I just opened an account. The money was held because it came from another state so I didn't have cash. That posed a problem on delivery because checks or credit cards weren't accepted. If a credit card were accepted, that would have helped tremendously. Other than that, I would recommend Ship A Car.

I am very pleased with my experience with Ship A Car. My broker is Howard, and he is courteous and professional with his all encounters with me. I was shopping a car from Mississippi to California. Their price point is higher than other companies, but it is worth paying a little more for the peace of mind that the job is going to get done. I shipped cars before with other companies who didn't deliver service as promised and it left me in a bind. So, it was very refreshing to have someone call me as promised, several days before to finalize plans, and the day before the car's pick up to confirm the time of pick up. My car was picked up the day before planned and the delivered a day early. I am so happy with this stellar service that I am using this company again to transport a different car. The service you receive is second to none. I had questions as my timeline was tight, and Howard answered my questions every step of the way; he returned my calls promptly and I was never left in the dark. Highly recommend!! You get what you pay for.

I understood that there were substantial ice & snow storms throughout the Midwest so I will give some leeway to the pick-up & dropoff dates (completed within 24 hrs of ETA). Meredith my booking agent was courteous & thorough and I appreciated her follow up. My transport driver Victor was courteous & professional as well. Will use Ship a Car again.

Had a wonderful, smooth, successful transaction with these guys. They did everything as promised, including delivering the car across the country a day early!  Couldn't have been easier.

I recently purchased a Cutlass Supreme and initially used another carrier. I called my initial carrier to get a status and was told it would take 4 weeks to have my car picked up. I cancelled my order and I contacted Ship a Car. I spoke to Willie and made arrangements to have my car transported via an enclosed carrier. Within an hour, Willie called me back and my car was picked up that night and arrived in NY in 2 days. The car arrived with no issues. Willie was responsive and communicated all the steps the entire way. I would highly recommend them.

Transport came when agreed upon. There was some trouble before in that where the car originally was, the streets were too narrow for a large car carrier. No big deal, worked out a day before hand and not at the last minute and we got the car to a place where it could be easily picked up. Actually worked out better for us and the carrier. Driver was a nice guy and very professional. Loaded up in less than 5 minutes. Thank you guys.

The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

I'm totally satisfied. They're a licensed broker who uses several means of transportation, such as a truck and trailer. They've been working fine for me so far. And they're reliable. Easy and efficient. Finding a driver was a little difficult given my location but Stephen did it! The driver, Pavel, texted me with the estimated time of pick-up which was exact. He told me what day my car would arrive and again, gave me an accurate time of delivery. All went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.
