I’m so pleased with how everything was handled. Lawrence with Ship a Car, Inc. was very friendly and professional when handling our vehicle. Our situation was probably out of the ordinary for him between how things were being paid and where the vehicle was being shipped from, but through it all, Lawrence was able to manage our entire account with ease and patience. And to top it off, the vehicle got to us a day earlier than expected! Thank you so much again for helping us get our truck to us from Hawaii!

I would not recommend any shipping company other than ship a car direct, reliable, honest, best price. John is the best person to deal with, I have shipped with them over 6 times and I would never use any other company.

I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

SHIP A CAR is pretty straight forward. They're a little more expensive than other quotes out there. They assured me they would pick up and drop the car off at a certain place and time and actually followed through. Other car shipping services don't seem to be as reliable. The outside of the car was a bit dirty which is understandable since they shipped it cross-country, so we just got it washed. I would recommend people to use them.

I understood that there were substantial ice & snow storms throughout the Midwest so I will give some leeway to the pick-up & dropoff dates (completed within 24 hrs of ETA). Meredith my booking agent was courteous & thorough and I appreciated her follow up. My transport driver Victor was courteous & professional as well. Will use Ship a Car again.

We dealt with Harry burge who did a great job from the initial setting up of the cars and explaining the process accurately to the delivery of the cars to our new address. I wanted to share with you the exceptional service I received from Jeremy Wiles on a recent car shipment. While in Florida earlier this month for some surgery our daughter was having in West Palm Beach, we found a used vehicle we purchased for her there, but needed to figure out how we would get it back to Ohio. I would not even give this company a star. They are unprofessional and when a problem exists they dig their heads in the sand and hope it will go away rather than to be responsive and take care of the situation and make it right by the customer.. That begins with the owner, who herself has not responded to my phone calls. If you want to put your auto in the hands of a company that will let anyone drive your car...than this is the company you want otherwise stay clear, as I will in the future!

Gabriel was amazing. A total angel to deal with. But the driver you hired Ray sucked. My truck was 3 days late was never offered a discount. I will refer the company but will tell people if a guy names Ray is doing the driving he had one excuse after another for my truck being 3 days late. But Gabriel and this company did great. I found that Ship a Car is very professional manage Company. My contact Willie Dublin lived up to every obligation he promised. When Willie says he has a driver he has a driver. MY car arrived 3 days a head of scheduled then estimated.

They hauled my very expensive V8 chopper from OK to Clearwater, FL. Took care or it like it was a baby. Pedro the driver was amazing and Pepper the dispatcher was all over it from before they pick it up to the delivery. She was a life saver.

I'm giving SAC a 1 Star due to the transporter they assigned me (guilty by association). SAC (itself) were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, if they assign "Dones Auto Transport Inc:" to you, MAKE SURE you refuse them! The driver was nice enough but didn't speak english - per the dispatcher. And the dispatcher was anything but professional. I'm all for supporting small businesses but this husband/wife team were the absolute worse in professionalism and communication! This is why they probably don't have a profile under Google or Yelp! I was promised 5 star service but received the most bootlegged service ever experienced! Wednesday, March 23: Received a call from the dispatcher "the driver (Javier) is confirmed to pick up my car on Friday (March 25) & would call me 3 hours out." Friday, March 25 Driver was a no call/no show. Attempted to make contact via text and cell to no avail. Dispatcher finally calls back late afternoon - Driver stuck at DMV all morning renewing his registration & would pick up the car  Saturday morning by approximately 8am. Saturday, March 24: 9 am, No word from driver/dispatcher. Several calls/texts made & at 12.30 pm, dispatcher text's back stating her son had the phone & she didn't realize I called. Almost an hour later I'm told the driver caught a flat but was approximately 45 miles away. 3pm, driver arrives & picks up the car. Tuesday, March 29 5 pm, dispatcher texts me - driver needs to drop off "tonight" as another driver injured his finger. I asked for a time, she provided a two hour window which I refused due to the inconsistent communication & lack of confidence. She then became obnoxious and even sent me a photo of the injury (see attached - NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH) & demanded I make arrangements for a late drop off. After A LOT of back and forth, she agreed to a Wednesday morning drop off. Wednesday, March 30 The driver makes contact stating he was onsite & unloaded the car only to find out he was at the wrong location. It took him another hour to get to the right destination. Two hours later, I finally got my car. I know as a broker, there is little SAC can do but this needed to be said! STAY AWAY FROM DONES AUTO TRANSPORT, INC!

I've shipped my vehicles across the country 4 times. I was in a bind when the company I normally ship with didn't show up on the agreed pick up date. I called ship a car inc and spoke with Bob asking for the impossible with two days notice. Bob found a way to get it done for me and was in touch from start to finish. Great company and even better customer service.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again… in a heartbeat.

I was in a desperate situation. I was left high and dry by a transport co named nice car auto transport. My car was supposed to have been picked up on 11/14/13. I had put in my order form on 11/4 spoke to the owner. All my information was given. Called nice auto to confirm. I was lied to. At my wits end I called this co. Ship a car inc on 11/14. Spoke to Bryan at 6pm explained the situation to him. I told him I'm leaving to oklahoma on the 21st of November and I'm truly worried now. Bryan assured me and told me I will find you a transporter. In less than 12 hrs Bryan had left a message on my voicemail and the transporter was calling me by 3pm. By 6pm he had my car an told me that by Tuesday the 20th my car would be in oklahoma. The rep I worked with, Lawrence Knapp was very knowledgeable, helpful and customer service oriented. He answered all my questions, and went the extra mile to save me some money. I feel our car is in good hands. I liked the tips on how to get your car ready for shipment. Lawrence communicated well through phone, text and email. I was referred to Bob Moran through Triple 7 Movers and I was very impressed and pleased with the experience of shipping my vehicle. I contacted Bob approximately a month ago and he explained in detail how the process of shipping a vehicle would be. Bob was very professional and by all means honest with me about the shipping rates of a vehicle. Bob promised me when my vehicle would be picked up and delivered and as promised it happened. Bob and I frequently talked before it was time for my vehicle to be picked and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I most definitely recommend Ship-A-Car, Inc. I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me.
