I recently hired Ship-a-Car to transport a car cross country. I had used another company several times in the past, but a friend recommended Ship a Car and they were substantially less expensive so I gave them a try. Everything was done as promised without any complications. The car was delivered in good condition. I recommend this company.

This was my first experience with using a transport company for a vehicle, after reading reviews about different companies I was nervous. Bob Moran with Ship A Car had some good reviews so I called him to get a quote. The price was in range with others I had called but I felt more comfortable working with Bob. I called Bob on Friday of Labor day weekend at 4:30pm, he was able to have my vehicle picked up on the following Tuesday in Colorado and delivered to me in Northern Illinois Thursday morning. The driver, Egor, called me Wednesday afternoon and we made arrangements to drop off the vehicle at 6:00am so I could get to work, he was very accommodating to my schedule. I am not one to post any reviews but I felt these guys deserved to be praised. I would definitely use them again.

I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.

My experience with Ship A Car was pretty straightforward, and everybody did what they said they were going to do. The transport of my pickup truck went very well.

Ship a Car helped me get my car across the country. The drivers weren't the friendliest, but Danny, who helped organize the whole thing, was extremely helpful and accommodating. My car was on schedule to arrive before I did, so he helped me work that out.

The car was picked up on Tuesday morning in Phoenix and delivered Saturday morning in Illinois 60 miles north of Chicago in good condition. The transaction went smoothly from the beginning to the end. The customer service rep, Johnathan V. was capable and friendly as well as the trucking company driver.

Recently we had an opportunity to have our vehicle transported to an auction out of state. We dealt with Bob Moran of your company and was totally pleased with his response. I'm a snowbird and I'm 84 years old. I used to drive back and forth but at my age, that's not safe. I don't see another alternative to Ship A Car. I work with Steve and he has been incredible. He knows me and my situation and he is just so supportive. The trip last fall was amazing. During this time when there's so much unrest, they're doing everything they can to make the trip as enjoyable as possible.

Awesome experience. We shipped my sons very large F-350 from Oregon to N. Carolina and it went very smoothly. Working with Lawrence was a great experience. He listened to all the details of our shipment and got us a tremendous carrier to handle our large and very special load. I can't say enough good things about this company and specifically Bob Moran. Bob has now helped me with shipping two of my family's vehicles (MI to CA in 2016 and CA to NY). The first time I worked with him he was saving me because another company never showed up. And today when I worked with him he helped me get our car to NY where my fiancé has just started his new job. I spoke to him for the first time about it this morning and we have the car getting picked up at my home tomorrow morning. dana does an exceptional job with the transporters, we are very happy with their service and will use them again as needed thank you; drivers gave a heads up before arrival, and again before delivery which was as promised every time we used ship a car.

This company and is a broker, they do not want to go above and beyond. There was a delay in our expedited shipment and they really didn't try to help. While talking to myself and my wife they hung up on my wife. When we called back to speak to a manager, the manager really didn't seem to care and still didn't try to help with the delay. The actual company they hired to transport our vehicle is the one that absolutely went above and beyond. The customer service at ship a car was really unprofessional.

I was looking around for a car transport for my boss on short notice, Justen at ship a car gave me a price that was in the high end of the budget. After we had everything set we ended our call. literally it took him less than five minutes to find a driver and set it up for the dates I needed. If I need to ship another car again I will be calling Justen directly. There were no issues, he didnt give me any excuses, very professional and polite. My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

Great service and fast delivery, Plus the police were very reasonable. The motorcycle they transported four me was picked up in Kansas City on a Saturday and delivered to me in Albuquerque on the next day (Sunday). Very prompt!!

Although this Company did not ship my car. Their response to my needs and great customer services showed me that they actually were looking to help me. They were transparent and did not give me the run around and called me back the same day to tell me they had a carrier to pick up my car. Contacted Ship-A-Car Inc., one of many. Spoke with Carrie. I knew I was dealing with a broker and since I was a first time shipper I had nothing to fall back on. After a couple of phone calls I decided to go with Ship-A-Car. No problems at all. Transport company and the driver were first class. Picked the car up within two days of my contacting them. Car was delivered two days later on time and on schedule.

Our son's Mustang delivery was just completed by Ship A Car Inc. Mike helped us through the whole process in getting the delivery scheduled. Ed was the driver and was so respectful and nice! Our son had just moved to Texas and needed his car delivered. Originally we had scheduled with another company and that was a disaster. Then we contacted Ship A Car Inc, spoke with Mike and it all worked out beautifully.

We used Ship a Car to transport 2 of our vehicles from Salt Lake City to Nashville. Justin was on it as soon as I gave the go ahead. The drivers arrived a little early, but patiently waited and our cars arrived one, before we did (but we had made arrangements for it to be received), the other as scheduled a couple of days later. No damage to either vehicle, just a lot of road dust as to be expected. I use them again in a heart beat and they were half the price of all the others and less that a week ship time.

Our department had the pleasure of working with a representative by the name of Meredith. She provided the knowledge on how this system works from start to finish. She was professional throughout the entire process and answered my calls or returned them within minutes. Our department will use them in the future.

We strongly recommend contacting a shipping company directly. For the $225 fee we had little or no communication from pick-up (we were able to find the name/number of the driver we were told was going to pick up our bike -- but he was unaware he was supposed to pick it up and wouldn't have on the scheduled day had we not contacted him) until delivery unless we initiated and tracked down individuals, most of who were drivers and unable to assist us as to located the bike and determining a deliver date. The estimated delivery date was off by a full week and attempts to find a more accurate delivery date was unsuccessful (though we did manage to contact a driver that left the bike in Oklahoma City -- though courtesous and wanting to be helpful, couldn't help us). We received less than 24 hours notice of delivery. Finally, even the payment instructions were in error so that when the bike was finally delivered, the form of payment (a cashier's check as we were instructed to prepare) was not correct. We ended up paying by credit card, not a problem, but seems like a simple detail that a brokerage company should be aware of. Instead, we wasted time one evening to go to our bank to secure an unnecessary cashier's check. My advice? Bypass this broker company and contact shipper directly. We gained no advantage or service worth the $225 on top of the $525 to ship the bike. We could have saved $225 OR spent the combined $750 on renting a truck, fuel and one night hotel to transport it ourselves with more predictability.

Fernanda was my representative, she was very professional, courteous and her communication was GREAT! She was very helpful with the whole process, she made it a great experience, NO STRESS. And very quick service. My transporter Radu was very courteous and professional, he was able to deliver my car a day early! He notified me a time he would be at my home and then notified me again that he would be 20 minutes later and he was sorry. Then when he arrived he apologized again that he was a little late--GREAT COMMUNICATION. Wonderful people.
